Great location, just out of old town, on the river and so quiet. Short walk to everything lovely staff, clean bright rooms. Lovely breakfast.

Lovely staff, quiet elegance. And the LOCATION was wonderful because it was a 10 minute walk along the river path AWAY from the tourist center, so it was an oasis of much-needed calm

I think everything was goodThere was nothing wrong with the property, but the billiards shop next to the hotel was quite noisy until 3:00 AM.

Our 2nd stay at Riverside White House Hotel. We loved our stay the first time and we loved our stay again. It was great to see Loi and Chiung again. Their staff are exceptional, room was great and the breakfast was the best. It feels like home. We will definitely be back ?

Fantastic small-size hotel in a great location just a 10 minute walk to main downtown area. The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great recommendations for things to see and do in the area and helped us organize activities. The Facilities, pool and room were very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfy and a/c worked very well. We loved the view from our balcony overlooking the river and the outside dining area for breakfast. The food was excellent and plentiful. They had a well-stocked fridge in the reception area offering many different drinks and bottles of wine also( at a cost of course).

The evening boat rides going by are quite noisy but that is not the hotel’s fault. The rooms are well insulated so once the patio door is shut the noise is minimal.

Everything! Lovely, clean rooms. Right on the river, with great views. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Loi.

We stayed at 7 hotels on our Vietnam trip and this was our favourite. Loved the riverside location, Loved the size of the hotel. Loved how clean it was, it was immaculate. Breakfast was lovely. The entire team there are great. We could not fault this hotel one bit. LOVED IT and will recommend to everyone going to Vietnam

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location; 10min walk from the center (escape the masses) and with views on the river, we had a room with balcony and we enjoyed the morning view and the "lantern boats" passing by at night. Everything was very clean. Very good breakfast with choices "a la carte" and fresh fruit. The swimming pool was great to relax after a long and hot sightseeing day ?

The location is absolutely ?, very close to old town market and resturants. The hotel is bang on the riverside, with gorgeous boats, lit up with the signature lanterns passing by at night, making it a one of a kind experience. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was superb and the staff was very courteous. Also free bicycles to ride into old Town for shopping. This place far exceeded my expectations....highly recommended.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. They made us feel very welcome. It is a very serene location, although it is only just over a kilometre walk along the rivers edge into the old town. Which made it perfect depending on whether we wanted to be a part of the action or just chill and relax by the pool. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough. We extended our stay as we felt right at home there.

There is absolutely nothing to fault at Riverside White House. Please note there was no lift, so make sure to ask for a lower room, if this could be a problem. There are stairs, but my 83 year old mother managed them fine.

The property was on the river about a 10-15 minute walk from old town. I liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was 303 - third floor. Room was a large attic style room. Very quiet. Room had bottled water daily, kettle, toiletries. (No conditioner or body lotion though). The staff were lovely - taking our bags both up to our room and back down at checkout. Always friendly and smiling and full of helpful suggestions. The breakfast was small - pastries, toast, fresh fruit and made to order eggs, omelettes, bacon, pancakes, and I think cereal. Served from 7 am. We had omelettes or banana pancakes daily and they were lovely. The pool area was nice and over looked the river. All rooms are river facing and have a balcony of sorts. We really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

A few small maintenance issues would have resulted in a 10 - torn sheer curtains, shower drainage, loose bathroom fittings minor things really. And better towels would be nice.

Perfect location, 3 min walking into town. Clean all around and a pool to cool down after a happy day exploring.

The property was on good location lantern boat was just walking distance and the girl on reception was so helpful really nice experience

The hotel was situated by the water with great views and easy access to the old town walking along the river. The staff were very friendly and welcomed us every day. We liked the pool it was beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Riverside White House Hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk into the city centre, ideal for exploring on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Would happily return and recommend to others.

Location was fantastic and the staff were beyond accommodating in giving suggestions and making sure we had everything we needed. They also fixed any problems in less than an hour!

Bathroom is within the room - not a bad thing - just wasn’t expecting it.

The view of the river from the balcony was fantastic. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, also alongside the river. They didn't have a restaurant at night, but they did have drinks that you could grab and enjoy on the patio. Very nice hotel overall. Also great service throughout.
