Everything.super friendly staff, nice fresh breakfast on cart, location, clean, has all facilities you need. Better than on pictures.

I researched hotels carefully before choosing this one. It did not disappoint! The room was pretty, comfortable and QUIET. We appreciated the comfy balcony which we spent time on at some point each day. Staff members were so helpful and friendly. We had some good laughs with them which is always a good thing!

I cannot think of anything needing improvement.

Absolutely incredible stay. Everything was great. Especially staff. They are incredibly helpful and nice. The breakfast was great, the rooms, the cleanliness, the pool, the closeness of the great beach. Also the hotel is small so you have a peace and quiet. We will definitely come back.

The best hotel in whole Vietnam. The boutique character of the hotel is perfect. Breakfast is very good, the staff is fantastic, is very close to the great and peaceful beach. You can’t ask for more.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The beach is very close and it is close to a street with lots of restaurants, bars and little shops. The staff is phenomenal and go out of their way to help any way they can.

We couldn’t see the beach very well, but it was still very close.

This extraordinary boutique resort exceeded our expectations as the pictures cannot capture its true charm. Everything is done with great taste and fondness to detail. The staff were without exception very kind and helping. As the hotel is very small, you get the feeling of almost being alone. Location is perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. The beach is 3 minutes walk away, restaurants and main street 1-2 minutes. I'm happy we didn't choose to stay in Old Town Hoi An, it's overwhelming how full it gets at night! Do not hesitate to book here, you won't regret it!

Nothing to complain about!

Believe the hype - hotel CHiEM was a fabulous experience. The hotel is a small boutique accommodation, situated on a quiet lane that runs between the main street of An Bang and the beach which was an ideal location to enjoy both - and better IMHO than the big resorts further up the coast that are too far away to walk around the (plentiful) restaurants, cafes, spas and shops of An Bang itself. We were happy to stay here and not in the old town of Hoi An, which whilst beautiful was crowded and noisy and it was a relief to get back to the sanctity of An Bang - but it was easy to jump in a Grab and visit anytime as it was only 10 minutes away. Because the hotel is small, the place never felt crowded and the wonderful staff got to know our family by name. All of the staff without exception, from the front staff to the cleaners to the kitchen staff were friendly and helpful, always offering a smile and happy to accommodate any request. The hotel pool is small, but again never felt crowded and was inviting after a long hot day sightseeing.We stayed 6 nights in a spacious family room (effectively 2 interconnecting rooms), which happily provided separate rooms, and (importantly in Vietnam) bathrooms! The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and cleaned daily. Our room had a balcony that looked out over the back of the hotel and was quiet and private. Breakfast was always plentiful, freshly made and tasty - ordered online the evening before, and a great way to start the day. The hotel also has free bikes for use, and I highly recommend a cycle through the nearby paddy fields. Overall, we would highly recommend hotel CHiEM and would happily stay here again if were back in Hoi An.

Whilst the breakfasts were great, it was the same limited menu every day which could feel a bit limited after a week - also ordering the night before meant it was difficult to change your mind should you feel differently in the morning.

The room was beautiful and we loved the pool. The hotel is literally a minute from the beach, a minute from restaurants and cafes, and a 15 minute drive into Hoi An. We loved that this had proximity to Hoi An and a beautiful, clean beach.

Breakfast quality was excellent. Location is good if you want to be by the beach withoit too much chaos. Room finitures were of high quality.

We thought there were somehow too many furnitures in the room which ends up feeling a bit small. The a-la-carte breakfast is a good idea but it is difficult to manage without reminders and having to set a time for your turn while on holidays feels a bit restrictive.

I never take the time to post reviews but I’m making an exception here as we had such a fantastic stay! Everything was perfect. Staff is so lovely (special mention for Mi), location is perfect, breakfast is amazing… well don’t have anything negative to say. We had a lovely family suite which we usually struggle to find. Thank you so much team, we were so sad to leave

We loved our stay here - the staff is incredible, the hotel is right at the beach and our daughter (6 years old) LOVED the swimming pool. The breakfast is great too. We stayed for four nights, but could have definitely stayed longer!

Modern; all conveniences; proximity to the beach; outstanding service; a la carte breakfast; great coffee in room and in restaurant

More space for gym would be better; more plants for privacy from neighbours as the next building looked straight into our room

Lovely hotel close to the beach and to some good restaurants and bars. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and finished to a high standard. The staff are delightful and extremely helpful.

Beautiful small boutique hotel. Fixtures worked well and everything was finished to a high standard. Extremely comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean throughout.The staff were delightful and endlessly helpful, breakfasts were delicious and other meals were easily obtainable from the main street a few metres away.

Lovely room with big shower and super comfy bed.2 mins walk to the beach, bars/eateries.Staff very helpful and friendly. It was my 60th birthday and the staff gave me some chocolate, flowers and a card, really sweet gesture!Hotel has a driver if you want a trip out or airport transfer, at a very reasonable cost.

You have to choose breakfast the night before, which I understand will save on waste, but you never really know what you fancy until the day.

Chiem Beach Boutique Hotel was our favorite place of the trip! The room was beautiful, with a balcony overlooking peaceful trees and the soothing sound of the sea. The area is wonderfully quiet, with no traffic, making it perfect for peaceful walks. We loved the breakfast, especially ordering from a menu instead of a buffet, and the Green Avocado restaurant nearby was an outstanding spot for dinner. Everything about this place felt calm and relaxing — we didn’t want to leave.
