Threeway Riverside Villa

Great value, good location, very friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this Hoi An homestay, where the host family's incredible warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. The room was spotless and perfectly located within walking distance of the Ancient Town.

The bed was so comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well. You do have to insert your room key to power the room. The shower had good water, both hot and cold. My room was on the 4th floor and staff carried my luggage to and from the room. The view was exc and there was a nice breeze in the evening if I opened the windows. The pool was clean and perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. Staff provided me with recommendations for a tailor. I stayed an extra night.

They were a victim of flooding the week prior to my arrival. You couldn’t even tell, other than the credit card reader was not working, nor were any ATMs in the immediate area.

It was a great location and the breakfast was great. We came before it started flooding and they helped us get out before it got too bad. The room was big, clean & with the nicest bathroom we’ve seen on our trip! Such a treat. They turned over the room every day. I hope everyone recovers from the flood quickly ❤️‍?

The staff felt a bit over-attentive, checking in on us every time we saw them, which in turn felt like we had a lack of privacy and awkward.

Great location, friendly staff, rooms are spacious (with simple balcony), clean and really comfy, Breakfast was simple but good, scooter rental,Cold AC , great water pressure and hot water. I would definitely stay here again. :-)

It would be nice if the would serve some lunch and dinner items.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, easy walk to the historic center and wonderful staff. The breakfast was very nice and a great value and the tours offered by the hotel were fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay at Threeway Riverside Villa! From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier – especially Tham, who honestly made us feel like family. Everyone went completely out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s rare to feel this cared for when you’re travelling.The villa itself is in a lovely, peaceful spot right by the river. It’s just far enough from the busy center to feel relaxing but still close enough to pop into town whenever you like. Our room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the little touches around the property made it feel extra special.If you’re coming to Hoi An and want somewhere welcoming, calm and with staff who genuinely go above and beyond, I can’t recommend Threeway Riverside Villa enough. We’re already planning to stay here again next time.

We stayed in a double room which was very clean and spacious for two people. Water pressure was also very good. Though breakfast wasn't a buffet, it was more than adequate and they prepare it only when you're in the dining area ensuring hot meals. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town ensuring tranquility. Unless you don't mind walking, it takes about 15 to 20 mins walk to where the cool cafes and shops are. However, they were kind enough to loan us bicycles for free to roam the town for 2 hours.

1.The swimming pool is near the lobby and on the day we arrived, the staircase area was wet and might cause someone to slip. 2. One of the bedside lamp did not work as the wire was not connected to any plug. Otherwise, all the amenities were adequate.

We had tge best stay in this villa. The staff was very accomodating, always greet us whenever she sees us. The location is great as well. It’s just 10 minutes walk awat from old town. Highly recommended this place!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though I checked in late, the hotel still assisted me with carrying my luggage. They also offered free bicycle rentals. The swimming pool was clean and had a lifeguard on duty.

The room door was made of glass with curtains, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable in terms of privacy. The sound insulation was decent , not great, but not too bad either. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery, which could be risky for children. Although the bathroom was spacious, the clothes rack was placed right next to the toilet, which was a bit inconvenient.

A perfect, relatively quiet spot on the edge of the town, not far away from the old town. Having a bicycle was awesome, I could go and explore everything. The staff is just amazing, going above and beyond! Thank you so much!

Lovely staff and a really great location, very welcoming and lovely. The hosts and reception staff helped us in so many ways, booking tours and tickets for us.

Everything to love about this place :) The nice lady at the reception, Tram was very lovely and onboarded us on the property. Even her colleague was very helpful. (Missed her name) They prepare your preferred dish for breakfast and take genuine interest in making your trip a memorable one! We took back nice impression of Vietnamese people as they were so nice to us at the property.I would recommend this place as it is a short walk from the night market and has a nice view of the river!

The accommodation is near the old town, free bicycles, friendly staff, and a clean swimming pool.

The facilities are not as described on Booking. There is no bathtub, no balcony. The room is located on the ground floor, with no windows, only one entrance, making the room quite stuffy and a bit smelly.

Beautiful, clean little hotel, with very welcoming staff who helped with everything we asked for.The location is great, towards the end of the old town which means prices are cheaper. You pick your breakfast from the menu and it's cooked to order.The view from our room 404 was really nice, looking towards the old town and the river/canal.The a/c worked fine and the bed was comfy.We'll definitely stay here if we visit Hoi An again. Thank you!!

This hotel was lovely and clean. Just outside the hustle and bustle of town but only a 10min ride or 15 min walk away. A lovely restaurant out the front which was open until 11pm. The pool was sparkling and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Tram was lovely and looked after everything we needed, even when her shift finished, she completed our tour bookings before leaving. Highly recommend.

It didn't bother us but there is no lift. There are only 3 levels and not many stairs but this may be a challenge for some particularly to get your luggage up.

Wonderful hotel along the canal walking distance away from the center of town. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant visit. Stayed two nights and used the free bikes to visit the beach. Morning breakfast is nice with fresh juice, coffee/tea, fruits and choice of dish. Nice pool area.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property.

The room was quite clean, close to the city centre but not in a noisy neighbourhood.

The room had a few windows indeed, but all of them were facing a wall of another building situated 1-2 metres from the windows. We didn’t like the front glass door, which led directly to the hallway where other guests were walking, you had to use the curtain all the time.Although booking.com does not inform about it, if you want to pay with card for the room, the price is higher (additional commission)

Everyone that works here is super kind and helpful. I loved the pool. Location was great just outside of the old town. Hahn at the front desk was super helpful and kind

Hotel lounge chairs and free rental bikes were a little bit run down. Our room had a a bit of an odor. There was a window in our particular room with a light outside that was on the whole night. There was no curtains in that window so the room was pretty bright at night
