Hoi An Four Seasons Villa

I loved being off the beaten path, yet still close to town. Being among the rice paddies was so serene and idyllic. The hosts offered me a bike to use for town which was helpful. The room is very spacious with a balcony! And the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was incredible with many options. Overall 5+ stars!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Its away from all the noise and busyness. The area and the hotel is very cosy.The people who work there were so helpful and lovley. The two adorable cats that live there and the neighbors dog that would come and visit was a plus for me, made me feel like home.Alot of people write and say its far from old town. But it really isn't that far. We walked back and forth many times. They also offer free bicycles to borrrow at the hotel.There is alot of restaurants and cafes and shops just up the street from the hotel.I highly recommend this place.

Just a little more expensive than I thought it should cost, imho. But we enjoyed anyway!

The staff were very friendly, warm and helpful. The villa was spacious, clean and so peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic.

It was perfect.

Swimming pool is clean and good temperature. Lots of trees around the pool. Room was nice and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. It's about 1.5km from Ancient town, but they have bikes you can borrow and of course there's always a grab nearby. The best part was the breakfast. I recommend the omelette with banana pancakes and coffee with condensed milk. Really good ??

Everything was perfect, the swimming pool with the view on the rice fields is amazing. The location is perfect, the room was clean and beautiful. A special mention to the staff who was so kind and so helpful, helped us to rent motorcycle, tickets for activities, transportation to Huế… Thank you so much !

We absolutely loved our stay, the staff are amazing, clean and cared for hotel. Lovely little pool, amazing breakfast. Great location, 20 min walk to the old town or 5 min cab ride. Cabs are super cheap. Comfy bed and pillows but there are chickens next door so take earplugs for sleeping ?

Literally everything, the view , the staff , the food , comfy bed… Don’t miss this place

The view is beautiful.

The hotel put a high surcharge on services compared to other hotels that we stayed during the trip. For example, airport transfer was 600,000 VND compared to 400,000 VND. We feel that they care more about their profit than to provide a good experience to their guests. Book everything yourself if possible. The roosters are loud.

Great view to wake up too and nice rooms. Very important to stay outside of Hoi An Center where it’s calm.

Everything was completely fine. The lights didn‘t work too well in our room, but this wasn‘t even an inconvenience.

This villa was amazing!! They greet you with a smile and a welcome snack. The beds are probably the most comfortable beds I've slept on since I've been in Vietnam. The pictures in the booking site matched exactly with what you get and that NEVER usually happens. I was blown away by how calm and relaxing my stay was. The staff will go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and even assist in arranging transport to and from the Villa and to any place your interested in visiting. I wish I had stayed in Hoi An longer. The pictures in this review were taken by me and you can see the pictures I took look exactly like the ones by the property. No exaggeration.

Everything was GREAT!

On a positive note, the staff were very welcoming. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, and we were even offered tea or coffee with cut fruits, which was a lovely gesture.Overall, while there were a few areas for improvement, the staff’s hospitality stood out positively.

I stayed in a room on the second floor, which required using the stairs as there was no lift available. The room itself was quite spacious, as was the bathroom, though the latter appeared slightly dated.Regarding the tea and coffee-making facilities, I found some shortcomings. While coffee pouches were provided, there was no sugar or milk included. When I requested milk, I was charged extra, which I found unnecessary for such basic amenities. Additionally, there was no green tea available, and items like these were listed with a price tag, which seemed unreasonable for standard offerings.In terms of cleanliness, the bed sheet provided initially was not clean. While the staff replaced it promptly, the new sheet was heavily creased and not properly ironed, which impacted the overall experience.

People are really nice and helpfull, rooms are large and clean, nice rice field view from the windows.

The villa is super pretty, with a beautiful clean pool. Everything was very clean and smelled so good. Breakfast was incredible with so many options and big portions. The balcony added so much to the room and overall a fantastic stay.

The only thing is that it's a bit far from city centre so you always need a bike/scooter to move around :)

It was well placed in between the old town and the beach. The room was very modern and clean, with a stunning view. The air conditioning was fantastic and very impressive bathroom.

This is my second time staying here, the last is absolutely lovely, she will take care of you! The room is super comfortable, the pool is nice and refreshing, and it's very quiet, only a 10 minute cycle into town.

The staff is very good. The pool is very pleasant.

The sheets is not clean, it’s not pleasant.

We had a 3 person bedroom with an amazing view on the swimming pool and the rice fields. The staff was great, so was the breakfast. We enjoyed your stay here :)
