Because of humidity sometimes there’s a bad smell in the room and elevator that fades after turning fan or AC

Great location close in the Ancient Hoi An area. Great staff, very friendly and attentive. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, strong AC.

Room was clean, location was walking distance to everything but on a quiet street, decorations in the lobby and entrance were so cute! Staff were very kind and helpful.

The ac was dripping the whole time and wet all our stuff and one of the electrical outlets didn't work.

The pool was excellent and welcoming to cool off from this vicious Vietnamese heat. Staff were very friendly and sociable. This is my second stay in this beautiful place.Just off the beaten path but not too far,and so quiet. AAA+++

Staff are very helpful, location is perfect.They serve cold welcome drinks during arrival which was nice during hot climate.We rented a motorcycle to tour around the city and left the hotel early, they are so helpful, we just left the keys to them and assist us.

No air conditioning at the hotel lobby.There is construction at the front building of the hotel. But they transfered us to a much quieter room a bit far from the drilling noise.

Fantastic service. Comfy beds, great location. Perfect cool pool after long day in the sun. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Staff were incredibly hospitable, I was acknowledged every time I entered and left the hotel with a warm welcome. The airport transfer was seamlessly organised and well coordinated.The hotel & my room were kept impeccably clean.Laundry service was fast and good value.The spa adjoining the hotel was lovely and great value for a shellac nail polish.I had a great night's sleep here the traffic isn't heavy and you cannot hear it from the hotel rooms.I was able to walk easily into the town centre/old town every day. But there are plenty of nice restaurant/cafe/spa options on the same street as the hotel.Bottled water each day delivered along with the mini fridge was also great and convenient. There is a supermarket across the street for any extra snacks needed.Beds were really comfortable and I loved the shower gels in the bathroom.

The service of the staff was excellent..the location was equidistant to all the attractions..also the hotel staff was very friendly and helped us to navigate around Hoi An

Wifi was very poor in the room, noise from construction in the hotel from 8:00 - 16:00 was not fun.

We booked 5 nights at this hotel.On the first night we arrived they were ants all over the bed and the walls which was not fun and we had to move to another room at night,They moved us to another room but at the morning they asked us to move to a third room because this one was booked.We thought to leave and book another hotel but the employees were nice and convinced us to stay, so we stayed.The third room was on the 4th floor. Which they didnt mention or say anything that they renovate a room next to us!!Which led to alot of noise! Starting from 7:30am, for 3 straight nights.No compensation, no caring.Just a simple sorry was said by the stuff and thats it.I definitely will not recommend this place

Decent place near to the main attraction ! The entrance and the lobby of the hotel is well decorated. Staff is generous and polite.

Great location and pleasant and helpful staff. We arrived early they let us have a shower by the pool and leave our luggage until check in. We also did laundry here and it was very reasonable and returned very quickly. Good location to walk around the city. They have a small pool which was cold but this was pleasant to get out of the heat. We would definitely stay here again. Rooms were spacious and we had a balcony with no view but this was still nice.

Staff were fantastic, area was just off main road so reduced traffic going past. Pool was clean and cool. Very quiet neighborhood,with neighboring shop owners very friendly.
