Hoi An Pho Library Hotel

The staff was very kind and helpful and the rooms are clean and furnished with style. Even though the room I booked had no windows it still felt spacious and pleasant to be in.

The room smelled a little musty at times, but nothing too bad

The location is great for walking to the old town.

The room is moldy, and the bed, bathroom and floor werent clean. The AC didnt really work, even though i turned it to 20 degrees. The linens and towels werent dried properly so it felt unhygienic.

The location was very good, and the staff were very helpful. Especially Tan, he was very kind, friendly, and always available to assist you on anything. He has the best recommendations and was very nice.

The bed sheets and towels were not as clean as expected. But when I flagged this to the staff, they changed them immediately.

Very nice place, cozy territory. Good sized room with separate kitchen. Pool is good for kids and adults. A lot of trees and flowers around. Not far from beach and stores. Also you can use free public bus which is very convenient and comfortable

One of my favorite places I stayed this entire trip! My room was clean and so nice, air conditioner worked great, bathroom was clean, everything was so good. The breakfast is nice but pretty basic (fruit, eggs, toast) good breakfast for the price. I would definitely stay here again

The location was nice. Lots of different places to eat. The room was big and the bed was huge. Breakfast was ok not a big varietie. however. Staff were very nice and friendly. I would stay there again.

No elevator and could do with amenities, like coffee and milk sugar, shower cap.

The hotel offered good price for transfer, the driver came on time and the hotel staff was very nice and responsive. The location is great, short walk from the town center with a lot of cafe’s and shops around. It also has a very nice vibe in general. Not sure if this is a standard in the hotel or we were very unlucky( family room on the floor next to the pool) but even though the room was spacious and looking pretty it was very dusty and not clean. The mirrors, windows, switches, tv and corners were dirty and the amount of dust on the shelves and by the bed was so bad we had decided to change the locations after allergy attack after our first night. Once leaving the place early the receptionist was very concerned, eager to help, asking about the issue and even proposing a meeting with the manger - all the right steps and she was very nice about it all. I am sure it would have been settled and fixed if we decided to stay and discuss the issue but we proceed with the early check out without further mending the situation as we have already booked a different place.It is a nice hotel so if they made sure the quality of cleaning is at the level it could be a nice stay.

A quirky friendly hotel. The breakfast was fine. Services including laundry (110vn 3kg) and scooter hire (120vn each per day) very reasonable.

Be careful to choose a room with a window. There are evening dance and karaoke classes out the back. It's quite funny, really, as totally tuneless!

Great location, close to the old town but not in the middle of the chaos.

The mould on the walls was terrible… the stink made our throats hurt the next day, this should be taken care of :(

Room is like in pictures. All clean. Breakfast perfect. If I come back for sure I stay again there.

Great location, staff was friendly and super helpful. there was a lot of storage and shelf space which made it easier to get comfortable during our stay. loved that they had a lot of bobooks available to read.
