Beautiful hotel close enough to walk to old town but also far enough away. Staff is incredible. The breakfast is the best. This is our fourth time visiting Hoi An. It’s our new favourite hotel. We have booked to go back on this trip.

Nothing except for a small issue with the free bike rental.

We loved their a la carte breakfast which was our favorite in Vietnam! Our room was very spacious and there is a lot of beautiful woodwork throughout the building. My daughter liked the good water pressure in the shower and the 5pm foot bathes were relaxing after a long day of walking. The staff was very helpful including Thanh who communicated with us before stay and at check out and Diem who gave us great local information and helped us with transportation!

Constant rooster sounds from neighboring properties made it hard to sleep the first night but the staff was accommodating to let us change our room. Excellent breakfast but perhaps change the types of pastries and fruit served everyday. Best Cao Lao on our trip!

The staff are hands-on, generous with their time and so warm. The room is spacious, the amenities also always available and kept to top quality. Absolute delight of a hotel.

Everything was beautiful from the decor of the hotel to the excellent care we received from the staff. The pool was lovely, the breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the nightly footpath and the afternoon tea. We got one spa treatment which was fantastic. The free bikes were perfect for getting out to the beach and enjoying the nearby countryside. We highly recommend Maison Vy and would definitely stay there again.

Really great hotel, beautiful interior and very helpful staff that gave a lot of helpful advice. You can take a bike and explore the city which is amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were beautiful and attentive.

It was noisy outside which is normal but inside, we could hear people upstairs, downstairs, next door. Walls are very thin.

The only thing is that they don't have an elevator, 3rd floor by stairs is a bummer no matter how you look at it

The hotel is really nice, cozy, peaceful. Clean and very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.The breakfast is delicious, the afternoon tea is really nice and the feet bath they bring to the room is a very nice detail.The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.

Nothing, I had an amazing stay.

There are so many things to love about this hotel. The staff are fantastic - friendly, helpful, professional, courteous - I couldn’t fault them. Just brilliant. The room is elegant and there are wonderful extras provided which elevated my stay to a special experience. The view from my room was less attractive and a very vocal cockerel lived next door but the hotel provided earplugs if that’s a problem (which helped me 100%. The breakfast was tasty. And the pool area so peaceful and well designed. Highly recommended this wonderful hotel.

Location would be a mild negative? Not sure. The distance from the heart of the old town was easy to walk but sometimes a little further than you wished for. However staying in the old town would’ve been way too hectic.

We loved the tranquil, serenity of the hotel from the moment we walked through the doors. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and I can be very fussy.Delightful!!It had a feel of an old colonial hotel.

This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed at. I loved everything about it. The staff made you feel like we were staying in their home. We initially stayed for 6 days whilst travelling through Vietnam and enjoyed it so much we returned and stayed for a further 2 weeks at the end of our trip. We were lucky to be staying at the hotel over Tet so the hotel was very quiet but still the staff and the service was fantastic.

There is nothing I did not like.

in my travels, and while using of Booking, I have never given any stay a 10.. this one was perfect in every way.. beautiful, classy property, spacious rooms, (with complimentary herbal foot bath brought every night to the room), absolutely brilliant staff, beyond helpful.. the bonus is the restaurant..the food was far superior than expected. one can peek inside the kitchen and see the level of professionalism and sparkling cleanliness..I wish I could transport this property and it's people everywhere I went..!!

The renovation, the atmosphere and the service.

The decor here is beautiful and thoughtful. Every detail seems to have been considered. We noticed wherever you are in the hotel it looks pretty, as if much thought went into the design of the landscaping and architecture.The pool was amazing, the best we have had so far on this trip to Vietnam. The water was warm but not too warm so as it was still refreshing to take a swim. It had an infinity type edge that overflowed into stones all around it, very nice. And even at night it was just so comfortable and enjoyable.The beds and the bedding here are wonderful, ultra smooth cotton with that fantastic feel on your skin, good comfortable mattress. We love the room we stayed in with the tub; it was so relaxing to soak after a hot day and so nice.

No elevator. They do have bellmen to carry luggage up/down stairs but extra walking up/down.

Beautifully designed and maintained, and it has a lot of public spaces for gathering or working.

They sprayed for bugs/mosquitos during the late morning one day. We felt it could have been done early morning, when guests are more likely to be asleep.
