Hoi An Beach Resort

The hotel is beautifully laid out, with two swimming pools, each well serviced. It is also right on the beach, with umbrellas, towels and lounges, plus rinse off showers. We loved our stay - rooms were spacious and well appointed.

The beds were a little hard. The gym was a little small and needed the air conditioning turned on each time - it took time to cool down .

Great location. Quiet. Serene setting. Beautiful landscaping. Experienced well trained staff

No downsides. Tip: best rooms for quiet and views are riverside rooms.

Christmas Gala and New Year’s party was huge success nicely organized ,good food and entertainment Facilities are very clean ,staff is very polite and always ready to help. Breakfast is very good lots of food and variety Nice beaches across road .Free bus to old town very convenient

Beautiful and peaceful resort with views over the river. Access to the beach is easy with private area and sunloungers. We were happy to be told we had a free upgrade to a larger garden room - if I came back I would probably pay a little more for the river view rooms, as the view is great. There are two pools, one next to the main reception building, the other is older and quieter, but still clean and well maintained, next to what we think was the other older hotel building.Breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a wide variety of Western and Vietnamese hot and cold options. We used the restaurant and bar, which had a good variety of food - slightly more expensive than eating out as you might expect. There is a free shuttle to the town centre, and a small row of restaurants and shops outside the old hotel entrance.Most of all, the staff made this stay great - everyone was polite, professional and cheerful, and nothing was too much trouble - we genuinely felt as though they wanted us to have a good time.

Everything was good apart from one very small thing - when we asked to borrow an iron, they would not lend us one - instead we would have to send our clothes to be ironed. We wanted to iron a shirt in a hurry so this did not suit us, even though not expensive. Otherwise, everything was good!

Excellent location. Wonderful staff. Very quiet and peaceful experience.

Super friendly staff, very helpful, especially during typhoon season, they were well prepared.

Breakfast and room, pools were all lovely. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, we felt very welcome.

Room was spacious, wifi was reliable, and the hotel landscaping was very nice. Location is close to a few restaurants and massage places and the beach is just over the road.

The room was quite run down and the food is definitely for Western tastes – quite bland with not much local or Asian options. Luckily Bao Han restaurant is nearby.

Bedrooms are old and need some renovation. Watch: standard deluxe rooms are facing the road- can be noisy

The standard room without view, really was very ‘standard’ and needs a bit of a refresh. When it says no view it really does mean looking at a wall. The better view rooms would be nice but seemed quite a lot more, we were doing trips so didn’t pay the extra.Shame bus doesn’t run more often.

After backpacking for 3 weeks we almost cried with happiness on the first breakfast, delicious and everything you could want as a westener, extremely comfy bed and beautiful surroundings to re-energise for a few days

Location was fantastic - The ocean was on one side of the Hotel and a river on the other side!

I had to kill a roach in our bathroom.

It was a just outside the centre of Hoi An on the beach.

Good beach location with local restaurants nearby. We particularly liked the Blue Wave. Good breakfast. Staff very attentive. Hotel arranged the transfers for our group of 11 very well.

Not enough sun umbrellas around the pools. Should be more shuttles in and out of the old town. They need brighter lights inthe bedroom for people with old eyes

The location was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was amazing!

Fab pool, excellent sized room, responsive staff when issues were encountered. Included afternoon tea was very nice. Good breakfast, in cool and breezy restaurant with view over river. Taking good advantage of the riverfront.

Our initial room was quite noisy (right next to reception, 109) and a smell (like a septic tank) was evident outside and inside at night time especially. We asked to be moved and the front-of-house manager was very accommodating, shifting us to a newly-renovated room.

Our 6 stay with you and have introduced many of our friends to the property not as modern as other places but larger rooms great breakfast and wonderful staff and convenience to the village and beach

No more live music, we always had a great laugh with our friends

We really enjoyed the pool and the service. Great attention from the staff : our daughter received a cake for her birthday.
