Mulberry Collection Silk Eco

Several things - the staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was spacious and I loved the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious.

I cannot think of anything.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was great. Easy to walk everywhere. They provide free bicycles as well. They had many tour options as well.

The room needed some maintenance. It looks a bit old. And the air conditioner was too noisy. Even though I turned it off there was a noise coming from the speaker. I couldn't sleep well.

Convenient location, green vibes, good value for money

Very clean, modern, big bathroom, tasty breakfast

Beautiful facade and nice lobby, great location, close to the old town - safe to walk back at night. Professional and friendly staff. Room is very comfortable, nice layout, love the shower, love the balcony looking into greenery

The Vietnamese food in the buffet is not very good, but the Western food seems fine. However, can’t complain, it’s mot too bas and when the buffet is free

Location, Friendly staff, beautiful pool and design of hotel

I have no complaints for this price point.

Really enjoyed my 2nd stay here. Great base to explore Hoi An. Staff are great and very helpful. Breakfasts were well provided for. Spa massage was excellent. I’d think twice if you were looking to spend all your time in the hotel as the pool area is enclosed by the hotel and sun is at a premium. Gym functional.

The staff is quick to help with all their lovely recommendations about things to all around Hoi An and the hotel is only a short walk from the market.. close enough for comfort & far enough for some quiet. They also have cycles for guests to use and their laundry rates are fantastic!

Great location, lovely room, excellent staff.

Breakfast was excellent. Spa was excellent. Hotel was extremely helpful.

Smile and nice stuffs, services and SPA

The hotel is located near the old town and very quiet . Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with many choices. We will definitely come back next time and highly recommend.

This is our second staying at Mulberry Collection Silk Eco. Everything about this property is great. Stunning pools, great room for the price and the staff were fantastic. Breakfast is so good. Would 100% recommend!

Location -

On arrival the reception staff informed me that they wanted to tell me in person rather than over message that I was unable to stay there due to a problem with my room, so they moved me hotels to their sister hotel which was a distance out of town/ the reason I booked this hotel was for the location as it was in the old town

Great location. Clean. Great staff and good choice of breakfast.

The pool is in the shade for most the day and cold.

Location and complimentary bicycle use

An ageing property that shows its wear and tear everywhere. Air cond flap kept getting stuck and closed on its own. Remote control increase volume did not work. Frustrating!

Excellent small hotel walking distance to the old town. Rooms were nice. Staff were very friendly. Good buffet breakfast

Excellent location right by the Old Town and only a short walk from a selection of restaurants and shops. The staff were wonderful, one of the comfiest beds I’ve experienced in South-East Asia and delicious included breakfast!

Excellent facilities, such as the bathroom and airco. Good breakfast. Overall nice atmosphere.

As other reviews mentioned, there is construction work going on next door. The noise in our room on the first morning was extreme as we were right next to a drilling section. The staff promptly gave us another room when we asked. But I wonder why they'd assign such a noisy room in the first place. The driver in our transfer from the station was unfriendly, did not greet us at all.

Clean and spacious with very friendly staff
