Hoang Trinh Hotel

The staff was amazing. Let us settle up all our added nights at the end no stress. The property was super clean and really cute. The mini bar was stocked incase we needed it, having that was a life savor. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean comfortable space that’s walkable in Hoi An!

the decoration was great, you do feel like in another world, the tropical plants and how clean it is. Love the big breakfast spread. Had an elevator which is great to get the luggage easily to the room. It was quiet at night which we needed the rest.

It needs a bit updating, not much. The pool is great.

Not the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. The humid musky smell especially in ours wasn’t fantastic. Got into some clothes as well. A bit noisy too.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Each day they asked what our plans were and made recommendations. The hotel is 2 mins from the entrance to the old town. The room was exactly as described and provided conditioner as well as shampoo. The breakfast was the best I'd had in Vietnam - a good mix of Vietnamese and Western with a wide variety of fresh fruits on offer. We also got a little gift on check out.

The bed was a little hard but generally that's standard throughout Vietnam. Just a shame we had to leave early on the last day and missed out on the breakfast

We had a fantastic stay at the Hoang Trinh Hotel, our room was nice and quiet (and a good size) and the staff were always extremely friendly and helpful! We stayed for 5 nights, and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here when in Hoi An!

Very cute hotel with a lovely host who helped us out with everything we needed. Breakfast had many options, the room was comfortable and the bathroom quite spacious.

I think many of the rooms have an inward facing balcony - but that's not a deal breaker

Location, staff were amazing! They were very helpful- made us feel very welcome. They booked various things for us as well. A wonderful breakfast! We even left with a parting gift from them.

We found the round bed a challenge due to our height … wasn’t really the king bed we booked.

Had only booked for 2 nights but extended stay another 3 nights. Love the look and feel of the hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you and are super friendly (even gave me a small gift on departure and let me hang around until my sleeper bus).Would absolutely stay again

I would definitely stay again but there were a couple of issues, the internet barely worked while in my room which meant I had to use my data through out my stay. The room I was in also smelled damp which led me to leaving the extractor fan on throughout my stay. Lastly you can hear everything going on in the hotel. As mentioned though I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again but maybe request a different room

The staff were all extremely nice, very attentive and professional. Lin was especially helpful and kind despite her busy schedule attending to guests needs. She has a wonderful work ethic. In addition to the great staff, the location was very convenient as its location is close to the old town historical sites, restaurants, bars, etc… The breakfast was also very good. Plenty of options, fruits, vegetables, pastries, some local cuisine and of course, great coffee. I hope to visit again next year.

We like the location...just enough walking distance to the Old Town, tailor shops, restaurants.The hotel is much more than value for money.The front desk staff is very accommodating.

Wonderful staff, cute spot, tasty breakfast. Helped hold onto a debit card delivery before we arrived and a custom dress dropped off while we were out. Everyone was so kind and friendly. A lovely stay!

Our room had a musty smell when the AC was turned off but went away after a few minutes.

Wonderful location with kind and welcoming staff. Within walking distance of everything you could need and they arrange for rides if needed. The room is very clean with great water pressure, complimentary items and cold AC.

All of the staff are absolutely amazing, accommodating, and genuinely lovely people. Our room was very nice too. Had a couple of small issues like the bathroom vent not working and a partially clogged shower drain, but not big enough of an issue to overshadow how incredibly nice the staff are. Would 100% stay here again!

The staff was amazing, kind and caring, assistance with any question, we received a cake and a gift when we left the hotel, we booked one night and stayed 7 nights, the breakfast is excellent and meets all expectations.The location is excellent close to the old city

The staff were lovely and very attentive. Breakfast was really nice and they even prepared a takeaway option when we had to leave early in the morning for the airport. They also offered taxi to the airport at a really good rate compared to Grab.

Room was a bit small.

Expected a little bigger room for the price.We had no windows.Wifi connection was lost or weak many times.
