Hoi An Discovery Villa

I loved the dark wood in the rooms. Very comfortable beds and very clean. We had a really good chat with the owner in the morning. Breakfast which we ordered the night before was plentiful and delicious. Only thing is it’s on a road, but set back and not too busy. It’s next door to a beansprout farm.

We just had to mind our young kids with the road. Other than that it was lovely.

Host was very accommodating, we checked in 2 hours early. Mrs Thanh and family were very kind and generous.wish we could stay longer

There was a dump smell in the room. After complaining to the staff, they changed our room however the issue was not fixed.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, in a great location to get to the rice paddies with free bikes for you to use. The owner Thinh was lovely and helpful, booking a car for me to get to Da Nang and helping with my train ticket. A few really good restaurants nearby with veggie options! Would recommend.

Nice to be a bit out of the central old town between it at the rice paddies. Rooms were spacious and clean. Woman who runs it was very friendly and informative.

We really enjoyed our stay at discovery villa. Great value for money. Big room with a nice balcony. Bicycles available for free. And since Hoi An is really a bicycle friendly city it's really nice. The hotel is like 20 minutes walking from the city center, but we really enjoyed being a bit far from all the tourist hustle and bustle. You can also go explore the countryside and rice paddies by bicycle which are very close Good breakfast with different options Friendly staff Comfortable bed and Amazing big pillows

The villa was beautiful, the room was just like the photos wonderful, cosy and clean with a beautiful balcony. The hosts were so lovely and friendly, my husband was a little unwell on our first day and they made him a fresh ginger tea which really helped. Thank you! Everything about our experience was wonderful, great shower, wonderful breakfast each day we stayed. The location is a short walk to the old town and peaceful. Thank you for such a wonderful stay in Hoi An. I wish we had booked for longer!

The owner of the hotel is a beautiful welcoming and friendly lady. She has done her best to make our stay comfortable. A big thank you to her. Everything is clean, tidy, and decorated very well.

Everything was great! Welcoming and helpful hosts. Amazing breakfast prepared just for you. I really recommend to try local options for breakfast. There are bikes that you can take for free to travel to the old town or to see rice fields. Nice pool and comfortable rooms :)

Everything was perfect, Thuy Thanh Ho did an amazing job to organize our trips and make the stay most comfortable. She and her husband and the whole team were absolutely friendly and helpful and made every wish possible. We couldn't feel more spoiled. Beside that the room was really great with huge beds and very clean. It was really quiet and a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city with only fifteen minutes to walk to the Old town or free bikes if you needed. The breakfast was very good with excellent Vietnamese coffee and lots of fruit. We will definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful, quiet location, close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful! Staff are wonderful! Beds are super comfy!

Great location as easy into town and to the beach. Lovely rooms with a tiled floor and clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful owners.

Great value, nice compound. Attentive host. We were passing through on a long motorbike journey, booked late, left very early, it was a little slice of luxury on our ride. Will come back again.

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay in Hoi An. The location was perfect for us. The hosts were truly fantastic. Very welcoming and helpful anytime of day. Lovely to sit and chat and be educated about the local areas of Hoi An. The breakfast was fantastic every day.The pool was a welcoming relief after a nice day walking. I would truly recommend this place to stay.

Nothing bad to say

Great family-owned hotel for a really good price! They are very attentive and helped us a lot with planning our stay, the host was so friendly and gave us super recommendations for restaurants and visits. They have good amenities with a well maintened pool, free bikes, great breakfast with fresh fruits et juices and tours we could book (including transports). We recommend if you’re looking for a calm area that is still walkable distance from the old town (20 min).

The pool was smaller than imagined, but was still amazing to swim in (and had a good mix of shade and sun).

We loved our stay here! It was about 15 min walk to Old town. The room was a great size and very comfortable. The owner was super helpful suggesting a great cooking class which we really enjoyed and helping us to our next stop. Definitely recommend.

The hosts and the rest of that staff were so lovely, the host was incredibly helpful! The pool was immaculate and the room was very comfortable and clean!

It’s a little oasis in a very pleasant part of town roughly between town and the beach. The pool and outdoor area are very nice. The owners and staff are lovely people. Rooms are airy and lovely.

The owners tried to do their best in any way. They serve a very tasty breakfast for an acceptable price. Cleaning of the room every day and when we had questions, the lady of the house was very helpful. ?

Bicycles in very bad condition. We had some misunderstandings about the room, but they solved it in a proper way so in the end we were ok with the situation.
