The shower did not work properly. They need to get rid of the tub and just have a shower

Got a room with the river view which is what you want. It?s close to all the action of restaurants, attractions but a street away to minimize the noise. Would stay here again.

The location is excellent - only a few minutes walk from all the action, yet away from the crazy car/motorcycle traffic. The staff is very friendly and gets to know you from the start. Hotel employee took good care of me and my mom.

The breakfast was only ok. It was nice to be included with the room price, and we could have something to eat and drink before our big days ahead, but better food and coffee were found outside the hotel.

I loved the ladies that worked at front desk, they were the most friendliest and very helpful for anything. I like how they all can speak English very well.

Not the hotel itself but the spa was at another hotel and I had a pretty bad experience and would NOT recommend anyone to do the spa.

Top 2 was the location and the staffs. It was close enough to the action, and the staffs were friendly.

Bathroom could use an update. Bath pipe felt like it was going to come off at any moment.

The highlight of River Suites Hoi An is its excellent location. You are right in the hub of town without being in the noise of town. Walkability is excellent. Get a river view room and you can see the lantern boats from your room.

Super cute hotel. Right on the river and It is really close to everything in old town and the Chinese bridge. Breakfast was great! It a nice buffet with cook to order eggs and a lot of choices. The pool is really nice and they have a spa onsite too. Room was comfy and had a mini fridge, kettle , chairs, and desk

To Shower you have to stand inside the free standing Tub and the sides are very tall so it is hard to get in and out of the tub.

Location was good, across the river from the night market. Staff was nice.

The room had an unpleasant smell we couldn’t sleep the first night. However, they changed the room for us the next day. The breakfast was ok, not great. We only had breakfast 1 day. We didn’t look forward to breakfast the next day. The bathroom system was just weird for us.

The location right on the river across from the night markets and with a view of the lantern festival was fab. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Short walk into the shops and restaurants was perfect. The property itself was clean well maintained, beautiful little pool for a dip and onsite spa as well as breakfast included - the staff even packed us breakfast when we left at 5am to head to the airport - what more could you ask for!

Ideal position next to old city. Friendly staff. Average breakfast. Restaurant only open for breakfast. Excellent room and outstanding modern bathroom

The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the ancient town. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast had great variety. Lovely that you have the option to sit inside or outside.

The pool was unheated, small and a bit too public in the lobby, so the kids didn't end up using it.

Lovely hotel & very helpful staff. Centrally located to everything in Hoi-an. It’s only a very short stroll to the old town, which is very vibrant and just across the river from some lovely bars/ restaurants, night market etc.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here 4 nights and enjoyed the stay. There are many restaurants nearby. I would return here and recommend.

Location was great and Riverview was magic.

Shower was terrible, hot water took forever to come through. The breakfast was very basic compared to other hotels in Vietnam we have stayed at.

It was quite basic. My room was quite dark with bulky brown furniture.

The location was lovely, right on the river and steps away from both the historic part of Hoi An and the night market. Breakfast was great - not extensive but with fresh-made crepes, served on the verandah facing the river.

Good team. Good breakfast good variety. I liked having a balconey with a view on the river and a bath tub. It is at a walking distance from most places in the ancient city. There are restaurants all around.

Because it is close to the tourist area, it gets super noisy at night, we got night club music and karaoke all night. But not the hotel's fault.

The staff gave brilliant service

Located next to the night market, the music was thumping for half the night and I didn’t get much sleep. My elderly mother took the stairs and fell from one landing to the next. Black stair in a dim lite area wasn’t helpful. She had a shock reaction and lost consciousness. I asked for an ambulance and medical help but language barrier prevented that from happening. We were left to manage the stressful situation ourselves.
