Great location detached from old town (preferred). Free bikes. Great staff. Gorgeous room (best I had in Vietnam). Big fan of the entire experience. They included a foot massage as I was there for so may days.

Room wasn’t cleaned one night despite me putting up a “please tidy room” sign outside (included). I ended up having to put the trash outside of the room to get the room to stop smelling.

Adorable property in a great location just outside of the old town. Can walk to old town and also have bike to use.

The property is great but it’s actually a bit far from the center of the old town. Took us about 15 minutes to enter the old town, but actually 25 minutes for most restaurants and shops.

Everything! Since the moment we arrived, we felt extra special. We didn´t have any expectations about this hotel, as we had a different hotel booked in Hoi An, and we decided to change our reservation last minute due to a special offer. And it turned out to be the best hotel of our entire Vietnam trip. What makes Little Gem stands out is their staff. The Hotel is nice, new, clean, modern and traditional at the same time, but nothing that makes it a 5 star hotel, except for the staff. Everyone was amazing! Special shoutout to the General Manager Mia, and Jenny from the Guest Relations team, who went above and beyond to make us feel like at home. We were travelling with our 2 year-old son, and they couldn´t be more welcoming and attentive with him. We also got a free airport shuttle, foot massage, and afternoon tea with our reservation, and we only paid less than $50 per night! This was a bargain. The room was nice, super clean, and the bed was just amazing. The breakfast was great too, with lot of choices and different options daily. If you are going to Hoi An, we definitely recommend staying at Little Gem!

We liked everything!The location i snot right at the center, but is just 15-20 minutes walk, or a 1-2$ taxi.

I stayed in a lot of nice hotels on my trip to Vietnam but this was the best. Beautifully designed and decorated, the rooftop pool is perfect and the rooms are huge with good balcony space. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Spa was amazing and the breakfast was superb. It was just a short walk to the old town and there were many decent cafes and restaurants nearby. Was sad to leave.

This hotel was simply beautiful and exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities were excellent, offering all the comforts we could ask for, but what truly made the difference was the staff. They were extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay feel extra special. A perfect combination of a stunning hotel and an outstanding team — highly recommended!

Amazing staff, beautiful rooms & authentic breakfast. Perfect location (not too close and not too far away from the busy streets of the old town). We made frequent use of the free bikes which was a true bonus and were also able to borrow towels for the beach. Our boys loved to be able to play pickle ball nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to visit Hoi An. Thank you.

Best stay in Vietnam by far. Best breakfast nicest staff, a new trainee had just joined (forgot her name) she was so kind and so nice she chatted with us both days we loved it here. I highly recommend. Pool was just perfect too.

Everything. Room was like a resort, rooftop pool had a great view, everything is spotless, staff is amazing, free bike rental to get into town in 5 min was a game changer. Comfy af beds and pillows. Great AC. Didn’t want to leave!

It was a very nice hotel, cute facility and very nice staff. They offer good bicycles for free and the breakfast was also very nice overall a very smooth and good experience.

Nothing about the hotel and the servant itself. The only disappointment was that we wanted to extend, but they refuse to give us the same price as before and after we booked another hotel, they decided to give us the same price.

I really enjoyed my stay at Little Gem. The place is modern and super clean, with everything you need. The bed was really comfy, and the air con was a lifesaver in the heat!I especially loved the pool—great for a relaxing dip after a day out exploring. It’s in a great spot too—just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter, but far enough away to be peaceful.There are heaps of great places to eat nearby as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location in a quieter area of town. Used the free bikes everyday to go into the old town and the beach. Lovely friendly staff, had the3 day stay that was great value with cocktails and transport back to Danang.

Location was great. Quiet but close enough to get i to town. Also you get a free ride back to the airport which i think was a great touch

It didnt have a gym. But not the end of the world

the staff were all lovely and really helpful. staff made me comfortable and were accommodating while i waited at the hotel for my later flight after checking out. such a good location, and with the free bikes could cycle to town within 10 mins. the included buffet breakfast hassle free and amazing also.

We were greeted with a welcome drink and a personal check-in service without queuing. Unexpectedly they have upgraded our room to premium and it was a really nice gesture. It is a very cosy hotel with good breakfast spread (continental and local). All the staff are very friendly and helpful particularly Zoe who recommended a good pharmacy for my husband's ear infection.The hotel is just 5 mins with Grab to the ancient old town. Or you can borrow a bicycle from the hotel for free and takes the riverbank route to town within 10 to 15 mins. As it is an eco hotel I would like to suggest that the hotel to give the guests an option not to change towels.

There were karaoke across our hotel (our room is facing the river) over the weekend during the day. Luckily, it was very peaceful the next few days of our stay. Hopefully, it is an one off disturbance while we are there. Otherwise, I would recommend this lovely cozy hotel.
