The close proximity to old town and the staff!

The loud construction noise that woke us up because the building had bad insulation.

We booked two rooms, both of which were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, with an impeccable ambiance. Returning to our rooms after strolling through the Old Town was incredibly relaxing. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was both delicious and satisfying. The hotel’s location was extremely convenient, with the Old Town just a few minutes’ walk away. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay.

The shower was not separated by a door from the toilet so the toilet area would get wet when you shower.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with many artistic touches. The rooms, breakfast area and reception are all beautiful and comfortable. The staff are exceptionally attentive.

Great location. Walkable distance to the old town area and 20 mins by bicycle to An Bang Beach. The room is so cozy and well decorated.

Beautiful, quiet hotel located just a short walk from all the old town madness. The staff were attentive and helpful. The whole place was decorated impeccably, the pool area was gorgeous, and my room was comfortable and large. I will definitely return if I’m in Hoi An again!

They tried to trick us about the “free upgrade” and offered us a smaller room than the one we booked

Just as pictured, beautiful rooms within walking distance to the old town. Staff were so helpful with organising anything we needed. Lovely massages at the spa and good breakfast choices each morning.

The pool is surrounded by 3 walls so never in the sun- always shaded but not necessarily a bad thing from the intense sun!

Great location, nice atmosphere, close to everything and helpful staff.

The toilet was inside the shower, which made it uncomfortable at times.

Abosltely beautiful decore and I loved the paintings and lanterns everywhere.

We would have liked it to be a bit closer to the main part of old town. A 15-minute walk in 32+ degree heat is quite long, but we appreciated that it was in a quiet location and enjoyed the walk along the river at night.

Son Hoi A Boutique Hotel is a beautiful smaller hotel decorated in French Vietnamese style. It is situated in a little side street away from the busy town centre so very quiet to return to after a busy day out. There is a mini mart/laundry etc across the street also with lovely people. The staff are lovely and the breakfast was great & plentiful with mixture of western & Asian foods. The hotel has a restaurant and room service, but we ate at their sister restaurant (Boi Cham) nearby where the food was excellent also. The spa service was similar to outside services, but it was very handy to remain at the hotel for our treatment. We would be very happy to come here again!

The pool water is quite cold as there is no sun over it, but I found it refreshing after returning from a hot day out. (Some hotel pools in Asia have very warm water - almost like a bath which is too hot for the Asian heat).

Loved our stay here. Great location. Free bikes to cycle to beach, through rice fields and even a short journey to the town. The spa was great, had a massage at a really great price. Artsy vibe with beautiful interior. Definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony. By far our favourite hotel in Vietnam that we stayed in.

The reception staff were always helpful and offering advice and recommendations. All staff greeted you with a good morning and hello. Very clean rooms . Recommend to get breakfast as the food is freshly cooked and the variety is very good. 15 minute walk to the old city area which was nice.
