Very engaged staff ready to help with any request. Location by the river is very good, close to old town.

A little bit more attention regarding the cleaning, but absolutely not a deal breaker.

Good location, quiet, the river view, helpful friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool. Organized the motorbike and have bikes. Real sound isolation.

The big bed was 2 beds together. The big shower head wasn’t functional.

Room was very clean, nice balcony to the River. Quiet area and friendly staff, always there to suggest a tour or things to see. Great breakfast. Free bikes to use were a bonus.

No disappointments

Great location, close to old town via the free bicycles but further enough away that it was quiet. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. View was lovely.

I didn't enjoy the breakfast so much.

The staff were great I would like to thank Tina who was so helpful she was an angel!!! We loved everyone there they all helped so much. Right by the river you can walk or bike (they have bikes to use for free) to the center. Quite and safe food was good BUT really we only had breakfast as in Hoi An there are so many beautiful food places you do not need to eat in a hotel!!! They sorted out all our bookings for events we went to and suggested places to go for food that were epic!!! We would stay here again when in Hoi An - our go to place when Hoi An!!! They made us feel like part of a family was sad to leave them but will be back. We send them all our love and appreciation till next we meet. Oh and do check out the memories show get the VIP seats - the show is one of the best we have seen really worth it and the hotel suggested it to us - they were so right!!! Also do some cooking classes if you have time also a great experience... oh oh oh... almost forgot the massages were very professional and did more massages in the hotel on the whole trip due to the great deal and the level of the massages were amazing - many thanks to the whole team - kudos!!!As I write this I am wishing we were back there :)))

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is quite big with balcony, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good.they provide bicycles which is very handy to ride along the river to the Old town.

Quite place on the river , sufficiently close to the ancient town yet far enough to avoid the crowds and the noise

Could have food to order especially if one is returning from the Hoi An Memories show , since there are not many options nearby

Location, just a 15 minute walk to the Historic centre. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly and professional.

Vietnamese coffee could be better . Only complaint really.

Everything! The staff were kind and helpful. The room they placed me in was beautiful! High ceilings with a giant bathtub (it is all about the tubs for me) and a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was onpoint with slight variations every day. The eggs to order were great. The staff assisted me in setting up day trips, a river cruise and a motorbike cruise, and my departing car.The spa! I must have gone every day.A great little resturaunt next door, the Boat Riverside. The hotel is also a bit outside of the hussle of town so it is quiet, something of high value here in vietnam. Close enough to walk or bike, far enough to sleep easy.

Leaving! You know it is a good spot when you feel a bit teary eyed as you wave goodbye to the staff who saw you off.

You have the view of Thu Bon river in the front. A surprisingly clean room with equipped facilities for the stay. If you want to go to the Ancient town (walking area), you can call an electric car (just inform the receptionist 5-10 mins earlier).

You have to patiently wait for the grab drivers to get where you are.

Does the job for a night or two, place a little tired, staff bombarded us with info upon check in and when we asked something, first got answer that we were already informed about this. Seemed a little strange, we are on vacation in a new place after all and not remembering every smallest detail should be understandable. Pool is just there, nothing special about it. The only plus is the larger room and the balcony to chill after day of exploring. Little far away from all the pop locations and hard for taxi to get there as street by the river in the evening turns into restaurant and bar street filled with scooters.

Lisa, Tina and Elly were fantastic! We had excellent recommendations and assistance from all of the staff. They helped us book day trips and had great suggestions for activities and restaurants. We loved the swimming pool and our room was very spacious and had a beautiful view.

We loved this hotel. The room was large and well appointed with an amazing view of the river. The staff were lovely and helpful.

I can’t think of anything. It was a bit of a longer walk into town, but it was along the river and quite scenic. It was always fairly easy to get a car when we had enough walking.
