La Charm Hoi An Hotel - Peaceful Boutique In Old Town

We were very happy with our stay at the La Chrm Hotel. The staff were exceptional. A shout out to Nga on the front desk who made our stay so easy and comforting and also to Mr Nga who was also amazing.

Beautiful property within walking distance of good food options, convenience shops, coffee shops, and massage options! They have massage/hair services on site as well as a gym with options: bench, dumbbells, and cardio. The breakfast buffet was vast - so many options to choose from (traditional & western) plus eggs made to order (your way). The chef is extremely helpful and kind.They offer sightseeing packages, transport, and laundry services as well. The staff were always very friendly and offered warm greetings. We especially enjoyed renting bicycles and taking them to the beach!

The walls were a bit thin. We didn't love having the sales pitch at the beginning of our check in.

The staff were absolutely amazing, couldn’t do enough for you. Nice pool area and just far enough outside the Old Town to be quiet. My favourite hotel in the month we have been here!

We loved our room at the La Charm Hotel in Hoi An. The bed was comfortable, the views from our deck were nice and it was quiet. The brekfast buffet was one of the best we have had in SE Asia. We didn't use the pool, but we did use the gym.....it was small and old, but it was enough for us. The staff was great and very helpful.

I’m very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was delicious and the location made everything easy and comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

Everything was generally very good, so there wasn’t much to dislike. Something La Charm can improve: the contact email better written by real manager, someone with his or her name. It makes the contact more personal with we visitors all like. But that is small and it didn’t affect my stay.

This property was very central and within a short walking distance to the center of the old town but away from all the hustle and bustle . There are many restaurants, bars and stores nearby. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and gave you a pleasant welcome. No pressure to take tours or write reviews etc. The breakfast was good with many choices .The hotel is very clean and housekeeping come every day and are very good . I had a massage at the hotel spa which was great and reasonably priced. The hotel has a small pool area with sun loungers etc. I would certainly stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great location on a quieter street. Great breakfast selection. Room was nice and beds comfortable. Pool looked nice, but it was rainy season so we didn’t get to enjoy. Staff very kind and friendly.

Had a less than stellar spa experience but when we told reception upon check out, they did provide a discount. Other than that everything was really nice hotel wise.

A classic hotel with a seven minute walk to the Old City. Staff were helpful and able to arrange private transport to An Bang beach for us. Big breakfast buffet!

Upon arrival we were encouraged to purchase tickets to the Hoi An Memories show, which felt a little gimmicky and pushy to us. They gave us time to consider and we opted out, but did read good reviews about the show overall.

Great location, friendly staff and exceptional service and advice

Loved everything about our stay here! Great location, it’s been the best breakfast buffet we have had in all of Vietnam! The number of options they had was insane, and it was primarily Vietnamese which we liked a lot! The staff is so great, and I really can’t say enough about them! They gave us great recommendations for food, tailoring and those ended up being amazing and adding to our experience in Hoi An. They were also so warm! It was just so lovely to interact with them! Will definitely stay here when we are back in Hoi An! We also did a massage which was such great value and so relaxing! Highly highly recommend!

Despite being here during the flood, the hotel were amazing, the staff help us with every activity, took us out by boat( because of the flood), which was quite an experience. The breakfast has everything

the staff are great. Hien was so helpful and friendly. Location is a ten minute walk to the old town or a USD1 grab ride. Nice buffet breakfast spread.

TV didnt work in the room. Door gave me issues - very hard to open.

Great location near the interesting sites and night market. Good staff and attended to our room problem immediately. Manager of hotel comes and greets guests at breakfast time to check if guests were comfortable and if there were any issues.

Location is good, Walking distance to the center, yet not too busy with noice. Breakfast spread was good. Staff are really helpful.

The facility was clean. The shower was good. The view from the balcony was good. Loaner bicycles. The door men and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive.

Not secure WiFi network. At check in the staff pushed the upsell on everything. We just wanted to check into our room after traveling all day. The hotel is a bit older and the maintenance on the facilities were a bit quirky. Four times our electronic door key failed over 3 days.
