Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort - Green Luxury Escape

Tranquil location. Great staff. Nice decor of the rooms.

Loved our stay here! The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to help us on multiple occasions. The hotel is spotless, the rooms modern, and the amenities -- including the spa, pool, and restaurant are outstanding.

The hotel is quite clean, and the staff are very well-trained.

The location is quite far away from Old-town, but I have a feeling that in 5 years, the location of this hotel will be quite good. It seems like they are developing the beach and adding a few new resorts, so this area will look a lot different soon.

Friendly and professional staff, nice big swimming pool, good facilities, clean room, and good spa. Compared to other hotels we stayed near Da Nang, this was probably the best one dollar for dollar. Talk to receptionist if you can. She's great.

It's not a beach resort, but they do have sun beds you can use at the nearby beach.

Location Location LocationVery clean and exceptional service. Breakfast was top class So much choice and with local seasonal fresh fruit. Nothing was too much hard work for the staff. ? recommend and would definitely return. A free daily shuttle bus to Old Town throughout the day was a big plus.

Nothing at allRooms were beautiful

silk sense was exceptional in every way - service, comfort, food and atmosphere were all outstanding.loved the property and the people were just so warm and welcoming. special thank you to Ly, she was fantastic so was everyone else. There was a gentleman in the front desk that helped me with organizing our cruise papers. I have forgotten his name; he was very helpful thank you to him and everyone else that made our stay unforgettable.Ly helped us with all our organizing for pick up tours and whatever we needed she help cater for it. There was a group of 10 would definitely return to this property absolutely loved it.

nothing to dislike

This is a beautiful riverside resort. The quality of breakfast was good. The staff attentiveness and communication was probably the best part. We had booked a two bedroom family suite with garden and unfortunately the room had an unpleasant smell and not the best view (it backed an old building with mouldy walls), the staff promptly moved us to the presidential suite at no additional cost. They took care of our daughter who had a nasty fall during our holiday. The food at Areca was pretty good- whatever we ordered was always great and we ended up with lot of in ro dining: The airport pick up was free which was nice and the shuttle bus service to the old town and the beach was very convenient. The pool was lovely and the pool bar had some good cocktails. There is a lovely farm a few steps from the hotel, they should promote it more, its beautiful. We left on Christmas Eve , the hotel was on a full festive mode, we were sad to go.

The turn down service was a bit of a hit and miss.

Everything excellent and goes beyond expectations. Staff, facilities, location, breakfast. well done

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. Staffs are friendly. Vu offered his recommendations to some local foods restaurant. He was very helpful with bikes and pleasant to talk with.

Very friendly staff, good Vietnamese food at restaurant, in fact 2nd best on all our trip in Vietnam.

Was home away from home. The activities that were offered were brilliant and it was a great way to learn about culture. I really miss this place, from the beautiful lemongrass iced tea to the friendly young man at the bell hop. We will surely be back one day. Loved the location.

breakfast incredible. location beautiful. Spa and massage exceptional-especially Hien. Vu, the bellboy, wa so friendly and looked after us at ever turn. excellent happy hour and snacks at bar. We didn't want to leave!

nothing! staff made us feel so special, even bringing out cake for my birthday at breakfast!

Clean. Well organised. Nice design. Great staff.

Pool was great, had a good gym and the restaurant was also good.Great options of street food close by also. Access to a shuttle into Hoi An and to the beach was also a great thing to have.

Only 2 things, the pool water was quite warm especially in the afternoon. The neighbours had loud karaoke at times which disturbed the serenity of the resort. The security team tried to get them to quiet down but were unsuccessful.

Lovely rooms overlooking the river, friendly staff, great breakfast, fabulous lunch.

Fantastic service from the staff. Down to remembering our names, remembering our coffee order every morning, so friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Beautiful swimming pool. Great onside facilities - spa, restaurant, bar. Great location away from the busy Hoi An centre with easy access by shuttle or grab.

The two bedroom villa was strangely laid out. There were two separate staircases for each bedroom so I felt a bit far away from my young children at night. I don't know if this was super clear on the photos. Would be fine for older children. Not a massive problem.

Staff, pool, breakfast, spa - all we're extremely nice

Perfect base to visit Hoi An (easy access by shuttle bus or taxi), yet away from the hustle and bustle. Everything was perfect: the comfortable rooms, the relaxing spa, the plentiful breakfast, and a wonderful pool. We had a small issue with AC in our room which was resolved quickly (a matter of minutes), efficiently and with follow up. Many options for activities: cycling, boat trip, farm visit…

Beautiful setting. Had a lovely stay with our family- lots of activities for the children. Beach is just a. Short walk and a few nice local restaurants in the area too. Staff are helpful and rooms comfortable.

Very quiet in the evenings. Better for slightly older children.

Lots of options including a coffee station! Heated pool. Beautiful villa.
