Location of the hotel is across from the river to the old town, very close to the night market and restaurants. Free bikes are available from the hotel to bike around and plenty of options at breakfast.

Don't lose your room access card; otherwise, you will be charged 100,000 dong like us. The hotel reuses the cards. Also we had arranged for hotel pick up from Dan Nang to HoiAn w/ a stop at Marble Mountain but the driver forgot and went straight to hotel

Very well located, 5 minutes walk to lively area. Bed was confortable.Quiet area at night (soundproof relatively good).

AC was not super efficient.Breakfast looks good but not that much choice for non Asian.View on the backside.Pick a river view room if you can....Room bit small , average size.

Everything was amazing. Friendly and attentive staff who made sure everyone was looked after. Lovely pool area to relax and cool down. Service to pool area was much appreciated for snacks and drinks.

Fabulous staff including Jenny, Lily and Sally. Thanks to all staff! Discount for and availability of spa facilities. I have stayed at this property before and felt like the welcome mat was rolled out for us.Buffet breakfast has numerous options and was very good.

Although we did not have a problem, others may find the walk to the Night Market and Japanese Bridge a bit too far. Covered pool is small with few sunbeds.

Great view from the balcony, excellent pool, easy walk to town, lovely breakfast on the verandah . Staff very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast had a lot of choice but someHot food was just under a light that did not keepIt warm.

The location was fantastic. Amenities were good enough for us. The bed was comfy and the pillows were good.

The small corner room was a little bit small and we are small sized.

Pool, spa treatment, room view and comfort, staff was very attentive, breakfast variety, overall vibe was very comfortable.

The pool is right bellow the kitchen, so when the kitchen windows were open, it was a lot of kitchen noise at certain times of day. It wasn't a big deal, but maybe some calming music by the pool would diguise the machine/dishes noise, or just keep windows shut. Super minor complaint.

Really enjoyed our time at Lantana Boutique Hoi An, excellent facility in a great location with amazing staff. Clean room and great breakfast.

the location was perfect for us--in a quiet district along tje river but very close to the action. the staff is wonderful--warm and accommodating. special mention goes to HANNA who went out of her way to assist us in communicating with our tour operators and doing her best accommodating our requests. the breakfast did not disappoint in terms of variety and quality. the room was very comfortable, spacious enough, well-appointed and very clean.definitely worth recommending and returning to.

Excellent location just far enough away from Hoi An crowds but 5 mins walk to centre.Staff were amazing. Sally went above and beyond but all were fantastic.

One small gripe. Hotel is constructed in a quadrangle with lift in the middle. Every time the lift opens and closes it makes a dingdong noise, which echoes throughout the hotel, 24hrs a day….

Front office staff Hanna & Jenny were informative, helpful & warm with smiling faces. Reservations Nelly was very patient & followed up closely & Operations Manager Sally NGO was asking for feedback & has personal touch

The room had a lovely view of the riverside. Just steps from the historical side of Hoi An, but away from the noise, hustle and bustle. Staff were very very friendly, and super helpful; they made the stay special.

There was construction going on in front of the hotel - on the road. Not the hotel's fault, but it made for a dusty and sometimes noisy walk to and from the hotel.The room is pretty basic - two single beds pushed together to make a double, without even a double-sized duvet. Towels were a little rough, toiletries very basic. No sense of style or finishing. Expected a little better for the price and the rating. Breakfast wasn't great - clean and well presented but fairly limited in offering, and low on taste. Spa was in the basement and not appealing; we went elsewhere.

First of all. Stuff 5 ⭐️They went above and beyond helping us. During my stay I had my birthday and they surprised me twice with a decor in our room and a happy birthday with cake at my door!Location couldn’t be any better and the facilities are modern and tasteful. The room is spacious and clean.We had spa and it was very cheap and good.If you are looking for a central hotel in Hoi An, look no more!Breakfast was great as well!

Everything was great!

The staff were exceptional and extremely accommodating. The location was perfect just a short stroll to markets and beautiful restaurants and right in the middle of all the atmosphere.

The rooms had a musty smell about them and the beds were hard. Also the rooster and dogs outside the property were very noisy early hours of the morning.

Beautiful hotel in top condition with excellent location for all activities. Wonderful helpful staff especially sally at the help desk and constantly attentive with essential information on all trips and eateries local and surrounding areas. Highly recommend for a stay in Hoi An.
