Great staff and comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast buffet

Only three positives about this place. 1. The staff is very nice, and helpful.2. The big swimming pool.3. Free bike rental and shuttle service.

The rooms are very old and warn down. There is no art or decorations to make it feel cozy. It felt like an old apartment room rather than a hotel. The pool towels are old and dirty. Pool water very very cold. Breakfast was very disappointing as well. Many options for the breakfast but the quality is very low.Worst part is it is a cheap sister hotel to the next door hotel and you can tell it is treated that way. Any drinks or food you order comes from the next door hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we had the best time! The staff is so kind and helpfull. The room is spacious and clean and the breakfast was amazing!! Every day we took a bike for free to explore the city and go to the beach. Would definately come back :)

Everything was great! Lovely big room, great facilities, made good use of the pool and the gym. Both a good size and decent equipment in the gym. Also had a lovely massage in the spa. Service was next level, everyone super friendly and super helpful. To top it all off was the shuttle bus service into town and to the beach where they provide towel and have a private section with loungers and parasols. Highly recommend and would for sure go back. Thank you for a great stay.

The staff were the best. Ms. Snow in particular was amazing - she felt like a good friend by the time I left. They always offered me so many suggestions for food and activities and I even booked a day on the Cham Islands for a day trip which I recommend. Also the pool area is beautiful and I met some amazing people. A special mention to the free shuttle drivers who took me to the old town and back and is all included in the stay and the drivers were so nice and friendly too. Beautiful spot between to city and the beach, alongside rice fields too. Thanks for having me I will definitely come back!

The rooms can be at a very cheap and incredible price for this level of hotel (but in this case without view). Great people , beautiful swimming pool, fantastic breakfast. There's also a shuttle to go in the historical center.

Incredible staff, just to name a few that were exceptional - Sylvia, Ken, Jasmine, and Phoebe who went above and beyond but everyone was amazing and so welcoming!Pools are wonderful, breakfast is excellent, free shuttle to beach and town is very nice! Facilities are very good and clean and the rooms are large. Good location - 20 minute nice walk in to old town and located in nice quiet area with some great restaurants at very reasonable prices located nearby. We spent a month and couldn’t have been happier with our choice.

Silvia and staff were wonderful. Clean, quiet and good location within walking distance to everything. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from and nice spacious dining room for eating so never felt over crowded. Pool area looked nice but weather didn’t cooperate so didn’t get to use.

The rooms were big and the buffet breakfast was good. Staff where friendly they helped us after our other accommodation was so damp we had to book this one last minute

This is a good, modern hotel with large rooms. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Motorcycle parking.

Breakfast was beautiful, Staff fantastic, Flora and Silvia,Hannah Ken and many more i would like to mention where absolutely fantastic.We went there as tourists and came away as part of one big family.

Nothing everything was superb

I had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The breakfast was superb, the pool was great, the room was super and the staff was amazing. And even a free shuttle bus to the center and the beach. And bicycles for free!

This is the second time I have stayed here, away from the old town but with so many tourists around it's nice to be away from the bustle , the shuttle bus runs reguarly to the old town so you don't miss any of the sites but it's nice to come back to the hotel away from the crowds great just relaxing by the pool the hotel is a bit dated but the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome Miss Snow at checkin is so happy when you check in and greets you with such a lovely smile and very helpfull, Jasmine and the resturant staff are also friendly and the food service is great Loved my stay at sincerity !

Pool area needs an upgrade and perhaps the rooms need a makeover

Location was good, facilities are good. Staff are polite.

Only a couple of young lads who worked there, seem to look a lot at tourists and giggle a lot between them. Guess it's age thing as they seem really young.

Clean and nice room. The staff are gentle and attentive, I’m very appreciative Suong and Trong for helping me a lot even though I only stayed for a short time.

We are stay one night during Hoi-an visit.Front desk person of (4-May-24 around 5pm) are very friendly smile and also do a good explaination with service mind. (The welcome drinks are very refreshing as well!)★ Tom the bellman staff are very helpful he also help us planing and booking shuttle bus to Night market.★ Once we return. We found the last trip shuttle bus from Night Market. The staff there are very helpful even the van are full and we didn't book in advance. He takes me and my family to a smaller car and drive us back to the hotel.Every staff in the hotel including house keeping, staff in breakfast area are really really helpful.Once we check out we decided to leave a luggage with the hotel.★ Dolphine the bellman are also very + and taking care the luuggage for us. He give advise for travel in ancient town area asOnce we check out we decided to leave a luggage with the hotel.★ Snow are also helpful and very calm even we have alot of payment process.If you guys are deciding. Please don't and choose this place. They have a shuttle to beach and market and they will help your trip easier.

Good location between the old town and beach with a free shuttle service. Excellent breakfast which is included.
