taff were per friendly and romm were comfortable and clean. It wa monoon however, and Hoi An wa beginning to flood. I think the rronding wold be better in the warmer month.

The food was a major dissapointment. And given the frequency of drink tainting in Vietnam - I was hosptalied once from a well known restaurant - I qetion why sugar wa added to my Gin and Tonic.

Amazing hotel, clean, very friendly staff, it truly felt like home. They offer free bikes and scooters, a 10 minute drive from center or the beach but it was a very quiet and calm place, right in the middle of rice fields. Highly recommend!

The hotel is about 4-5Km away from the old town in a very quiet and authentic area. The rooms were large and had a great view of the surroundings. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Had a good selection for breakfast, and the food was great. If you don't trust changing money in the old town, you can always change money at the hotel, which was a great help. The rate was decent, so no complaints. We wanted a car to head back to Da Nang on the last day, as we were flying to HCM, and they assisted us in getting one on short notice.

Had lunch at the hotel restaurant one day and noticed that the place needs a bit of cleaning.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Hoi An. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The breakfast was very tasty and offered a good variety of options. One of the highlights was the free bicycles, which made it easy and fun to explore the city.We also used the massage services and were very satisfied with the experience. The food and coffee at the restaurant were good, and the swimming pool was large and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We made frequent use of the laundry service as well, which was fast and very convenient.The hotel also helped us organize transportation to our next destination, including sightseeing stops along the way, which was very well arranged and made the journey even more enjoyable.The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel to others. :)

Really cute hotel with amazing staff situated in a calm area with plenty of silence.The hotel staff was very welcoming and helped us with some local recommendations for activities and restaurants.It is also close to the Hoi An Ancient town, just a Grab ride away.

Nothing to complain really, just be aware that the hotel is close to rice fields and nature, therefore you might see geckos around, especially in the evening.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was very good, the staff was extremely kind, the pool was exquisite, the location was ideal, and the Wi-Fi worked very well.

Everything! We were well looked after from the beginning to end. The bed was really comfy and everything was very clean! We loved breakfast—the egg station and variety of jams. We also loved the view from our bathroom overlooking the rice fields!! Absolutely spectacular. But the best thing of all was the staff. So so so helpful, quick to respond, and kind! Setting up the bikes for us, personalized recommendations for things in the area, and so much more. If we come back to Hoi An, we will come back here! Thank you for everything ❤️

Amazing property with breathtaking view of the rice field around the hotel. Beautiful pool and a nice restaurant also. The personnel is also extremely kind and taking great care of their guests. Overall very good value for the price and simply the best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam !

I loved the rural feel while still being close to Hoi An, cycling through the rice paddies was lovely!

The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. Our luggage was taken directly from the taxi and delivered to our room without us lifting a finger.The Front Office team was simply fantastic — every time we passed by, we had a lovely little chat about our day or plans. A big thank you to Sally, Catherine, and Vivian, who were absolutely perfect. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which we loved — hearing the buffalo during the day and frogs at night added a charming, peaceful touch to our stay. Although it feels remote, the city center is just a 10-minute taxi ride away, making it the best of both worlds.During check in Catherine, gave us a detailed list of places to visit, must-try local foods, restaurant recommendations, and even tailor suggestions. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.

Our room would appreciate little refresh :) especially walls and air condition which wasn't working properly.Bathroom didn't have a good ventilation therefore whenever we wanted to take a bath or shower it was extremely warm inside even with window blinds down for entire day.

Catching a Grab back to the property after a dinner out can be challenging. But worth the trouble.

Without a scooter you would need to use grab both times. However Rastaman Bar within 15 minutes walk and Little Flower restaurant another 10.

We travelled through the whole country and learned that high ratings do not always reflect what you will find. The Serene Natur Hotel was my personal 11 out of 10. The staff was super professional and friendly. Starting from a welcome drink till the check-out, I always felt very welcome. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are just beautiful. I would consider the whole style as a boutique hotel. We received great hints, which gave us a fantastic experience. Bycicles were free of charge.

Our flight experienced a seven-hour delay, resulting in a 1:00 AM check-in. However, the staff maintained excellent communication and provided a warm welcome.The hotel enjoys a central location between the beach and the old town, with taxi travel time to either destination estimated at eight to ten minutes.The room was spacious, the breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and genuine kindness.While we did not utilize the spa facilities, the pool proved to be a highlight; it was large and maintained a comfortable temperature.The hotel's setting amidst rice paddies fostered a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, a welcome contrast to the potentially higher noise levels anticipated in hotels closer to the old town.
