Boutique Hoi An Resort was delightful. The staff were friendly and attentive and happy to provide information about things to see, places to eat, and other local tips. I especially enjoyed the attractive gardens, the pool, and the beach access. Breakfast was delicious and varied, including plenty of Vietnamese and "Western" options. The hotel shuttle to/from Hoi An was a nice touch, and it's only a quick Grab ride if you miss the shuttle. I can't wait to return for another stay!

The loud music from the neighboring nightclub was annoying on Saturday afternoon and evening, but they stopped by 9:30 pm.

Breakfast Pho and yogurt is very good. Swimming pool, lying on the bed on a private beach is also amazing!

Living in the building next to the street can sound the traffic and the ppl chatting outside the door was very clearly.

Amazing pool and by the beach, very clean. The breakfast spread was great and also they provided shuttles to and from the busier Hoi An town centre

What can we say! Staying here was an absolute delight! We stayed her for my partners birthday and ended up extending our stay for a night due to the hotel being so fabulous. The setting, the staff, the food, gorgeous beach and amazing pool were absolute top notch. We would highly recommended staying here for anyone looking for that boutique feel away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An.What really made this place was the hospitable staff. Always smiling and offering incredible service. Thank you for making our stay so amazing.

The only minute downside was having to pay for the small water bottles in our fridge in our room. The glass bottled water was free but theses were not. This did not effect our stay in anyway its just some feedback for future guests.

I loved everything. Treadmill a bit squeaky and both times the water bottle was empty.

This beachside hotel was ideal for rest and relaxation. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and access to a private beach. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and staff are very friendly and anxious to help. A good breakfast is available.

By virtue that the hotel in beach side it is about 10 minutes outside the old quarter of Hoi An. However, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service at specified times to allow guests get in and out of the town.

A lovely welcome by reception staff, and we were given a quiet room as per request. The staff noted our wedding anniversary and provided a lovely gift and personalised message from the manager which was so thoughtful. Beautiful gardens, well maintained and a perfect space to enjoy a relaxing breakfast. The hotel is situated on a quiet area of the beach, away from noisy beach clubs and loud music, I hope it will stay this way. If you want to party stay in Da Nang.

A couple of small points which would make a big difference:1. No drawers! Rooms desperately need some drawers to store clothes, small bits and pieces etc. There is only a small wardrobe and very few coat hangers, so we needed to ask for more. 2. Hotel needs to offer non-dairy milks at breakfast and for coffee options. It doesn’t offer the local coconut coffee, which is surprising, so we needed to visit nearby cafes for coffee.

Have previously stayed here 12 years ago and would not book anywhere else. Facilities are first class from the moment you are greeted at the front door. The resort is perfect for a quiet relaxing break close to everything if you want to leave the resort.

Heading home after 7 days of enjoyment.

Loved the place, only thing that let it down was the nail salon. My wife and daughter had nails done, both needed to go back after a few days on 2 occasions each as the nails fell off or chipped easily. They did fix them to be fair, but we don't hold out much hope on how long they will last

This is a fantastic resort right on the beach. The infinity pool was spectacular. The breakfast in the restaurant was great, as was the lunch we had. The food at the pool bar was just OK...but we also ordered off the Western menu. I'm sure that it would have been much better had we ordered some of their specialties. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a very convenient shuttle that takes you into Hoi An. FYI - there is also a great laundry/massage place right next to the hotel. We will definitely be back!

The aforementioned meal at the pool bar was mediocre...but it could be because we didn't order any of their local specialties.

Beautiful resort! The staff were very friendly, the facilities were very nice, rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the beach was incredible. Soft sand, quiet and picturesque. Food was also great! Many breakfast options. Beds were also very comfortable. Was a very luxurious stay! Would definitely come back!

Our only gripe was that the water in the shower was so hot that the handle almost burnt you when you turned it off. We just felt it was unsafe and a hazard. Otherwise, fantastic

Accommodation is A-plus. Location just great, outside all the hassle but close enough to enjoy that if wanted. Staff is really fantastic.

We were during chinese ny, so it was somewhat quiet in the resort and Hoi An.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool area. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Room was lovely and comfortable. Free transfer into Hoi An town made the location perfect.

Not the hotels fault, but there is a lot of rubbish on the beach. The hotel kept their section quite clean but if you walk further down you will see lots of rubbish washed up.
