Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel & Spa (Little Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel & Spa)

Beautiful suite. Staff very friendly and professional. Great location within walking distance to a lot of iconic sights.

Nice hotel with a very attentive staff.

The breakfast buffet could use improvements. Many fruit flies that turned me off.

The service was absolutely amazing. The staff made everything convenient for us. If I needed a ride somewhere, they would call the ride for us which would arrive within 5 minutes. The breakfast was delicious and had great variety. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

I liked everything! Except having to leave ?

Pink and all the other staff were Amazing, could not do enough for us. The location was pretty close to the markets and very central.

Nothing seriously displeasing. Looking at my photos I can see a lantern over the pool is unlit. Didn't notice at the time but checked it out the next night. Would have added a little more color. But happy and loved everything they did for us.

Very clean, staff were extremely kind, comfortable beds.

Everything honestly 10/10 - room, air con, pool, food, staff, location.

The staff is amazing the rooms are good great location

Think the breakfast didn’t have much of an option at times if you didn’t make it early enough there wasn’t much left

The room is spacious. Location is just 5 minutes from the old town. The design of the hotel is nice so we can get good photo shoot with family here.

Please adjust the bidet hose in every toilet to be softer.

Lovely pool areaVery good location for old town...just a short walk to historic Hoi AnGood menu and food.Massage and facials were excellent in Spa

Short taxi ride to busy beach and haggle for beach beds. However hotel did call taxi which was fast and cheap.

We had a great few nights here. The hotel is on a busy road, but it’s just a short walk from a good selection of restaurants and other places to go. The staff were fantastic and really added to the experience—always warm and friendly. Rose in particular was especially helpful and attentive. After the first night, we were offered a room change due to the road noise, which was much appreciated. My son also misplaced his shoes during our stay, and the staff were quick to help us look for them, which was a big help.I’d happily recommend this lovely hotel to friends and family

I recently stayed at the Hoi A Central Boutique Hotel again and loved it even more the second time. The staff is competent, attentive to every detail, over the top friendly, and just fun to be around. Both the room and bathroom is spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated. There’s also a balcony big enough for a small table and 2 chairs, The bed is comfortable. Wasn’t able to lounge by the beautiful pool, it was still too cold unfortunately. The breakfast buffet is the best I’ve seen - huge variety, really delicious. The center of town is walking distance away, and they also have bicycles for you to use. Makes for a fun day exploring the surroundings. Be sure to ask for Hang if you choose to indulge yourself with a wonderful massage. And a huge shout out to Irene and Rose who both went out of their way to make my stay memorable and fun. I hope to return!

Staff were very attentive and even changed our booking with no extra cost

Fantastic property close to ancient town but not too close. Very clean and the staff were excellent. Our room was exceptionally great value and being on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the pool was nice. This place is truly beautiful and I would happily stay here again. The included breakfast was great and the place was so clean with the staff attentive to every need.

Nothing, the place, the staff and the location were excellent

Location was fantastic as were the staff , pink and Joy

It was very noisy and the beds were very average

Walking distance to old town. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast had a great selection.

The TV was only in Vietnamese language. The technician and reception checked but were not able to change to English. Have provided feedback to hotel staff.

Beautiful hotel just a short walk from Old Town Hoi An. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend!

The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. The room was great.

Every time someone closed their bedroom door it banged and kept waking us up. Perhaps something could be used around the door to prevent the bang when shutting.

Everything was excellent: the receptionists were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly; all the staff in the hotel looked professional and were all extremely polite; the massages at the spa were excellent and the spa was very clean; the pool was probably the best I have seen during my trip around Vietnam and finally the breakfast buffet was excellent

Room was spacious and modern. Staff were lovely. Location was good, only a 15 min walk into the old town. Pool was nice!

Some breakfast items were a bit cold. Nice selection though!

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff and great facilities a stone’s throw from the old city . Great breakfast buffet and a very nice pool. I also greatly enjoyed the massages at the spa. Highly recommended
