Wish we could have stayed longer in Hoi An Garden. Its just a very very comfortable, relaxing place to be after walking around in Hoi An and back to the room. The pool is great, the breakfast was expecially declicious, complete, and nutritious. The staff!! they are definitely excellent!

Pool was comfortable and room were spacious.

Not a big fan of the European style rooms, didn’t hinder our stay but seemed a little dated.

The hotel was good, the location was really good, the breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff was really good, great service. Bao at the reception was helpful and polite. Really loved the experience

We arrived to find a leakage from the AC, but the staff responded immediately and were incredibly helpful. Since no other rooms were available, they upgraded us to a room at their sister hotel, Rosemary Boutique Hotel.The staff were outstanding, especially Phuong, the hotel manager, who took exceptional care of us after the unfortunate start.Thanks to their incredible hospitality, we ended up extending our stay by five extra nights!This is truly the place to stay in Hoi An.

I liked everything about this place.

The hotel was amazing and the staff the kindest, friendliest in Vietnam. They where full of knowledge and always went above and beyond! The highlight was the cooking class they organised for us. Great hotel

I took here my fiance because she loves princess vibes and castles. The acomondation made us feel like in a fairytale and gave us romantic vibes which is excatly what we hoped for. Our room was very pretty, spacious and smelled good. We had a pool view and the apartment furniture looks historical. The staff was reaaaally friendly and kind, asking us everyday while breakfast how did we sleep, if everything is fine etc and they were always smiling. One day we could not fall asleep because of a loud party noise coming from another hotel next to this one. We went to the reception to ask whether it is possible to do something about that. The staff was very helpful and kindly moved us to another room on the other side of a hotel for that night so we could fall asleep. The breakfast was good, a lot of to choose from. We received an half hour free foot massage instead of free taxi to airport (which we did not need). There are bicycles to borrow for free.

The apartment is not fully sound-proof, you can hear noise from the coridors (room cards beeping etc.) and outside.

This place was a dream! We ended up here after leaving another hotel due to mildew in the rooms, and it was such a welcome change. The hotel itself is stunning, with well-maintained gardens and a beautiful pool—our kids loved it. The staff were exceptional, always going the extra mile. When our kids got sick, they were incredibly attentive and helpful. Plus, they even surprised my partner with a birthday cake at breakfast! Definitely the best stay we had in Vietnam

Very friendly helpful staff. Did the cooking class which was great, cooked 3 vietnamese dishes & then ate for lunch well worth the money, so much food & delicious.

The Gym can’t really be called a Gym.

Amazing stay at Hoi An Garden Palace & Spa, very good location with easy access to all the Hoi An hotspots. The staffs are very kind and bubbly adding to the joy of staying here. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

The facilities were fantastic and the location is great but more than this the staff were simply amazing. They all went above and beyond for our family. When you are there you feel like you are a world away from the business of Hoi An and Old Town it is a great escape and a great family experience. We were treated with drinks on arrival and every member of staff had a smile and made you feel so welcomed. We will definitely be going back there on our next Hoi A venture.

The staff was wonderful

In my opinion, I found the decor a little bit bright for my liking. The building obviously has a lot of history. It’s old architecture which again not my thing. Overall. I think the place is nice staff went out of their way.. to welcome you above and beyond .

Beautiful hotel and clean room.Excellent breakfast with lots of choices.Helpful staff.

Being there in summer, made it a bit too hot to use free push bikes for long distances, but only 30.000 Dong for a Grab to old town. Around 80.000 D to An Bang beach.

Good location. Pool on site and good price. Quiet despite being on a busy road.

Older building so a few quirks but very comfortable stay.

The family room is not as expected, it is like about quadra room. The air conditioner is not fully working, we have to ask for a fan.
