Pros +
- The property had an expansive selection of activities and dining for everyone. We really enjoyed the waterslides, the beach club, and the club lounge that we had access to. The breakfast was amazing, there were so many options for the whole family and many different cuisines. The beach club was nice and quiet as we came during the rainy season. We had a wonderful lunch on our last day at Osteria. The staff were very attentive. The bowling alley was still under construction, but the kids loved the arcade. Our boys loved the whole trip, especially the kids club, waterslide, arcade, and all the good food.
- The pools, rooms and other facilities are modern, spacious and fancy! Lovely views of the beach. The breakfast was incredible. It's a fair distance away from Hoi An, about 20 minutes by car, but that was fine and means it's nice and quiet. The cleaners do an incredible job each day of keeping the rooms nice and clean. We had some issues with our bath tap breaking (twice) but the online support team sent someone straight away to fix it.
- The property is beautifully decorated, and the staff warm, welcoming and friendly. It was a pleasure to stay at the property as the bed was extremely comfortable, in room dining was the easiest I have ever experienced, and the service was outstanding overall
Cons -
- It was quite far from anything, including the old town and even further from the airport than most hotels. The beds were firm but the pillows were down so I woke up with a sore neck every morning. Perhaps should have asked for an alternative. We booked a big suite and our older son, even though he was 11, needed a pull out bed which they charged us extra for. In the gym, there is no staff there. The treadmills looked dirty and the equipment was old for a relatively new hotel. They could definitely invest money for new equipment and machines. Not great but not bad. There were spider webs next to my bedside air conditioning but the staff cleaned it once I informed them
- We really looked forward to this treat at the end of our holiday around Vietnam, but whilst the facilities are incredible, in our experience, the service was so appalling at times, that we cannot recommend this resort to others. Overall we were left feeling disappointed and actually quite unwelcome and keen to leave. Throughout the 4 nights we stayed there, multiple staff members we interacted with in some (not all) areas of the resort, were either disinterested, distracted on their phones or flat out rude.. the opposite to everyone else we've met in our travels throughout Vietnam. We stayed during the off peak season so there were barely any guests, and plenty of staff, however we received no proactive service, eg: no offers of a menu, some water, a towel, a smile, the basics really, let alone 5 star resort service. This was particularly apparent with the staff in the pool area, the Cove (next to the pool) and Play (a kids club, where I would not feel comfortable leaving my children, even if I could - not that they allow it!). Again, not all staff members were like this by any means. The room service attendants, the cleaners, were all so attentative and lovely. The people we engaged with online were also helpful. But the staff we interacted with the most, in the common areas, really put a dampener on our time there and we will not return or recommend it to our friends.
- There was no option to log into Netflix or watch a film in English on the large screen television in my room

Breakfast was very good and we like the variety of the food. We also like the food and the service at the club lounge. They also made awesome cocktails.
This hotel was fabulous - the pool and facilities were definitely 5 star. The breakfast buffet was so good, so many different options and cuisines. We left feeling very full every morning. The room was very big, which is a luxury, lots of room to hang clothes and store shoes and suitcases. We ordered some food from The Cove to our sunbed by the pool some days for lunch which was fabulous. Overall hotel location is quite remote, however they offer a shuttle into the old town every 2 hours and the return on the way back. It was otherwise easy to organise a Grab Taxi to pick us up or drop us off. My husband played golf at the adjoining golf course and LOVED it. They offer a large discount to play if you are staying at the hotel so ensure you email them before booking to get the discount. The shuttle took him to and from the course and he said the course was top tier.
The only thing is the shuttle doesn't run every hour - sometimes the shuttle time didn't work with our plans so we would need to get a Grab Taxi to take us into the old town.
Modern, interior. Rooms great decor and very comfortable.
The pools were all very small for size of hotels, not enough sun loungers with people struggling for areas to sit. We dined in hotel one night food was terrible and very expensive 3 star. The shuttle bus to town is good option but first come basis so be prepared not to get place on return trip..
- the room - the pools- the food- the service - the Bars - how new it was - the cleanliness
The beach
Only the pool restaurant was open for lunch. In any case the staff was wonderful
All of the Hotel staff and facilities at the beach resort hotel were very friendly , professional and catered to all needs. I encourage all Australians who visit to be kind and patient with the language barriers (remember English first language) and be respectful of the country you are visiting.
The detractor is the Casino. The security person and front staff in red when we attended were extremely rude to the point we decided not to enter. A real detractor from the resort overall.
The resort literally covers everything at one place. I have been staying here 2 times now, and I sti haven't managed to see everything! The staff has done everything to make me and my family and friends feel at home. I will continuing coming back.
Hotel looks fabulous but that's about where it ends.
$6m VND security deposit which is more than the daily rateHotel really doesn't cater for Western guests and the feeling is that you are an outsider.Foyer and entrance to hotel stank of cigarette and cigar smokeRewards program poorly explained (casino bonus credit) which expired the day after our arrival.Poolside facilities and poolside bars don't open until 2pmShuttle bus drop off and pick up points are confusing and need to be better signed/explained
Fantastic new modern hotel, beautiful large clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was amazing (best ever!). The facilities were great - huge pools plenty of cabanas, free bikes / trikes, wide choice of restaurants. Very peaceful - no crowds, the pools were empty - only saw other people at breakfast! The restaurant prices were reasonable, given they have a captive audience, since there is nothing else around. Located right on the beach, which was pretty clean and safe to swim (patrolled).
The "free airport transfer" is a little misleading - a shuttle bus which goes once every 2 hours, so we ended up getting a Grab rather than waiting around for an hour.
This is a 5 star resort with good facilities 20 minutes by taxi outside of Hoi An.This staff are helpful. The breakfast is of excellent quality. The golf course is top notch. The customer service manger was very helpful. Unfortunately he is responding to issues outside his control.
The resort is isolated by distance. Some of the guests are of 1 quality. They smoke in the rooms and corridors. They have zero manners and etiquette at breakfast. The food court is not bad. The various restaurants have slow service and are overpriced.
Had an amazing stay. The room is big, beautiful, and very comfortable. There are so many great dining options, Osteria is a must-try. Helen and Katie at reception are super friendly and helpful, making everything smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back with my family next time
Amazing facilities , the entire place was as good as it gets .
Nothing really major , the checking out was a little confusing with staff member due to the deposit we had to leave for incidentals ( $ 600) and asking for double payment that would THEN be deposited back , A manager sorted it and was corrected , having said that the staff otherwise were brilliant
Staff is supper friendly and helpful, Tiago, Sony. Room is standard but have good view on high floor. Many facility such as pickle course- very good and new equipment, gym 24h and have yoga class. Weather is not good, cold and rain cant use swimming pool
Room and pool
Kids play house too small
This is a gem. Everything about this hotel is top notch . The food quality is top notch. The staff are truly amazing. Jade from the reception has been great. Helen, the manger from the breakfast room is absolute a gem. Also, the staff from the excective lounge are worth mentioning for their friendly approach and beautiful smiles. Thank you everyone for amazing stay.
We went as an extended family to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and everyone loved the resort. The rooms are very spacious and new. The facilities are awesome - so many pools, kids club, gym was well equipped. The food at the Italian restaurant was excellent. The buffet spread every morning had a huge variety and the restaurant was beautiful. We loved our stay there.
We had to pay extra for the kids to be left at the kids club, which is fine by us, but the attendants there were not very engaging. If they were more passionate and engaging it would be much better.
The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large, the hotel is pretty new.
The location is very remote and not convenient to travel to Da Nang. There aren't any other dining options in the neighborhood, so you can only eat at the hotel or go to Hoi An. Most of the dining prices at the hotel are not cheap. Breakfast is average, out of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our stay in Vietnam this is the most average one! If the weather is bad then there is not much choice of activities in the hotel. The hotel doesn't seem to think about what options guests have when the weather is bad for outdoor activities. Then the only option is to go to the casino inside the hotel! Even when the weather is good the choice of activities is not detailed anywhere but you have to ask the staff, and although they are very friendly, I would have preferred a detailed written description that would have allowed me to organize my daily activities in peace. The room we stayed in had depressions in the bathroom floor where the water would accumulate after the shower, which was a particularly bad feeling as you feel like the dirty water is under your feet all the time. Also, the shower stall was not adequately partitioned and the water would run out onto the floor outside.
