The hotel's pool was clean. The beds are comfy. The staff were polite. It's more suitable for families and couples and using the pool at night was not allowed. Our room didn't have a view. It was faced with a wall but it was alright for the money. There are bicycles in the homestay but none of them work properly except maybe one or two. Be careful if you rent them as their brakes don't work properly. The location is nice, it's close to the beach and near the lake. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it will be a memorable one.

They close the doors early at night so if you want to explore the beach or area at night you should stay at a hotel or homestay with 24/7 reception. The toilet paper in the bathroom was moldy.

Family who managing this hotel is fantastic, Anna and her sister are really great people. They are always ready to answer all questions, book the trip or organise airport shuttle in better price than in apps ! Breakfasts and coffee are tasty.

Room can be cleaner, especially bathroom. Nice to have - it is close to the sea so would be great to have beach towells and clothes drying rack.

This was our favourite stay of all the places from our trip to Vietnam. Anna and Tina have created a welcoming area to lounge by the pool or sip bottomless coffee over breakfast. The rooms are clean and if there is anything you need, you can just ask. We also booked several tours through the hotel which worked out quite well.

We were satisfied with everything, good value for the money.

I extended my stay. It's peaceful, and no crowds! And the beds are comfy!! The bed sheets were not changed during my stay which I thought was odd, hot water came and went, water was irregular in flow also. But it is good for what is paid.

I loved the staff, they were both lovely and very accomodating to us! The place did look a little more modern in the photos, I was slightly disappointed with the overall maintenance of the rooms but overall it was comfortable and fairly easy to get to and from shops if you have a scooter.

Nice location in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the beach. A few strange interactions with staff. Overcharged us also tried to get us to cancel our booking after we had checked out. Also messaged us a day before arrival saying we will get a room based on availability even though we had a booking for a specific room. Tried to sell tours when arrived instead of telling us useful information about the property. Pool was dirty and we became very ill for the end of our stay. Kind and easy to talk to staff overall.

Most of our linen and towels in particular were badly stained, throughout all our stay. I'm sure they were clean, but they looked old and not in the best shape. The room was serviced every day though, so towels were replaced oftenWe had a leak in the bidet nozzle, so a corner of our bathroom was constantly flooded with water.Internet worked well overall, but it wasn't super fast

Owners were very nice.

No cushions on the pool lounge chairs. Very bad lighting in the bathroom. I was charged an additional 4% for using a credit card to pay which was disclosed when I booked the room.

The girls went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. Tours,advice,special food etc. Pool was good. Never been treated any better!

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. This is an ideal hotel if you want to get away from the crowds a little. The beach is a short walk away, where you can also get food, drinks and loungers. Hoi An old city is beautiful and just a short taxi ride away, or you can borrow bikes from the hotel and cycle there. The breakfasts were very nice.

It would have been nice to have had some tea and coffee sachets in the room.

The location is good for the beach but a bit far away from the town.We booked for the beach but the beach is dirty and not a relaxing place to be. This is no way anything to do with the hotel.

The bikes are easy to go to the beach. The breakfast is good, I can pay if I would like more. The staff are friendly talking and they are running the hotel with hard working.

Amazing property, clean and bright rooms with very very comfortable beds. The staff are so wonderful and speak fantastic english as well as being really friendly. Breakfast was yummy!! Would definitely stay again.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place was super clean and the facilities were great. The staff was really friendly and always ready to help with anything. The location was perfect, super easy to get around. And the breakfast was awesome, with a lot of tasty options. Definitely recommend this place!
