Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout every step of the way until we checked in including finding us transportation to and from Da Nang Airport.

The rooms weren't particularly sound proof. We had some pretty loud neighbors (no fault of the hotel) that kept us from fully enjoying our experience.

The room is nice and spacious. The balcony a great size there isn't much of a view of anything as there is some development in adjacent buildings. There was a very nice buffet breakfast. We loved the salad and other food option for everyone! The hotel offers bicycles you can use to explore the town. We definitely have to come back here!

The shower set-up is a bit weird at first no a huge issue.

Hotel is in quite area, it’s nice and peaceful after noisy and active old city visit. Very good staff. Most of them spoke English, so it was easy to communicate. They helped us with good tips and what to do in the city. Good breakfast.

Cute property, great feel and they have everything you need. Very welcoming and friendly staff. They did everything they could to be sure we were happy. From front desk staff to housekeeping and breakfast Buffett we felt well taken care of. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive more than we expected to be honest. The shower was great, good water pressure and after adding a mattress topper to the bed it made it perfect. The pillows were great. The hotel has free bikes if you like, and the room had every amenity from umbrellas to bottled water to a room safe and robes. Very pleased with our choice of this property.

The only negative about the property is that it is just a little more than walking distance from attractions. Close but not an easy walk. So you would need to use a bike or call a ride share to explore the town. There is not really anything walking distance from the property. Even this slight negative has a positive as it is very quiet without street noise. So it has its advantages too.

The room was beautiful and having bikes to go around was a great service.The staff was extremely kind with us aswell.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff which were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was a nice, clean and aesthetically pleasing. We used the free bicycles a couple of times which was very nice overall a wonderful stay.

Clean rooms, nice place, staff is very friendly and helpful, also they’re kind. Hotel gives you bikes for free to ride in the city which is very helpful in Hoi An! Absolutely recommend :)

We loved it. The rooms are great and spacious, the breakfast is very rich with good quality and variety of options. The bicycles are complementary and very convenient to use.Mostly we enjoyed the staff, very friendly, helpful and charming. We really connected with them . Would be happy to go back again!!

We had such a great time! Odyssey is a perfect little hotel just outside the old town, which is great if you want to be close to everything interesting but still stay in a quite and pleasant location. Everyone were so nice, especially Jessie which helped us a lot with everything we needed and more! Lovely stay overall!

A really lovely place to stay with views over one of the rivers. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff spoke with guests about their day ahead and the plans they had. It was a 10 minute walk to town but that meant you could get away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was nice and the hotel has bicycles that guests can use. We cycled to An Bang beach for lunch.

Such lovely facility and fantastic staff making this one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while. Every single individual you interact too is fantastic but a very special shout out and thank you for to Oahn (Jesse) for being so welcoming and sharing so much amazing input and insight not only to make my travels in Hoi An more enjoyable but all of Vietnam.

Our stay at Odyssey in Hoi A was wonderful. The hotel is very close to the central area, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It offers many amenities that make it special. The pool is spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The entire property is spotless, the rooms are large and comfortable, and we slept very well. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river, which was simply spectacular. Breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of both local and international dishes, always something new to try and of excellent quality. I also want to highlight the free bicycle rental, which makes it easy and enjoyable to move around Hoi An. Finally, the service provided by the staff is extraordinary always attentive and caring. For example, we had an early departure to the airport, and they packed us a small breakfast to take with us. Every interaction was marked by kindness and genuine hospitality. Would definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay unforgettable!

Good selection of breakfast. Friendly and delightful staff . Very very helpful. The spa girl was amazing. Vietnamese massage is a must try.

The room was perfect for us ( 2 friends with daughters) and super clean. The staff is amazing and very attentive. My friend mentioned her something about her pillow and it was replaced the same day. The outdoor area is very nice and you can have drinks there after dinner. They also arranged an excursion for us shortly after we asked about it at breakfast.
