Great location, clean comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. They have free bicycles and you can also rent scooters from them to go around.

A few more vegetarian or vegan breakfast options would be great, which the staff took note of

Hotel staffs were excellent and very responsive. They arranged my ride at late night from airport and also at early morning upon return. Breakfast was excellent with many options. Location is about 20 mins walk to the night market. It is also right by the river. Sitting, eating and drinking at the patio by the river was very nice with relaxing music playing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An.

- Very warm welcome and kind staff- Beautiful design hotel with nice pool area- The room has everything you might need (water, fridge, hairdryers, shampoo, etc)- Good and mixed breakfast- They offered transfer to and from the airport for a good value

- Out room was in a very busy area of the hotel and on the other side was a construction site, so unfortunately it was a little noisy in the very early morning, but probably in other rooms are better

The property was amazingly above my expectations and was pleasantly surprised to note the Mediterranean theme

Extremely clean and comfortable and added to this are the staff who were wonderful to deal with. Since we overslept one of the days and missed our breakfast, the even gave us token money back. They didn’t have to, but they did.

Many options…indie and outdoor seating for breakfast and for high tea and drinks later in the day.Many spa options at excellent prices Great views of the river and water traffic.. especially lovely at night.Staff very responsive to requests

Personally I wasn’t keen about the location but that is purely personal. It was a great location in terms of access to riverside and easy access to the main road.

A very nice hotel offering warm, welcoming service and helpful staff. Great value for money.Highly recommend trying the massage service.

We had a truly lovely stay and couldn’t recommend this place more highly. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — the kind of hospitality that makes you immediately relax and feel at home.The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were always approachable and helpful. The location is also great — you can easily cycle to the old town area, park the bike, and explore on foot.Thank you to the entire team for such a thoughtful and generous stay. It felt like a small pause in the middle of a very full journey, and it’s a memory I’ll always treasure.

The view, the hospitality, they offer you free drinks on your arrival, show you activities to be done, offer support and cheaper shuttle to airport than Grab

The hotel is in a quiet part of Hoi An. They have free bicycles for rent and you can get to the old town in 10-15 min on the bicycles. The staff is exceptional. They are friendly and accommodating.

Very welcoming service at this hotel. Breakfast was good. Everyone was so nice and the room was comfortable.

Staff, facility, and location are excellent ?

The property was incredible, the staff went above and beyond, the breakfast was yummy, and the rooms were so comfortable. Staying here is definitely a treat!!

Just note it’s about a 30 min walk to the center, but grab is only $1 to the center of they have free bikes to rent

Road to hotel very small, if you have those big van maybe unable reach to the hotel.

Staff was amazing. Loved the beds, sheets, shower, breakfast. Location was fantastic. Although the hotel was near river and entry was affected by flooding, the hotel staff made sure that we could get safely through the remaining water.

Nothing. The location on the river can make the promenade in front of the hotel vulnerable to flooding in the rainy season.

The staff were so helpful, great recommendations for tours. Local tailors, you could ask them anything and they would give you a genuine helpful response

I stayed at Silk River Hoi An Hotel & Spa for 3 days and 2 nights and was genuinely impressed by the value — I paid only $50 for the entire stay!Check-In: From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed. The team also took the time to share nearby activities around Hoi An Old Town and along the riverside, which was super helpful for planning my days.Hotel Room: The room came stocked with complimentary water bottles, teas, and snacks. Hotel Breakfast: Breakfast was included and had a solid variety of both Vietnamese and Western options. From fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and coffee, there was plenty to choose from each morning.Hotel Amenities: The swimming pool was perfect for cooling off in Hoi An’s humidity. One of my favorite perks was the free bike rentals. I used them every day to explore Old Town, the rice paddies, and even An Bang Beach. Such a convenient and fun way to get around!Overall: This hotel offers fantastic value for the price. It is located a bit outside Old Town, so expect to walk 25-30 minutes, bike, or grab a ride to get around — but with the free bikes and peaceful surroundings, it wasn’t a problem for me. I’d definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable stay in Hoi An!

It did take a bit of time for the AC to fully cool down the humid room, but once it did, I slept so well both nights. Overall, the room was clean, though I did notice some grime on the grout lines and bathroom blinds. Nothing major, though — the room served its purpose comfortably.
