Royal Riverside Hoi An Hotel-Newly Renovated & Reopened

The cleanliness of the hotel. The great breakfast buffet. The friendly staff.

Staff bent over backwards to make sure that you felt welcome and to accommodate to your needs. They sat down and talked to you about the surrounding area and food specific to hoi an. The room was clean and cool. Breakfast was free and delicious.

The hotel was located way out on the edge of the town, which i didnt think would be a big deal, but i was not used to the heat.

Boutique hotel, extremely friendly staff, and very clean.

A bit far from the old city, but still within the walking distance.

Free wifi, free bicyble for hotel guest. Very helpful staff, they all speak reasonably well English,

Location is about 10min walk to the old town

I just wished it was a little closer to town but it was definitely within waking distance

This hotel is full of character, a great location, the staff were amazing, it's clean and comfortable.the pool is lovely and the beauty room is very relaxing, great massages. I would not stay any where else in Hoi An.

We enjoyed our stay at Royal River. The front desk staff were attentive and helped up book tours in Hoi An. They also had recommendations for the night life and tailor that is closest to the hotel. The view of the review from our room was a nice touch. We were in close proximity to most places. I enjoyed the view of the pool at breakfast. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Nice hotel. Had a bath that actually worked. Nice breakfast. Staff is very friendly (they brought me a ban mi late at night!)

The staff were excellent, they made us feel very special on arrival. The breakfast was good, nice choice and freshly made eggs! Really comfortable beds and really peaceful location, slept so well. It’s a little walk into main centre which is great.

Large room. Quiet at night but still close distance to the central markets and stores. The staff here have been the most accommodating and beautiful friendly people we have ever come across. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

a nice hotel at the end of the town, 10 minutes walking distance to the old town but away from the crowd and noice, the room faced the canal and had a good view of the river, bed was comfortable and AC was cold, the bathroom could have used a curtain over the tub to contain the water splash from handheld shower spray. Breakfast was descent with salad, fruits, and an egg station. The place had a pool which was clean but I did not use it during my stay.

The room had a bath tub and a hand held shower spray but did not have a shower curtain, taking a shower sprayed water all over the floor, you'll have to sit on the tub to minimize the spray of water on the floor, you'll need to fill the bath tub and take a bath which takes time

The karaoke place next door, but the singers stopped around 9-10 pm.

Lovely hotel, with excellent service. Staff were helpful, room was bright and clean with lovely bath and shower. Great breakfast and nice swimming pool. A little walk from the old town, maybe 15 mins, but it means the area isn’t too noisy.

Only complaint was coffee at breakfast wasn’t very good (maybe instant), which in Vietnam seems like a real shame.

Lovely hotel and very kind staff. The staff and comfort made up for location being slightly out of the main town. Gave us early check in which included breakfast on day of arrival

Location is slightly off the main area, about a 10 min walk to middle of Hoi A town, but didn’t impact our stay.

Nice room, spacious with a good view on the river. It wasn’t very warm so we enjoyed the bathtub after a long day. Staff is very nice. Enjoyable breakfast. We used the bikes all the time to get to old town and move around. Riding along the river is great.
