Hoi An Dream City Hotel

Good location

NO elevator, pool was shaded all day, no soundproofing so street and corridors were very noisy. Windows were only single pane and sweat every night. No fan in the bathroom so even washrags did not dry without stinking. Wifi sucked.

Hotel was in perfect location. Really close to absolutely everything. About a 10 or so min walk to the old town area and night market. Staff were really friendly.

Very big room and huge bed. Was quite comfortable as well.

It’s quite outdated and the overall ambience quite off.

The staff was so kind and helpful Very close to the old town but in a quieter part of town

All perfect

The staff was friendly and helpful. It is not far away from the centre.

The door one of the rooms we lent could not lock.

The room is clean, nice. Location is good, just 10 minutes to the town

The swimming pool and area around are dirtyThe staff does not know anything as she is not the local people

The staff helped us and was nice when we wanted to check out a few days earlier then expected

Super moldy room, the bed was the only thing i could touch, the window was wide open (maybe to cover up the nasty smell the room had) and mosquitos came in.We checked in, in the middle of the night and beside the horrible experience of entering a dirty room, there was so noisy outside for the all night.

Great value for money, ideal location, lovely staff. Only 3 sun loungers in the pool though but it was never busy and always managed to get one :)

Walking distance from the Old Town. Quiet neighborhood at nightime. Safe location. They offer free use of bicycle. Has a swimming pool.

Great location, very friendly staff, and covered the basics. For the price it was fantastic value for money.

You get what you pay for. It was a cheap hotel so it wasn't outstanding, but that's okay and to be expected. Our room was on the ground floor by the lobby so I found it could be noisy and difficult to get to sleep. Also the room was slightly grotty, but despite this I could tell it was regularly cleaned.

Great quiet location, 10 minute easy walk to the river/ night market, amazing value breakfast, definatly worth including with room!, rooms are large, clean, with good showers, staff are happy, and front desk very helpfull. highly recommended, best £14 per night I've spent in a while.

Dear Team,I wanted to reach out directly rather than leaving a public review, as unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one.Firstly, I want to acknowledge the positives—your hotel is in an amazing location, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.Best regards,Megan

However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When I arrived, I found dirty towels in the bathroom, tissues and plastic left from previous guests, mould on the walls and blinds, and even dirty bed sheets. Despite housekeeping attending daily, the same plastic and tissues remained in my room until the day I left. Additionally, the fresh towels provided each day were stained and did not feel clean.

Very surprised this hotel is only a 2* as this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in in Vietnam, big rooms which was very comfortable and clean, very ideal location also, also got us checked in around an hour early which was great

The position was great and the staff was very kind and the fact that we could leave the backpacks at the reception.

It was a bit too much noisy, the room was umid and the toilet with a bit of moulds, moreover, it was leaking on the floor from somewhere.

Friendly staff and clean room. Very central and convenient; about a 5 minute walk to the market and surrounded by food places

Great stay here the staff were so friendly they would clean your room every day but we didn’t need it. It was a perfect location to places and the hotel itself is clean and well maintained thank you

The room was clean, spacious and had a hair dryer. Good value for money.

The pool was murky. Didn't use it.

Big comfortable clean room, all amenities you could need,Exceptional friendly and helpful staff,Good location, many cafe's and restaurants around the area, Old Town only a 10 minute walkI've stayed many time's, always a pleasure to come back, 100% recommended

The place was great, lovely location. The bed was super comfortable, only bad thing was the wifi. signal was weak and kept dropping. Other than that was a great stay

Super clean, staff very friendly they let us check in for around £4-5 at silly o clock when we arrived early from our overnight bus.
