Sweet staff, very helpful and handy. The location is nice and the lady at reception was very kind to guide us through the things we should know about Hoi An (where to go, eat, and how to move around).Breakfast was ok, because there were only egg options with bread but its fine for the price of the hotel, at least you have it if you want it.

Good price, comfortable beds, quite close to city center if you’re prefer staying just a bit outside but still close enough to walk, toilet clean and fresh.
The room was a bit dated but nothing that bothered us. No elevator (no problem for us but good to know). Basic breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff that couldn't do enough for us. 15 minute walk to the centre of old town. Smart TV in the room which was great for a rainy day. Good breakfast if you like eggs, on our last day we left before breakfast and they gave us a delicious banh mi to eat at the airport.
This was our 2nd hotel in Hoi An, both hotels felt a bit damp. I'm not sure if it was the season or quite common for Hoi An. My daughter doesn't eat eggs so another breakfast option on the menu without egg would be a good improvement.

We have some amazing accommodations here. It’s really close to the city center, and it only takes us about 10 minutes to get into town. We’ve never met such helpful staff; they’re truly eager to assist, super sweet, and just incredibly friendly. Wow. We can’t thank the receptionist enough for her helpfulness.

Ha, the front girl/receptionist is the best, she is so nice, attentive and her service is exceptionally good. Breakfast is delicious, hotel very clean and modern, beautiful room. Honestly everything was great!! Highly recommended ☺️
Location is good, but could be a bit better ?
The staff are wonderful. It is in a handy location, close enough for a quick grab to places and quiet enough in the evenings. The breakfast is simple and tasty, and the staff helped us with our bookings to Hue. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast was always nice! Egg, noodle or rice options with baguette, including a drink and fruit! The staff were all fantastic, so lovely and helpful (especially the receptionist Ha). They let us check out late and offered without us even having to ask! The walk to the old town is nice and mostly off busy roads.

Clean spacious rooms with very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff that showed us which places to visit and how to get there. It’s not in the middle of old town, but we preferred a but quieter area. And you can rent bicycles or walk to the old town. Nothing to complain, would recommend staying here!
