De'Colore Villa Hoi An

We enjoyed our stay at De'Colore Villa. A nice quiet location on the outskirts of town but close enough for walking into old town. Our room was comfortable, spacious and cozy. They served a great breakfast in the morning even if we woke up late. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable, very friendly and helpful. Especially when it came to booking our tours. Jasmine took very good care of us with recommendations and preparing us for the tours.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay at De'Colore Villa. Everything met and even exceeded our expectations. Whenever we go to visit Hoi An in the future we will always choose to stay at De'Colore Villa.

I loved the excellent location, impeccable service, warm & inviting atmosphere, and the lovely staff! They made us feel welcome right away!

Beautiful little boutique hotel close to the old town in hoi an. We loved our room so much, the size, design, temperature, everything was just perfect. We already booked again to stay here 1 more night at the end of our trip. The hotel was super quiet also giving us some nice and peaceful movements.

It’s a small hotel so there isn’t a person at the desk all the time if you want to order a drink or ask a question especially at night. But they are super sweet when they are there and very helpful with anything you need.

We loved everything about our stay - the location was perfect, just a short walk into the Old Town; Jasmine on the front desk was amazingly helpful with organising tours and giving recommendations of places to visit; and the best were super comfy!

The place is well located, a short walk from downtown but far enough to be quiet and less crowded. The villa is beautifully decorated and well kept. The room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We loved having free bikes to explore the area. Jasmine and the whole staff were kind, helpful, and very responsive. The experience exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed for one night, passing through but the building and decor is lovely. The welcome drink was a passion fruit juice it was the best I’ve ever had! The team are so helpful and friendly the effort and attentiveness at breakfast alone was amazing. Shower was hot and powerful. It feels like you are staying in someone’s home which is lovely.

When arriving the door to the room is open, so a lot of mosquitos had made their way in. There was a background noise regularly, I’ve seen another review mention possibly a water heater that makes sense. It didn’t disrupt me sleeping though.

Beautiful and well equipped room. Warm and good service. Great location and great breakfast.

The hotel it self is alright, nothing much to see, the pool is in a awkward location, but our bedroom was amazing. Very pretty, very big, clean, big bath tub, balcony. It exceeded our expectations. and considering the days weren't a sunny we didn't bother about the pool as we were outside most of the time.Staff super friendly and helped us with renting a bike and transport to Da Nang!

Amazing location. Exceptional value. Small family run place. We really enjoyed our stay here. It felt much better than the big, fancy hotels that charge a lot and don't really deliver. The staff spoke better English than most places we visited which was helpful. They were happy to organise laundry, cars etc. The bikes were a lovely touch too.

The small hotel was decorated very nicely and in a great location. Close enough to the old town, but not in the middle of bars, so quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and made our stay super comfortable - even brought us ginger tea to our room on our last evening. We had 2 rooms and Gold 1 was amazing ans spacious. Would recommend that room to a couple/friends traveling.

The other room, Gold 2, was very humid, and also the air-conditioning didn't fix that. Would therfore recommend to ask for a different room when booking.

Great location, loved the color of the hotel and the spaciousness of the room

We stayed 2 nights here, cozy hotel and the bed was comfortable. Great location, only 5 mins walk to the old town. Also have bikes (no extra charged) All staff were really nice to visitors, they took care of us like family. will definitely stay here again if we visit Hoi An.

- Good location near Old Town, we were a bit skeptical when booking because it seemed like more hotels were on the other side of Old Town, but I liked the vibe of our side, it had good proximity to attractions and restaurants- Good variety of Vietnamese and Western breakfast options- Staff was very helpful, giving advice and booking things- Fully enclosed shower (hard to find at this pricepoint in Vietnam)- Good shower pressure- Nice tub for baths- Liked the interior design aesthetic

- There were a few small bugs in our room which were no big deal, but on the second night there was a beefy 2-3 inch wide spider on the wall over the bed- Poor sound insulation, both in terms of being able to hear people in the hall and alarms from other rooms and with regards to the loud roosters just behind the hotel making noise throughout the night + morning- Room was very humid (although I suspect this would be a problem in most hotels this time of year)- The shower couldn't drain fast enough if we used the maximum water pressure- booking.com described the room as having two twin beds AND a queen bed, explicitly specifying 3 beds total, but the room was actually only 2 twins beds (they also offered us a room with one double bed when we checked in) which was fine since we were only 2 people, but would have been an issue if we had 3+ and was generally smaller than we expected (although still sufficient for our needs). They also have rooms with 2 double beds (not sure if Queen or King), so if you are more than 2 people, be sure to book one of those

We loved our stay in Hoi An and can definitly recommend De’Colore Villa to everyone. Very beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean with a lot of beautiful details and the beds are comfortable. The transfer to and from the airport was organized very well. They also organized a trip for us to My Son Sanctuary, which was very beautiful. The hotel also offers bikes to explore the area.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Very small but well condensed. The rooms and the bathrooms are new and well organized.The staff is easy going.

When I did the reservation through booking.com, the breakfast wasn't included, but it appears as 0€ cost. But we had to pay the for the breakfast.It's not exactly about the hotel, I know it is very typical in Vietname, but the staff keep asking a lot of questions about our stay and our plans... We had everything planned ahead, and even after saying we were fine, they keep asking where we are going, what we will do that day, and so on... And that is very anoying...

The location, the staff and the big room.Location was perfect, 5” walk to old town. Jasmine and her team were great. Jasmine gave recommendations on what to do and where to eat. She booked tickets for us, arranged for transport, etc. Our Hoi An experience was easy and fruitful despite the rain. Our room was huge, we were upgraded to a junior suite. Breakfast was freshly cooked. I will definitely stay again.

Lovely place, perfect to stay in Hoi An.- As I was travelling with a friend, they upgraded us to a bigger room with two huge single beds, which made our stay even more comfortable.- The location is perfect. You are right outside the old city. On the one hand, it means you avoid the noise and crowd. On the other hand, in 5 min walking you are in old town! - For breakfast, you can choose “a la carte” and it is made on the spot for you. This makes the breakfast much more qualitative than buffet style. One of the only place where we had fresh orange juice! - Staff is very helpful and nice
