Lavini Hoian Boutique Villa

Loved staying a bit outside town with rice padie views. The pool is a great area to cooldown and read during the heat of the day and the free bikes make it easy to ride around when the sun cools down. The morning breakfast is also killer, with plenty of variety to make an entire family with picky eaters happy.

Location, cleanliness, view and good breakfast! Reasonable price for value.

Great location, big and clean room in a tranquil area. Peanut was kind and very helpful. She let us do very early check-in free of charge. Later on, I started feeling sick and she brought some bananas to my room, I really appreciated the gesture. Moreover, she gave us lots of tips and a great tailor recommendation!

The people at Lavini were all friendly and professional. They added a desk to our room so we could get work done while we were there, and the wifi was excellent. There were bicycles we would borrow and the pool was a bonus.

We really enjoyed the pool and the quiet serenity of the location. We had some non-hotel based issues that the manager Peanut went above and beyond to assist us with and thus had to give her a shout out via a review. She is always cheerful and positive with lots of suggestions on activities.

Bicycles have seen better days but they were free and functional and probably less likely to be stolen.

My family liked the place. Away from the noise of Hoi An. Specially the person who took good care of us. Peanut is the best host. From the moment you arrive she will take care of everthing for you. Breakfast, transfer (way cheaper than others) and almost anything you can ask for.

Not really a problem but the aircon acted up on our 1st night but they instantly fixed it the next morning.

The staff and owners were extremely helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. Thie lication was outstanding as was the food and room. I appreciated supporting a Vietnamese business with a family feel You can't do better!!

The staff are so kind and very proactive, helping us arrange travel onto our next destination. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and we even managed to sleep in!

Peanut, the manager, made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in Breakfast was great and we were given Banh Mi for when we left early which was awesome Location is in between old town and beach which makes it very peaceful and the free bikes make it easy to get round.Pool was also great Basically stay here, you won't regret it

We arrived in the morning and we where so happy, that Peanut, the angel of this place, arranged everything,that we could check in much earlier ?.Everybody here where so friendly and supported us, independ of the needs, if motorbike, restaurants, massage, cooking class, Taxi to Hue and back after some days (cheap and safety), what ever we asked and needs, we got always a very good recommendation.We want to highlight Peanut, because she is a funny and open, trustful nice and lovely Lady and took care about us. Thank you so much??The place here in the middle of the rice fields allowes us to join the morning with a nice walk or run through the rice fields. Between 1 and 9 km possible, independent what you like. Especially early in the morning when the sun rise it is fantastic. And the sweet smell from the rice, unbeliefable.

This villa was an absolute gem. Peanut, one of the staff working there, took care of us at all times. She was helpful, kind and helped us to arrange taxis, visit the city and gave us local recommendations. Meeting her was at the top of our visit. The villa was clean, nice food, good swimming pool to refresh from the heat. Only 15 minutes walking from the centre. I highly recommend it.

The staff was amazing, my wife is vegan and Peanut made a special dish of scrambled tofu which wasn't on the menu, making it better on each day, this is truly appreciated.Peanut also suggested us places we can visit, and we felt like she really cares.The location is right in the middle of a rice field which is beautiful.they rented us scooter which was convenient.

Our family of 4 had an amazing 4 nights at Lavini and can’t rate it highly enough. Stunning location just a short walk, ride or taxi from all of the action of Hoi An proper. Beautiful rooms and facilities, a great breakfast, and amazing service. Peanut took care of all of our needs, including letting me join her running group for a few early morning runs around the city and surrounding rice fields. Thank you Lavini Hoian!

Amazing people, amazing location and room. So close to the center, with bicycle only 10 min or less, on the other side you have peace and quiet. Its next to rice fields, you can also ride around the roce fields with bicycles and go to the beach (cca 20-25min). The host was amazing, i have no complaints :)

Everything! We felt at home here at Lavini Boutique Villa. The host was super friendly and always there to help. This was our best stay in Vietnam so far. Location is perfect. A little out of town but we walked a few minutes, ordered a grab or you can rent a bike. Everything was perfect! Pool is very clean also. Breakfast is really good. There is air-conditioning and also a ventilator. Next to the bathroom there even was an outdoor shower. We really loved everything!

Nothing. We had the room next to the pool and didn't noticed the humidity in the room as we read in some other reviews. So everything was perfect!
