Great location, staff very helpful. I booked tour to Hue and private car for daytrip to south through hotel.

The staff was the most genuine, nicest, and amazing staff ever. They were beyond attentive and responsive. We booked tours with the hotel (way cheaper this way btw) and the breakfast was worth it. Also, they booked transportation from the airport both ways via WhatsApp. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff!

The room was cute, clean and comfortable.We really enjoyed the beautiful pool area.Free coffee and tea were a wonderful touch. The breakfast was simple, mostly fruit, pastries and made to order eggs and pancakes, but enjoyable.

Perfect location, cross the road into the old town, goThe other direction for the more local places. You can buy same things outside the old town.Staff here are excellent. You can get advice and information about where to go and what to do and then leave you into making decision on your own.We used the hotel to organise a couple of day trips and transfer to Da Nang via Am Pham and Marble Mountain - better than a tour.Has a nice clean pool to cool down in.

The staff was very friendly, gave us good recommendations, and helped us rent a scooter. The pool was much appreciated after a hot day of exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring the old town.

There's no elevator, so we had to walk up and down three floors every time we needed something. There are no pool towels; if you ask at reception, they'll give you extra room towels.

We loved it here. Perfect location in a hectic town but the beautiful pool area in the centre created a peaceful environment. Kelly and staff were very helpful and friendly. We even extended our stay a couple of days.

Pool hours need to be from 9am onwards. Echoes horribly throughout the floors if kids are in it playing. We were woken up at 6:45am by that.

We had a lovely stay here! In a great location which makes it easy to walk around Hoi An. Our hostess/ the hotel manager had exceptional service! She was so helpful and we are grateful. ?

We loved this hotel, full of character and colour. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was decorated really nicely. The only bit of feedback was that it was a bjt dusty behind the side table (I dropped something down there) and then also the light that peers in through the window above the door makes it hard to get to sleep. We also found and this is generally across Vietnam that it’s very noisy and walls /doors are thin!

Really noisy, I can hear all the children's voices from the swimming pool in my room in the early morning.There is a window, but it faces the wall.The charging cord of the kettle is mega small, I hold the kettle in my hands near the charger in order to make a tea

Great location. Away from the crowds of people, but at the same time, very close to the very center. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the central canal. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Breakfast is mediocre, but you can eat around inexpensively, starting very early in the morning. The staff is very considerate. Helps with solving all issues. The rooms are already stale, the bathrooms are a little worn out. For this money, it's a perfectly balanced option.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The hotel itself was so cute and in a great location. The staff were the absolute sweetest and greeted us every time we came in. They were also great for recommendations and so helpful! We could not more highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Hoi An!!!

The location was fantastic, just a stone’s throw away from the ancient town.

It was along a busy road so the noise from the traffic could be a little annoying.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff very friendly and helpful and listening to their patrons requirements. Location is handy to old town but away from noise south of the river. Breakfast is good . The pool is a delight after a hot day discovering the city

The hotel could do with a little more attention to maintenance. Some electrical connections were a bit dubious. If available, try to avoid rooms 102 and 103 immediately next to the kitchen.
