Loved this place! The staff are genuinely wonderful. The entire hotel was very clean, comfortable, the views were amazing from the rooftop pool. The breakfast selection was vast. Cocktails were yum. My son loved the kids club. Every staff member from reception, restaurant/bar staff and house keeping were just so awesome and kind.They even snuck in a surprise birthday pannacotta for my partner which was really neat! Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, super welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Spacious rooms and comfortable bath! Ensured our stay was as smooth and comfortable as possible despite the rainy season.

Nit-picking but found 1-2 flies on the salad bar during breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Babylon and would certainly stay again if visiting Hoi an in the future, really liked the traditional Vietnamese decor theme throughout the hotel and rooms, breakfast was great with a large selection including lots of fruit which we especially liked. The hotel is immaculate and seems to be very well ran, I would say it’s closer to a 5 star even though I believe official rating is 4 star.

2 very small things that could be improved on but doesn’t affect my final score. Firstly we could hear some clanging noises which I think was coming from gym or possibly dining area in the late evening and early morning, perhaps ensuring gym door is shut when in use at these times could prevent this. Secondly, a fair bit of the space in the shower was lost because of the curtain was on a rail that cut across a good part of the shower space which made the shower much tighter that it could be.

The property is beautiful and special attention has paid to every little detail in the room. Ling, the front house manger was exceptionally good with our little one and seeking feedback on how to improve their guests experience. Really appreciate that and we will be back.

The quality of breakfast especially the bakery section and vegetarian options could be improved otherwise all good.

A beautiful, well maintained hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, quiet and immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor areas were beautiful. The pool was fabulous. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The 2 for 1 drinks during happy hour were fantastic and bar and breakfast staff were lovely. The overall stand out was Miss Chi together with Linh, whose friendly and warm manners really made our stay a joy. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

Amazing stay in this hotel, which was the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam (and even abroad!!).The staff is so nice and helpful, they take the time to explain the things to do nearby and give great advices. The rooms are big and very clean and cosy. The beds are super comfortable, and the staff even decorated the room for our special event. The breakfast has plenty of choices, and the massage service is AMAZING. I highly recommend staying there and thank you again to all the staff for their kindness, we will come back soon!

The shower facilities is advanced. The front staff are so kind, friendly yet professional. Couldn’t ask for more. Willingness to help is at the paramount. Value for money ?

The staff are the stars at Babylon 'Luxury' Hotel. They were all lovely and very friendly. There was plenty of variety for breakfast.

The hotel is advertised as five-star, but the accommodation is four-star at most. We booked a double/twin with terrace, but there was no terrace,the room looked out onto a corrugated roof. There is no sound insulation,a member of our group was in the room next door and could hear our conversation clearly. On this trip we have also stayed in accommodation that is rated four-star, cost less, and overall, the quality of accommodation has been better in those, more comfortable beds, bigger bathrooms etc.

They speak really good English, great place to be able to check out and stay late given great facilities. Free breakfast has everything. Receptionists and staff all super friendly and super helpful.

The location was great, not far from the old town and we had access to bicycles which was perfect.

Bed & pillows are comfortable. Shower is relaxing, even though the space is tiny. Guest can use hotel’s bike for free is an awesome idea. We were riding a bike to the old city during our stay.

There is no sound proof between room. I think this is not a big deal if you have a quiet neighbor.

We had a great stay at Babylon Luxury Hotel & Spa. The hotel was brand new, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and great breakfast which was even included in the rate. The free bicycle rental was a plus but you can also walk to the old town. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely return if we're staying in Hoi An.

We loved our stay. We got best welcoming of our whole stay in Vietnam. Very friendly staff. Nice 2 swimming pools. Breakfast was fine. Awesome bed. We got the room with most incredible bathtub. It's around 20 min walking from shopping streets but you can rent bikes from hotel for free, just be careful for the parking scams at the city if you park your bike to far in centrum. In general very nice stay!

Comfortable bed, clean room and friendly staff. Guest relation arranged a birthday treats on the day of my birthday. I was touched and suprised with the gesture when we arrived back in our room after our long day tour. Thank you very much. Service is exceptional! I can certainly recommend this hotel with a 5 star luxury service.

The staff was amazing, always very polite and helpful. We got an upgrade and the room was very clean and the hotel beautiful.

We had a few treatments at the spa but had to wait for half an hour due to bad organization. Also, the therapist who was doing my nails, started changing while I was still not finished with the manicure, so it felt that she couldn't wait to get out of there and go home. We had a plate with some dirty dishes outside of our room during the whole stay (the housekeeping didn't pick it up for two days). The breakfast buffet is really poor and repetitive. All in all, I think that the hotel doesn't offer the service of a 5* hotel, it gives 4* hotel vibes. However, the staff is the star of the place.

I am writing this review with honesty. This is an excellent place to stay for a visit to the main attractions of Hoi An. It was very affordable with amazing rooms and great facilities including two pools and nice lounging areas. We enjoyed a free cooking class that was fabulous!! The breakfast is very good with loads of choice. Just an easy 1km walk into the old town. The staff were super friendly and helpful and even changed our original room to a better option. We were very grateful. We took the free ride to the beach but didn’t love the beach as it was rough and polluted.

We loved how nice it was and all the amenities. The bikes were so nice to ride to town. The staff was super helpful and friendly.. Chi was so kind and helpful! Breakfast was delicious too and included.
