The location is right on the beach and the pool is huge and right next to the beach. The buffet breakfast is delicious with many options. I loved getting to sit at a table that looked out on the ocean. Truly peaceful and a great place to relax!

Beautiful property with hardworking, friendly staff and great shuttle service. Loved the pool coconuts and thoughtful service touches.

However, my room felt stuffy on arrival and the AC vent was dusty, which required late-night maintenance. The buffet and gym amenities could be improved, and my request for early check-out wasn’t accommodated despite a family emergency.

The staff seemed to have no ability to manage families without of control children running and screaming I. Public areas and corridors until 22:30 at night and then at 7:00. The staff failed to take action even when called. They also accepted as an answer from parents that there are too many children, we can’t control them. How does that make it ok for it to then become other paying guests problem? Why was no action taken by the hotel to ensure other paying customers were not impacted? Also no attempt to compensate for the failure was made. That to me shows a very poor level of understanding of the customers experience. The breakfast hall was also a mad house with children running riot and playing with the food at the buffet with their fingers. I’m not just being a grumpy old man. I have a 7 year old daughter, I understand the challenges, but I also understand what total failure of parenting and customer service look like. It made an otherwise pleasant experience very unpleasant. It will make me reconsider staying again at a resort that I otherwise really like.

Villa was great

Was not informed about having to pay a holding deposit which ended up being $700.00 au which I have not got back yet and for some reason which I could not really understand , but they indicated my bank would take time to do it .Will wait to see if that happens or not . Also we did get delayed on arrival due to air conditioning issue so waited in foyer for an hour and a half . Also had to get them out another 3 times because it was leaking from the roof onto the floor . Nothing in kitchen no plates or anything .Could never facilitate the courtesy bus to town always booked out .

Villa with private pool absolutely amazing, good continental breakfast & helpful staff!

Everything exceeded our expectations! We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids under 5), and the private villa was perfect for our stay.We stayed in Villa 8212, which was beautifully maintained and super comfortable. The staff were exceptional—genuinely warm, helpful, and worked together like a true team.The villa had everything we needed, and it was all in great working order—especially the air conditioning and the private pool, which were standout features for us.We loved the resort facilities too—gym, spa, main pool, both bars—everything was easy and relaxing to use.The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety that set us up perfectly for each day.Highly recommend this place. We had an amazing time and would absolutely return! A perfect base for Hoi An in Luxury!

There was not much to not like about the property. We were treated how you should be at any great accommodation.

Boring sterile rooms, not furnished properly for a place this expensive. Carpets have a musty smell which is such a turn off. At night it felt more like a hostel than a resort. Room service and pool drinks are deceptively priced - they show you a price and then add tons of surcharge on it. We got a room with ocean view balcony, but were told no smoking allowed. They claim to have a shuttle service to the old town but it runs in select times and not helpful at all.

It was idyllic in more ways than one. The villa was wonderful and had a great ocean view. The staff was very courteous and efficient.

There wasn’t any cutlery or crockery in the villa. And there was hardly any soap in the bathroom. Only one small soap was provided in each bathroom.

The rooms were big and comfortable. View of beach from room was wonderful. And staff were very attentive and friendly and helpful.

Rooms were very comfortable and staff helpful. The pool is enormous and gym is very good also. Breakfast was excellent.

A few things could have done with a mild refresh, we had dinner twice in the hotel- there was a very broad choice bit on one occasion we had to wait for a bit- that said, our bill was discounted for this without my complaining; we weren’t in a particular rush so this was nice. The hotel is a bit out of town and the area seems to have seen better days- there are a few abandoned hotels adjacent.

Spacious, modern villa. Large pool and shuttle bus to the town. A good range of food in the breakfast buffet.

Food service slow, waited 1 hour for potato wedges. We used the gym and would have liked a rowing erg in there.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool and the villa is simply fabulous.The housekeeping and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful.The place itself is besides the beach and our overall experience was great.We enjoyed the private pool and we recommend this to everyone.The only thing which we felt was that as vegans we did not get much in the breakfast menu and the staff at the coffee shop were generally cold and unhelpful.( And it is for this reason we rated this property as a 9 as against a full 10 on 10)

As mentioned above the restaurant staff were far from welcoming and as vegans and vegetarians we did not have much to eat at breakfast.If the hotel is keen to establish itself as a destination for a vegan traveler then hopefully they will look into this .

Location is a bit out of town so best to go in the warmer months!

The only downside was the location, it is a little 'remote' and then in the off-season, they close a restaurant and other facilities so you are captive in a minimalistic space. But the old town is a mere Grab away so super-easy to go explore. The food in the resto was seriously delicious (try the Pho). The staff were just wonderful and our room was wow, overlooking the sea from the bath was iconic. Amazing value for money for such a beautiful hotel. We'll absolutely be going back. It was an under-cool space.

A tad remote. Nowhere to walk to for a drink on the beach and such, plus there is no beach at the resort. But again it is a quick Grab away and hey presto you're in the old town and on the river. It's super easy to transport back and forth, so again IU call out the remoteness is really not an issue at all. There's even a seafood restaurant 'arcade' just up the road which has seafood galore: spoilt for choice in fact. Just ask for Silk Restaurant where the do the weddings and take you pick of resto.
