Exceptional service from staff.

Amazing! A true highlight of our stay in Vietnam! The staff was incredible - like family - and service was superb. We really enjoyed the New Years Eve special celebrations - well done team! Daily breakfast was outstanding. Location was ideal. The pool was relaxing, the riverside location was ideal, the service was excellent.

Really lovely facilities. Great location 2 min walk from the lantern boat area and access to old city. High quality, well equipped, well airconned, nice sized rooms. Front desk staff exceptionally friendly with really good English (best we have had in vietnam). Food was great if a bit expensive; breakfast buffet had plenty of range. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Hoi An!!

Nothing major. Very minor comments but enough to pull back from 10 to 9: swimming pool was a bit cold for the prevailing air temperature and was in shade from mid afternoon (19-22); shower floor was very slippery - we didn't, but if it's wet be careful; in the restaurant they played the same bossa nova jazz track repeatedly all day every day until I pointed it out after which we got more bossa nova - much more amusing than annoying!

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The best was its location, which was away from the very busy and chaotic river. The size of the room and specially the bathroom was superb! The staff was also friendly, helpful and hospitable. We used their gym and that was a big plus for us.

Beautiful resort located on the river just a short walk into the old city. Staff were lovely especially the pool and dining staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool fantastic way to cool off after a wander around. l would definitely recommend a stay at the gorgeous resort

Lovely grounds, riverside, ground floor rooms can lead to garden.

Some of my friends complained about mosquitoes/bugs (this resort has lovely garden with lots of plants & shrubs), but I didn’t encounter any problem.

Lovely clean rooms with comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, quiet but still within walking distance to all the main attractions. The pool was amazing, plenty of sun lounges and beautiful kept gardens.The breakfast was nice but not a lot of options.

Great position on the River, close to everything. Good breakfast and staff all amazing.

Best location, super comfortable, wonderful staff who are happy to help with anything that you need. Particularly loved our river view room.

There was construction works in the neighbouring property whilst we were there but with the location of our room it didn’t bother us but it might be a downside for others. However, all of Hoi An/ Da Nang is having construction works/ developments so just something to be mindful of when you visit the area too.

Great location. Hoi An gets very busy in the evening and quite noisy, but the short 5 min walk from the hotel ensures you’re not disturbed by any of that. The outlook from the hotel onto the river is lovely when enjoying the swimming pool which is a good size and there are plenty of places to sit. Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

There is building work going on adjacent to the property at the moment, which really didn’t bother me one bit, but you should be aware of it.

The pool is so good to relax , the breakfast is really good - a great variety and tasty. It was my birthday and the staff brought a little birthday cake to my room , singing happy birthday!

The staff was very kind, our room was cleand and well equipped. Also the hotel itself was was beautiful and well located, just 5 mins walk from the old quarter.

Very good location. The pool was really clean and a comfortable temperature. Breakfasts were great. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The rooms were comfortable and large.

Our toilet got blocked once, but staff were able to fix the problem quickly.

The property is superb! Location, staff are amazing, rooms are beautiful pool is fantastic (and it’s hard to find a good dying pool in Hoi An old quarter)

The only thing I hated was there was a cupboard door covering my fridge. I had to open that to get to the fridge, just annoying. (First world problems I know!?)
