The staff are great, especially at the front desk, who always had a smile, always remembered me by name, and was both knowledgeable and helpful.

Breakfast was delicious, with many diverse selections. I appreciated having access to a bicycle with lock to cruise through the city or along the beach. The view of the river is peaceful. Staff is courteous and accommodating.

Having more options for transport to city throughout the day would be convenient, it is only offered twice in the afternoon, with about an hour if you want it back to the hotel.

We received 5 star service at Wyndham Garden Hoi An. All the staff were simply amazing!! The rooms are nice and airy. There is construction noise from Mariott, but we were switched to the other end where we could hear the waves at night. Breakfast spread is expansive and of excellent quality. And the in-house Spa is exceptional, especially Dao! Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay?

Comfortable beds, clean property, very friendly and helpful staff. A short drive to the Historic Town and An Bang Beach. Can catch a Grab taxi very quickly. Good size pool and nice views of the water in the upper level rooms. Very good breakfast with a large selection.

The restaurant served me a warm beer one night, so I never trusted them again. The cook was also very loud, yelling jokes to the other staff and making it hard to enjoy my meal.

Nothing - everything was great

The entire staff were helpful, kind, friendly, and quite knowledgeable. The Reception staff arranged a couple tours for us, scheduling our drop off and pick up. Everything was seamless. The first evening we were received a free food tasting, this was very fun and unexpected. Breakfast was included. The breakfast was excellent every day, so many choices! Again the staff were great. We also enjoyed a lunch and dinner.

Beautiful small, hotel with an outdoor pool. They provided shuttle services to Hoian old town and to the beach. There is a buffet style breakfast,

The staff tried to upsell everything and at times I felt were intrusive. However, they were friendly and helpful. There was a moldy smell in my room, so I cleaned the AC filter and aired out the room during nice weather which took care of most of the problem.

It was the perfect hotel for recovering from some awful food poisoning. I think I slept 2 days straight and the bath was a welcome relief in between sleeping. The breakfast was great for the kids and the location close to the beach was wonderful for kids too.

The employees are too pushy with selling extras (spa services, alcohol, etc.). I was stopped by employees at the pool, walking through the lobby and was approached at my table while eating breakfast every single morning by staff trying to sell me things. I get they probably need to hit a quota but waaay to much

Very nice and family friendly hotel. The sea is about 100 meters away. You need to cross a road, but it is always empty. Stuff is really nice. Hotel provides vouchers for a nice beach club. Pleanty of small restaurants near by

There are tall bar chairs at the balconies which makes it dangerous for small kids. Would be much better to just put regular ones.There is a construction site in front of a hotel, but it's not a big deal.

Again, the staf makes you feel welcome at all times from the people in the front desk, passing through the people in the restaurant and finishing with the lady who cleans the room.I specifically loved that we were welcomed with a cup of cold ice tea at the same time we were invited to sit on a special area in the lobby until the paperwork was done.
