Property was walking distance to everything and the grounds are immaculately kept. The staff was warm and welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely stay again

The location is close enough to downtown, and it's located in a quiet location.Right across the street, there are good restaurants.

The shower didn't have a glass door to separate from the rest of the bathroom, and the floor got wet everywhere. There is no elevator to the 3rd floor, and it was tough to carry down heavy suitcases.

Rooms were clean and spacious, pool was beautiful and clean, dining room was immaculate and calming. ALL STAFF, without exception were awesome, full of smiles, chat and helpfulness. The Reception staff were super smiley, provided us with a vase on request, the housekeeping were efficient and always left us fresh towels. The maintenance man, working around the property was always smiling, even at 11pm when I bumped into him! And the morning breakfast crew were amazing, especially the male "head" guy, full of smiles, greetings and a little bit of chatter. The staff organised Hoi An Go electric cars for us on the first night until we got the App! We arranged an early check-in for Xmas morning, which was no problem, and we left our cases in reception on the last day. For anyone reading this, there is a snicket out of the back of the hotel to Nourish Vegan restaurant, around 100m walk, which is beautiful food and an amazing environment for brunch. We walked the long way back to the hotel having not seen the back entrance. There are a few restaurants near the hotel serving Vietnamese or Western foods, and the Electric Hoi An Go cars, take maybe 5 mins to the market and 10 mins to the old town, costing 50,000VND and 100,000VND, which was around $3 or $6 (NZ) for us at the time, which isnt even enough to buy a cup of coffee, so great location for the hotel, and there is a mini-market near, aw well as nail salons, barbers, shavers, cafe's etc nearby, so you can spend a day at the hotel or in the immediate vicinity quite happily.

Some of the paving was slippery after rain with algae on the slabs, and the polished marble corridors look amazing, but were slippery underfoot after the rain, particularly the shaded sections around the pool.

The room was very spacious and had a balcony. The place was extremely clean and comfortable, and I really loved staying here. It’s a little far from the night market (about a 15–20 minute walk), but it’s easy to rent a bike or use Grab.This was the best room I stayed in during my trip to Vietnam - super clean, very spacious, and well-equipped. It had all the facilities you could need, even small thoughtful touches like an umbrella.

The breakfast options were quite limited and average. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints.

Breakfast was nice with a good variety. The room was really spacious, the bathroom was pretty and the bed was comfortable.

The outlets and the door were all finicky—I had to prop my phone up with the kettle, every night, to get it to charge. I had to angle and jiggle my key every time to get inside the room. I didn’t get a king bed as requested but two doubles. Even though it was big, the gap in the middle was noticeable.

The hotel is a Paradise in between the small town.

Hoi An Emotion Boutique is a stay of your dreams. The rooms are big and comfortable. You can spread out and make yourself feel at home. The staff are accommodating and kind. The swim up bar is fantastic for a lazy afternoon. The breakfast had a wide range of fresh and tasty food to fill your stomach till lunch!

Spacious room and great location, right near the river and only a 15 min walk to the main old town area. The grounds were beautifully kept and felt peaceful. The free bikes to use were a bonus!

The room could have been cleaner and the hot water was a bit hit and miss at times

We initially booked this hotel for 4 nights but we added an extra night. It is very well located. If you are thinking of going to the Hoi An Memories show it is right across the street. From the hotel, you can easily reach old town walking by the river in 10 minutes and then come back to this quiet hotel. The staff was exceptional. They were very helpful and suggested many activities and restaurants. They booked tours, private cars and massages for us. The rooms were big and the restaurant/buffet facing the pool was very pleasant.

The hotel was very peaceful, with spacious rooms which was great for our family, and a great location.

Room was very large. Staff were very friendly and accomadating. Poolside bar was staffed well.

Pool needed a good clean as you could smell the algea in it. Breakfast was a little lacking and resturant not open at all for lunch or dinner?

If you are looking for a boutique hotel this is NOT the place for you

Room size was good but there was a cockroach in our bed on the final day.Breakfast was good but there restaurant was not open at any other times. Pool bar was sparse and if you wanted a drink you had to go and find a member of staff. Generally the whole premises was mid repair, not that clean and very tired. It was reasonable given the price

The room, the bed, the pool, location to resturants, cafes, and bridge to night shows and also the free use of bikes.

I absolutely love my stay here. I intended on staying two nights but ended up staying five. The rooms were immaculately clean and very well designed. Great aesthetic.The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful with lots of lounges and umbrellas. The staff were just wonderful, especially the breakfast staff and chef. I am incredibly gluten intolerant so was unable to eat a lot the buffet food. Instead they happily cooked me a separate delicious breakfast every morning. It was very thoughtful and delicious.It was a great location, not far from old town and very close to the river. The room with the bathtub was so so good! Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel with friendly ,helpful staff. We had a spacious pool view room with a huge balcony. The breakfast was just average . We would stay again.

The room was HUGE and beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the pool was amazing and perfect for swimming. The koi ponds were beautiful and carefully maintained. The breakfast was just ok, but it was included so no complaints at all. Rooms were cleaned daily. Wifi worked well.

I would have liked to use the bathtub but the hot water didn't work long enough to fill it sufficiently to be able to take a bath, so it was just there for decoration and unusable.

The hotel looks nice and the room was spacious. Staff were nice and helpful when booking excursions.

We unfortunately had to end our stay early as our suite was infested with ants/bugs. The reception is not open at night so we had to report to a member of the maintenance team and he was helpful by providing spray but we could not report to reception or management until the following morning.

Very comfortable beds! We actually extended our stay here because the hotel was comfortable and nice. The hotel grounds look wonderful and well kept, the pool was nice and the location close to Hoi An, but far enough to be quiet. There are free bikes to rent to get around Hoi An area.

Breakfast service could be better, quite often many products on offer were empty and tool a while to be restocked.
