Hoianan Boutique Hotel

Absolutely gorgeous and uniquely Hoi An hotel. Clean and right in the heart of the night Market as you step out of the hotel. A 10 minutes walk to the old quarter over the bridge. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big enough for our family of 4. Thuy helped us checked in promptly.

Location was perfect for walking everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was clean with a great bathtub and balcony overlooking the night market. Nothing bad to say except some might not like the noise during the night market. Otherwise it’s a quiet street.

To be frank there was one small thing that bug me no iron in rooms

The location is perfect, with the Cantonese Assembly Hall just a 5-minute walk away.The breakfast has a limited variety, but it’s enough for me. They offer bread and butter, coffee and milk, juice, fried rice, traditional Vietnamese food such as fried rolls, fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers), and cut fruit like pineapple, dragon fruit, and melon.The staff are very friendly. I requested help arranging a private car pickup from Hue City, and they assisted me right away. The front desk staff always greet guests with a smile, the security guard is very kind, and they even prepared sweet cookies for guests staying over the New Year.

It’s located inside the night market, so it gets very crowded at night and may take longer to get back to the hotel if you stay out late.

The location was great, the hotel helped us book transport to Hue which was very helpful.

There were ants in my room we told the staff but they didn't took care if it. The ants were clearly visible.

The location is very good to explore the city, like super close to local market and cafe. Mostly, the staff are super helpful and friendly so I would like to recommend you to stay here.

The location, the cleanliness, the space

the smell of mold, but unfortunately, this is prevalent in many accommodation places in Vietnam

The staff is amazing very helpful and welcoming.Provided itineraries and plans for us, also offered taxis with really good prices, to myson, danang and coconut village. Location is very good and close to everything but be carefull what you wish for, because we arrived just after the novemeber flooding, and being close to the river turned into source of stress leading up to our visit, everything was clean when we arrived but the impact of the flooding was still visible on the hotel's street we know the risks of visiting during rainy season, but something to keep in mind.

The furniture can use an upgrade.

Good Location. Night Market just outside the street. Walkable distance to the Lake & many Restaurants/Bars within the area.

A/C needs to be upgraded to higher capacity. Ac/c Does not cool enough.

so close to everything and far enough from the bar-noise at night. very friendly and helpful staff. very nice security as well. right outside is the night market and wonderful restaurants beginning right around the corner. very safe and friendly atmosphere. rooms are nice especially the ones with a balcony. beds very comfortable. safe to leave luggage in lobby. love the free bike rentals too.

The hotel was sparkling clean! Location was top notch! Night market is just downstairs. Staffs are all so friendly and helpful. They also provided babycrib for my stay!

Not one thing bad to say.

Centrally located, in the middle of the night market and within walking distance to everything in the old town. For everything else you can borrow bicycles. Nicely decorated, spacious rooms with a modern bath and a great shower. Good breakfast selection both with asian and western choices.

Not much. The night market can be a bit noisy but it stops around 10pm. Expect some noise until around 11, though. It didn’t bother us but you should be aware. The bikes are worn and cannot be adjusted to people taller than about 175cm. There are free of charge, though, so no complaints.

Location was superb, on street where Night Market is set up. Staff spoke English well and were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was excellent

This hotel stay was the highlight of my 2-week trip to Vietnam. Amenities, decor, and staff were all top notch. I originally booked two nights and ended up extending the stay by two more nights because I loved it so much. The hotel is elegant and cozy, and within a 5 min walk to the main area of Hoi An. The street in front of the hotel turns into a market every evening. The market wraps up promptly around 10PM so it wasn't noisy at night.The hotel had a lot of recommendations for the area including a really good list of restaurant recommendations. I also rented a scooter through the hotel and it was ready in 15 minutes.Hotel management and staff went out of their way to make the guests feel welcome. Even the night guard wished me a safe onward journey by way of Google Translate when I was checking out. Also, a special thank you to Ms Ahn at reception for her incredible attention to detail and to the needs of hotel guests.

I stayed in three different rooms because the hotel was almost fully booked and I made changes on a short notice. The rooms all had identical decor but exact experience varied. The cheaper rooms face into the atrium and the room on the lower floor smelled moldy. The more expensive room facing the street was absolutely beautiful though.
