We really enjoyed this hotel which is in great location with very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent with the option of some local specialities available each day. Despite being close to the 'active' part of town our room was very quiet and comfortable.

Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff

This is my second time for this property.The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Hoi An Ancient Town. The staff has good hospitalityThis time I had the opportunity to use the hotel's restaurant. I absolutely love their coconut coffee.The hotel offers great tours for you to explore nearby cities.

My room's shower has some broken part but not malfunction

Cute hotel with comfortable bar/restaurant /smoking area on front terrace overlooking the street and river. Wonderful staff. Good location a short walk across the bridge to old town.

Pool area located downstairs at the back so a bit dark.

This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Great location short walk to old town. Well appointed and spotlessly clean rooms, superbly responsive staff. And the breakfast—both buffet and eggs to order—is as good as any hotel I’ve stayed in throughout the 74 countries I’ve visited.

Staff were very hospitable, especially with the recent floods and incoming Typhoon. Breakfast is amazing, prolly best ever in this price range.

Easy walk to the old town but out of the Frey

Couldn’t adjust the AC, it’s either on or off. Hotel more tired than photos.

Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely view of the river and ancient town from the balcony. Staff were very helpful in organising a basket boat trip and transfer to the airport. They have fitted a lot into a small space (including a gym and spa). Will definetely stay again. Thank you.

Room on the first night did not have the best view (builders and the hotel next door's swimming pool) but we were tansferred after one night.

It was so cute and comfortable. Everyone who worked there remembered your name every time they saw you. And the location was perfect. We could walk everywhere. They had a really good breakfast too. Loved it.

Nice location, warm welcome and kind staff. Room was smaller than most I’ve had in Viet Nam however well organized. I liked the balcony overlooking river in the evening. Breakfast had nice selection.

Not the property itself: Incredibly loud music and speeches started around 4am due to a nearby event. This continued until almost 8:30 am, and made rest impossible, even with double closed doors. Staff explained they had no forewarning by the organizers which is unfortunate as it must have disrupted everyone on that side of hotel. So really a reflection for the organizers and town perhaps.

Loveliest staff that assisted me with my issues in the promptest and most professional manner. Great airport transfer. Close location to Hoi An ancient town.

Balcony rooms let the noise in from outside, even with the extra balcony door closed. At night I could feel the 'resonation' of music outside - book the cheaper rooms that do not face the river. Hoi An is not what it used to be, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Staff very warm and helpful, housekeeping was efficient, salon services were great

The quality of the service from the staff is excepcional. Also as soon as we arrived, they solved all our potencial preoccupations (shuttle to the airport , shuttle to the beach, bikes) all for free.

Clean facility, great vibe, overall comfortable

The wifi is a bit slow when the hotel’s full due to older routers not able to handle many channels/ devices at the same time.

Construction in the neighboring building left debris in the pool area. Facility needs a deep cleaning.

The location was great and id highly recommend the place for that reason. Given some of my dietary requirements, i found the breakfast lacking.

The room had a bit of a smell to it but they masked it with a lemon smell which was quite strong. The pool wasnt open

The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The breakfast was great with egg options as well as traditional Vietnamese breakfast dishes. The room was large and comfortable and the air conditioning was great. We throughly enjoyed the front patio bar. It was perfect for pre or post dinner drinks, iced coffee in the afternoon, or dessert. They also serve food. The location to Old Town was convienent (10 minutes or less) and although close to the commericialized tourist area with loud music and night life, the hotel was very quiet. It was great to have a shuttle to the beach and the ability to use a partner restaurants beach chairs and bathrooms, and of course get your drinks served to you on the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

More fans in the public areas. The pool was nice, but unfortunately there was construction on the building next door and the scaffolding was over the deck chairs.
