The hotel was very clean and room quality was very good. They also have a very good breakfast buffet.What made out stay exceptional was the stuff at the reception. They were speaking well English and very helpful all the time. They suggested very nice restaurants and tours and all the suggestions were very well. They simply take care of everything from coming to their hotel until leaving to the next one and made Hoi An our favorite city in Vietnam.I fully recommend this hotel!

Everything was very good.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free bikes available to guests and have to say the bikes were super comfortable and well maintained. Go cycle around the rice paddies and to the beach! The rooms are very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and weight room. As for location, it was perfect in terms of getting to old town, beach and rice fields. All around a fantastic stay!

Made to order breakfast item was great! The buffet was more than adequate for our family. Everyone found something they liked. The AC was nice and strong which was important to us. The staff was super helpful and attentive. They helped with transportation, scheduling our lantern making class and genuinely cared about our experience. We did not use the pool but it looked inviting.

The building is dated, yo be expected. But everything works.

About a 10-15 minute walk from Hoi An old quarters. Rooms were spacious and nice, and staff were very friendly. They even called for the postal service to come to the hotel when I wanted to ship things back home.

This is a wonderful hotel! We got a generous upgrade to a suite on arrival - the room was beautiful and very spacious. The breakfast buffet each morning had a wide variety and the food was fresh and tasty. The complimentary bike rental at the property was an added bonus as the area is prefect for cycling. The staff were also friendly and super helpful.

The location is a little bit out of the main part of town by the river, but it's only a 20 minute walk so it's still super convenient. We liked the location as it was a little quieter, but if you want to be very central, this may not be the right option.

This hotel is both luxurious and cosy. The rooms were lovely and the beds comfortable. The breakfast, which was included, offered a big variety from fresh fruit to cooked dishes and so much more! The hotel has bicycles available, for no extra cost, which we frequently made use of. Old Town is walking distance as are the rice paddies. We cycled to the beach as well. The location is central with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby.All in all, this was an excellent stay. Many thanks to the friendly and helpful staff❤️

I like that the hotel area is accessible with grab, it is not located right in the middle of the old town, but that what makes it good because it is less crowded. Actually it’s not far to walk to many restaurants and to the old town. I also heard the water was entering the hotel during the bad flood last time in Nov 2025, so it is a safe option. The hotel is clean, staff Ms. Hien & M. Dzung and the porters were extremely helpful in attending my queries. They helped me to get transfer to Da Nang after I finished exploring Hoi An. Helped me book the coconut basket boat tour and the Spa Massage in the hotel is fairly price and was really good!! The hotel is clean, air conditioning and wifi worked really well and breakfast was superb! I had a great stay and will come back again if I return to Hoi An.

Nothing, there was a bit problem with the room but not a big deal yet they upgraded my room to a better one. That’s very nice of them I appreciated it

Wonderful hotel, excellent and friendly staff, fantastic breakfast buffet, large rooms, comfortable beds, lots of new free bicycles, short walk to old town or cycle around paddy fields. Spa was also excellent

The property has great amenities like the pool and small gym. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the best on our trip.

Nice location just outside of town Free rental bikes makes it easy to get around anywhere (they have a lot of bikes and good quality as well) Pool area very clean and comfortable, Breakfast very good and well presented Staff very helpful explaining things to do and see in the area .Think a little city oasis hotel that is great for a two night stay to visit the old town of hanoi We will be back for sure

The hotel was in a perfect location just outside of Old Town. It was quiet and so quaint. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional and the yummy Ginger tea they served as a welcome drink was a lovely way to start our 3 night stay.... Initially we only booked 2 nights but loved it so much, we extended it to 3. Our room was overlooking the pool which was beautifully lit up at night with lanterns! The rooms are well appointed and very clean! The breakfast was phenomenal! We used the bikes one day and rode all over town and into the rice fields, such a great way to get around.

The service was excellent from the moment I booked. They were always attentive and responded quickly to my inquiries. Nothing really. The room had a slight musty smell, but there was very heavy rain during my stay, so I suppose that's understandable. The room was always spotless.The facilities are very nice, and my room was exactly as shown on Booking.com. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was awesome and location perfectly located where we experienced different local restaurants/cafe and clothes tailoring near and at Old Town Hoi An.

The staffs are very well services during my stay. Helped out with everything. The room and all facility are great and very good condition. The location isn’t far from the old town
