Staff very helpful. Breakdast was very good. Rooms spacious and tidy.

Staff was very attentive. Place was clean. Night guard was very friendly and played fuzzball with the kids. Hospital was down the road with an international clinic which I needed to go.

The Appartment is located at the heart of Hoi An. We can easily reach the Ancient town in minutes by motorbike. Bikes are also provided free for guests to wander around the city. I also love the buffet breakfast with variety of foods. Room is set up clean and tidy. Swimming pool is chill but we did not use due to cold weather ? Love this place and highly recommend it for travelers.

Great stay with excellent facilities and very clean rooms. The staff were especially kind—letting us use the pool when we arrived early and quickly arranging an extra night for us on short notice. Really appreciated the hospitality.

The location was quite a long way from the old town - that was our fault for not researching it properly, not the hotel's.

Just be aware, they will provide you to make a call if you ask but it costs 2$ for 1 min. I asked they to give me phone because our flight was cancelled and we need to call to the Vietnamese number (hotline) So they provided me the such opportunity but once I finished they said that it’s not for free a small thing but unpleasantThe rest was good

A very nice hotel located a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Old Town. Everything is to like about this hotel, from the friendly customer service, free breakfast, free bike hire, large sized room and overall great value. Will return.

The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful even giving my wife some detergent to help with a stain on her shirt. The location is good - on a quiet street about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town. We stayed for two nights and would have stayed longer if they had more availability.

Green Apple was the ideal hotel for our short stay in Hoi An. 15 minute walk into the old city. Staff excellent, breakfast wonderful and the rooms spacious and clean. Great value, would not hesitate to stay again.

This is a nice budget friendly hotel. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from the main tourist area. The room was clean and the bathroom had basic ammenities. The breakfast area is a nice set-up and they will make eggs the way you want them.

The wifi on the top floor doesn't work well for streaming. The grout in the shower could use a scrubbing with some bleach because it's starting to show signs of mildew, but overall the shower felt clean.

The staff was very helpful, nice facilities and free bikes to get around the city. Had a great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much that we decided to stay an extra night over Tet. The room was super clean, great wifi, a hot shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast is also so nice with lots of variety, eggs, pastries, fresh coffee, juice, fruits etc! The hotel also offers free bike rental and are super helpful with any requests or questions you have. Duy is a fabulous hotel host and nothing was too much trouble, he was super friendly and welcoming and he made our stay fabulous. I would 100% stay here again and recommend everyone visiting Hoi An to book here!
