Silkotel Hoi An

The staff is exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and genuinely take pride in their hotel.

The WiFi is unrealible BUT that is not the hotel’s fault, it seems to be an issue in Vietnam in general.

Walking distance from the center of town. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They also had free shuttle service to some of the nearby beaches and free bike rentals.

Overall aesthetic, location, cleanliness

This was a very nice place to stay for 5 nights for a work trip. Most people who stay at this hotel are on tours for 1-2 nights, so it is busy in and out each day. But the staff, the comfort of the room and bed, the location close to the Old Town and the quality and diversity of the breakfast make this an outstanding hotel. Lyn, Daisy, Alice and Violet were all high-level in customer service and hospitality. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Wifi was strong and the tv worked well. Finally, the breakfast was outstanding with its mix of local and international options.

The hotel is a bit dated and could use a refresh soon, especially the bathrooms. Other than that, everything was very positive.

The location was an easy walk to old town and the river. The pools were very nice and the staff were exceptional! On my birthday they left some sweets in my room which was very thoughtful. The bed was very comfortable.

It was a little noisy at times but nothing too problematic.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and professional. Our room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly styled with every detail thoughtfully considered. The bed? Like sleeping on a cloud.The on-site dining was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options and a breakfast buffet that left us spoilt for choice. Amenities like the pool, spa, and gym were pristine and relaxing.Location-wise, it was perfect—close enough to explore the city, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. We felt pampered from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

The location and staff specially Tran Thao (Ms. Alice) very nice and accommodating staff). She arranged all our Hoi An tours. Guaranteed we will come back and Silkotel is highly recommended.

great location near the river and main market but next to a fab local market as well

not sure. no longer have their shuttle service to the beach. mainly for large groups. the lighting in the rooms needs adjusting reading lights woukd be useful

Great location and very helpful staff. Rooms especially the shower were fabulous.

the fitness center treadmill wasn’t working correctly no balls to stretch on a few more hand weights would be useful. the room could use independent reading lights better light switches. a towel rail for hanging and drying things. but all really very nice i sill return

The staff was accommodating. Our noisy room was changed to a quieter room. The location is a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

Very nice staff, welcoming us and recommended few places to us. Provided a map for exploring nearby. It's near to Hoi An old town and night market, just a walking distance. The room is spacious and comfortable.

1. The dragging of the chair from upper floor can be heard and is annoying. 2. Vietnam has good coffee but this hotel’s coffee is terrible. They provide sachets of Nescafé and the coffee at breakfast is bland.

Good location. Breakfast good. Staff very good.

Quality of towels poor. Noisy guests. Pillows too bulky. Quilt on bed too much even with aircon on. Room was meant to have a view.

Staff wonderful, room was lovely, breakfast was great value. 2 pools, happy hour 4-6 buy 1 get one free. 2 min walk to old town, close walking distance to night markets, river, restaurants & coffee shops. Easy access for transport & grab. Even the sky's gave us a great view. We loved our stay & would certainly recommend. Thank you Silkotel for making our stay that little bit more special ❤️

Mattress was a little firm for my liking and could do with a mattress topper, but it was not an issue.

Great location, very nice room (deluxe room with balcony and garden view), kind staff, great services including spa, 2 swimming pools, free shuttle bus to their own beach club with great beach and swimming pool and so onHighly recommended

Everything! Food great, bed and pillows so comfy, 2 pools...they even bring you your cocktails to the pool side. Our favorite staff were Trinh, Âna and a young lass with glasses. They always had a smile and joke to share. They truly made our stay even more welcoming ? ☺️ ?
