    Pros +

    • The property was very clean and the staff were amazing! Gavy explained all there was to see in Hoi An and suggested some shows/places that we went and loved! Ivy was also very friendly and sweet. We loved it here and will be booking another night before we leave.
    • The staff is excellent, delightful Gavy and Ivy helped so much and were very kind. Location was definitely quieter away from the nightlife, but construction present all around so some daytime noise at this time. Not a problem for us, it was stopped at dark.
    • I liked the staff who are very friendly, funny, and amazing. Emma, Ivy, and Helen were extraordinary and they made our stay a great one.

    Cons -

    • The ventilation in the wet room/ bathroom wasn’t adequate and kept things damp and warm. Small issue and air conditioner helped. Seated shower took some getting used to, but is actually clever.
    • 1. Too much strong bugspray smell on my bed, coming from either the mattress or the frame (changing out all sheets and pillows didn't rid of the bugspray smell, so must've been mattress or bedframe). It gave me headaches and made it hard for me to breathe. But, the good side is that there were no mosquitoes/only few mosquitoes.2. Hand-held shower instead of hands-free shower in the bathroom. But, the good side is that water pressure was decent and i always had nice *hot* water when i needed it3. The sink was weird because the sink spicket had barely any clearance over the sink, so there wasn't enough room for me to put both my hands under the running sink water (i had to cup the water in one hand to pour over the other hand)4. hotel charges 3% fee if you pay for the room using credit card, and this either conveyed to me when i booked, or was not conveyed in a way that i was able to easily see this info. Either way, it came as a surprise to me. But, the hotel staff were incredibly understanding and gave me an extra couple days to get my debit card working to pull cash from an ATM to pay by VND (the hotel only take VND if you pay by cash, and they do not do any money exchange, like some other Hoi An hotels i have stayed at). I just had to pay the first few nights, and then i paid the remaining nights after 2 days when i finally got my atm card working5. no pool, but this is something that was made clear in hotel description, so i was not surprised about it6. The room size was smaller than what i'm accustomed to when staying in other (more expensive) hotels in Hoi An; but the room was not so small that i felt cramped.. i think because the space is well utilizedOverall, the pros far outweighed the cons, and i would consider staying at this hotel again if i didn't need a swimming pool and the bugspray use was toned down.

A lot of things to like about this hotel, with #1 being the staff, especially Ivy, Min, Tin, Helen. On the first night, i had a hard time because the strong smell of bugspray in the room/on the bed made it really hard for me to breathe. Without me saying anything the next morning, Ivy went out of her way to do everything she could to make me comfortable. Really, really proactive on her part. Min and Helen gave me fantastic local recommendations that really were excellent recommendations that you couldn't google for. And, Tin, did a great job with new visitor orientation on my first night.Probably #2 thing i liked was they they upgraded me for free to a really lovely room with a lot of big windows, which really helped with ventilating the room (i was there in january, the temperatures were lovely most of the time, in the 70s, Farenheit).#3, absolutely fantastic location, just what i was looking for - close enough to talk to old town but far enough outside that i was able to enjoy a lot of local eating places (not touristy ones). I mean, so, so many great family-owned restaurants and eating places nearby. All the best ATMs are just around the corner. Hotel is on small/quiet (relatively speaking street)#4, the room itself was really nice. The balcony was really, really nice - It was sheltered from the rain, did not receive direct sunlight (there was plenty of natural light that filled the room when i opened the curtains). It was a good size balcony, too, *not* so narrow that you could only stand. It would've been really, really nice if there was a small chair and table on the balcony to enjoy the balcony more. It was still really lovely, though.#5 Unlimited, free drinking water, as much as you needed, instead of just the usual 2 bottles only complimentary water per day. The free and accessible drinking water on each floor was fantastic.#6 The fridge kept drinks COLD.#7 Hotel offered reasonable rates for laundry (50k vnd per kg)

The staff welcomed us in a really nice way and helped us to organize our activities. They were also on call 24h in case of need. Our room was pleasant, clean, with all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was super good. We also did a very nice walking tour organized by the hotel chain. I highly recommend this place

The hotel staff was amazing. They were so helpful and friendly and the free tours were amazing as well. The breakfast was also huge and so great. I would definitely come back to stay here.

    Everything was great

This was really the perfect stay in Hoi An - I couldnt have asked for better. From the moment you check-in you are greeted with the kindness and care from Sunny and Julie - Sunny gave me great information about Hoi An and helped me schedule some tours to make the most of my stay in Hoi An. The room was perfect - so clean and the bath/shower was so nice - the design overall was top notch.

    Everything was perfect

Wonderful hotel that helps with everything! Amazing breakfast. Be sure to take the bike tour to Cam Kin with Bao - one of our most memorable experiences.

    10JosiePosted on: 1-17-2026

We absolutely loved this hotel, it’s in a really decent location just a short walk - 5 mins from the river! The room was clean and the bed really comfy. The real stand out for us was the staff! Ivy & Helen were absolutely amazing, they gave us all the local spots to go to, booked us a private coconut boat with a local company which was much cheaper than some of the tourist traps. They booked us the best table at Morning Glory restaurant (must visit, food is 10/10!). We also did a free walking tour which was run by the hotel and we loved it! We can’t thank them enough for looking after us and being on WhatsApp for throughout the day for whatever we needed. We would definitely go back!

The shower is in the bath, so if you’re tall (over 6ft) you might struggle, and the bath is small. This could be unique to our room though!

Couldn’t be better. Excellent little hotel group focused on showcasing Hoi An’s culture and history. Service was beyond exceptional - Min, Ivy, and Helen especially were so helpful. We enjoyed visiting Hoi An and signed up for the Memories show, the coffee course, and the cooking course all through the hotel, which had clearly vetted the many options throughout the city and found the best quality ones. We also loved the history tour organized by the hotel and run by Bao, who is so passionate and friendly. We extended our three day stay to four days because there was so much to do and we felt so comfortable. We only wish we had longer still!

Helen, Min, Ivy and Emma they're the best team we have seen in our travel in Vietnam. The rooms in the hotel very clean and comfortable. The hotel located in quiet street, just ten minutes from the old town. I highly recommend to stay here if you intend to visit in Hoi An. And they surprised us on my wife's birthday day, they decorated our room and even brought us a cake!!

Fabulous staff! Helen, Min, Ivy, Emma and Thao. They were so attentive, helped book tours and transport. Food was excellent. Free tea and coffee all day. Beautiful rooms. Clean and comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk from old town

    10DongnanPosted on: 11-24-2025

This was our favourite stay in all of Vietnam! Ivy, Min, and Helen are the friendliest and most helpful staff we’ve encountered. They helped us with advice on what to do, tours, and helped us with transportation. We loved chatting with them every time we entered or exited. The hotel was super clean, well designed, and located in a very convenient location close to Old Town. The rooms were spacious, the bed was soooo comfyyyy, and we appreciated the storage and big bathrooms. We liked that the hotel was designed with Asian elements to give it a sense of culture and history. The breakfasts were soo good, tons of food with juice and fruits, and interesting Hoi An and western options. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this to anyone else looking for a place in Hoi An.

The best experience I had ever had in a hotel ?Perfect location l, close to the old town and the tailors but far enough so you won't hear the noise. The rooms are big and clean and the water pressure is the best I had in Vietnam. There was available room so I got upgraded room without extra pay. Thanks to the hotel stuff that were the most important part in the great experience I had. Thank you Helen, Emma,Tun,Min and most importantly Ivy ?Each problem or question I had they had a sulotion or an answer. P.s I came with a friend and we separated in hoi an because he wanted to go to a more expensive hotel. He paid 5 million dongs and was surprised from the great treatment I got in my way cheaper hotel ?

    Nothing, it's great
