Hoi An Sala Hotel

Good position very clean basic breakfast included in price .

Hot water and A/C was turned off at one time through carelessness. Had issue with payment, credit card facility off when attempting to check out. Had to argue over cash paent and conversion rate. This even though I had a fixed price for my stay.

Proximity to old town

Very loud street ( car horns always honking ), hot water only lasted about thirty seconds. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been.

The staff are a gem, always smiling and always availble for any questions and requests, they made us feel really welcome! The location is perfect, you walk to the old town center in less than 5 minutes and still you can escape the noise of the town, the beach is 15Minutes by bike as is the coconut grove.

Well, you can read in other reviews too that the shower is a little iffy, hot water is not always available (but we are experiencing the same in our next stay in hcmc) but when the hot water runs there is a lot of it and the shower is really nice! Internet in the rooms does not work well, I recommend buying an esim (18 dollars buys you 10Gb).

Location is great, restaurants and other establishments are just 5 minute walk from the hotel.

No elevator and no one can help to carry our luggages to the room. Difficult to adjust water temperature in the shower. Water pressure in the shower could be better. Towels smell damp.

Location and plenty of seating areas on the property.

Water temperature in the shower fluctuated from extremely hot to cold within seconds and had to constantly adjust.

Not a clean place. Worried about the air conditioner- if the filter was dirty.

The air was stagnant in the room. Air conditioning helped but was worried how recently the filter had been changed.

Not far from the center and the port. Helpful staff, big room and a swimimg pool

I like the enviroment near to everything

We booked a car from the hotel and they send us driver which was really annoying and irritating way of asking for a TIPS by telling his family problem and need money to buy milk for his son. We were so disturb with him because he spoke non stop trying his best to get tips, , at the end at the airport when we bring down our luggage he was looking at his phone, i told him good bye but he dont even look at us just standing there looking at his phone not even a word from him. How can your driver so cheap behave when no tips given, he treat the guest badly. Really discussting experience

The location was perfect for what we needed and the staff were very nice.

The room was really dark as the window was blocked by a wall and there was also ants in the corner of our room.

Comfy beds, very clean and great service.

I like this hotel because the staff are very friendly, they support us very enthusiastically. The hotel is right in the old town so it doesn't take much time to visit and walk around. There is also a swimming pool inside.

One of the great choices during my trip to Hoi An, this hotel is located right in the old town so it's very convenient to move around, in addition to the swimming pool, the hotel has a private beach and a shuttle service.
