The attention was great, the people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly

It can be a bit noisy at night because it is very close to the restaurants and bars.

It’s not the hotels fault but there was a marathon that was going to start in the early hours of the morning. What the marathon event sponsors decided to do was blast music via speakers to energize the marathon runners. The music was projected across the river or lake. I woke up at 3:30 am thinking that there was a club next door. Check event schedules for marathons before booking. I checked in on a Saturday

The best location in Hoi an. The staff are very friendly. I recommend 100%. I’m traveling for 2 months in Asia … and this was my favorite hotel .

Location is just steps away from the River. Room we got is big but balcony view is just wall. Daily water and towels provided. Lovely and helpful staff. Breakfast is good with daily hot soup and egg station.

The noise from the events by the river can be heard. There is also no elevator so request a lower ground floor if you cannot climb stairs

Location is great, very close to the river and restaurants. Room size was okay but the room had a weird smell. Since it is close to many bars and restaurants, the nights can be very very noisy and difficult to get a good sleep. Otherwise its a good place for a couple of days.

The breakfast was just okay. even though the staff was very helpful in offering me several options

I like the staff, they are gracious & helpful. We all like the balcony too, and the location is super good,is just besides the tourist attractions.

The basin tap is hard to close tightly, if you were not closed properly it would leak & hard to control the hot water too.

Location and staff especially lady chef looked after us good.

On booking.com site it said had safe deposit box but none in room. This was important to me for peace of mind I always check for a safe in room before I book. This ruined my stay. Also no cancellation refund option. We left 2 days early and got new hotel with a safe. No mirror in bedroom. Only one bedside cabinet had to use floor.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, decent breakfast, location close to the centre and great WiFi connection.

The amount of noise in the room was unbearable and made the stay very unpleasant - I could hear all noises in the hallways, people talking/laughing/etc. in other rooms as well as the loud music coming from the bar next door until very late. Also, the surrounding area gets (too) busy every day after 4pm due to the night market.

Ting at reception was fantastic. As my wife was feeling ill she allowed us a 3 hour early check in and also changed our room to the first floor, so we didn’t have many stairs to climb. The hotel is centrally located in the old quarter with all the attractions it has to offer. Plenty of food around with laundry’s and convenience stores nearby. Fantastic wifi. Breakfast is average but plentiful. Great value for money hotel. Would definitely stay here again

Nothing to complain about

The bed was comfortable.The location would have been good except for the noise.

To close to noisy bars without sound proofing, even the room doors bang. You can hear people in the corridors, the seating around the pool needed replacing. Breakfast was very average. We only ate day 1 out of 4. The roof leaked water in front of the toilet, and the light didn't work because of it. The hair dryer didn't work, but offered me one to use.

Little noisy up until 1:00 AM...

Fantastic location. Fun area. The staff were very helpful. I had a bad stomach and the women there became my Mom and doctor, she kept the ginger tea coming and cooked for me special. Very caring people. Showers were hot, air con worked well and breakfast was good.

Breakfast was limited but the staff were very accommodating.

Great location. Friendly staff. Simple breakfast but adequate.No elevator, so you might experience some difficulty if you have big luggage. It's not ideal if you have a problem climbing stairs.The facilities are old and some lights were not functioning. Value for money, don't expect too much.

Location and a/c was great

Cash only. Credit card payments were not available. Price online was different from checking in until we corrected them. Room was dirty, moldy and bed was old, had stains and very uncomfortable. Smoke filled the room at night when staff burned charcoal or trash in front. Breakfast was minimal and was not refilled.
