- The staff was always so kind, welcoming and helpful.
- Our initial impression was that we were going to be in a separate villa from the description (I don't remember seeing photos), but we were actually in a separated building with 3 other suites. In the end it did not matter, as our room was very comfortable with plenty of space. The staff were very friendly and helpful with only the occasional glitch (clay pot cooked fish ordered, fish and chips delivered...). They certainly tried very hard on New Year's Eve and it was obvious a huge amount of effort had been put into a veritable feast. The spa, pool, grounds and beach bar were very nice. Sadly, there was only one day that was calm enough to allow swimming in the sea. The food was generally very good. All in all, just what we wanted.
- Everything about this property says five-star. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The food and drinks are delicious. The breakfast had a large variety of foods and everything was exceptional. The staff is warm and inviting. Being able to walk on the beach and eat meals with beach views is priceless. I highly recommend staying at Bliss Hoi An.
Cons -
- The New Year's Eve party started too early and felt quite drawn out despite the staff's best efforts. The sparkling wine provided for the New Year's Eve toast was the most disgusting fizz that I have ever had - thank goodness I had a whisky to hand (Ok, Jack Daniels as the closest thing they seemed to have to a Scotch). The fireworks were very disappointing - just a few one light boxes - and felt like an afterthought to the feast that they had laid on. Other than those minor quibbles, we had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed it.
- I would not change anything. I hope that the owner and management remain the same because we plan to return one day. I am recommending this property to my friends.

Bliss is a great resort with great staff. Our room was fantastic and exactly as what we expected when booking. The Spa and staff were great, we enjoyed many massages
Unfortunately we were there at the back end of the typhoon, and it was very wet and rainy. We messaged ahead to the resort to potentially cancel, and we were assured that the weather was getting better. Our travel insurance would have covered the expenses for us to change locations because of the weather, but once again we were assured it would be fine and we must come. It rained for the entire week. The beach bar, rooftop bar and pool bar - all closed as a result - we were stuck in our room. Hoi An old town was under water and we could not go anywhere. We also thought the resort was closer to Da Nang - was supposed to be only half an hour away, but the resort was still another half hour on from there, so an hour trip one way. The resort could have done more to entertain guests indoors because of the weather - the certainly have the facilities to do so, but they did not. We had to make our own fun playing games and having drinks in our room - we had enough by day 5 and headed to Da Nang to stay as we had enough by this stage!
Well-maintained resort. Spacious, clean room with a nice balcony and beautiful view.Very friendly, helpful staff.
The location is a bit far from everything so it's most convenient to do everything at the resort only.
Beautiful resort in a green, well maintained park, with a nice swimming pool and good restaurant. We loved the design and decor of the rooms (we stayed in the Indochina suite) and of common spaces. Personnel is kind and attentive. We had a good massage at the spa and enjoyed the variety of breakfast.
The only detail of the room we didn’t like was the swinging door (saloon style) separating the bathroom area from the room. It was not useful, not practical and hinges were covered by grease
Great hotel ! Location remote . You need to take taxi or hotel transport to Hoi An which is super amazing . Great service in hotel , great Spa ( more expensive vs outside but really nice ) , beach great , food ok, lounge / bar area ok as well not great but good . Very friendly stuff
To slow internet
It is wonderful resort. Staff is wonderful. The location and the the whole place. The staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was great! They had pho :)
It is not that I do not like it, but if you come with a family the seaside bungalow will be small. It is doable, but a bit tight. The hotel told us in advance that it might be small but i was gambling. I was actually hoping that a two bedroom villa will free up, but it did not :( Anyway, it was a wonderful stay!
The experience was the best, we love it so much and we extend our stay for more two nights. The master chef was so king and respect our needs to have Halal food and make us as home.
Staff was exceptionally friendly, the smiles felt sincere, they had time to chat and laugh with the guests and made our stay extraordinarily comfortable (special mention to Trinh, Y and Van, but we could mention more names, they were so nice, thank you!) The size of the resort is perfect - not too big, there are many quiet spots and even though there were many families with children, it was never too noisy outside. The beach is super clean, the view from the pool towards the beach is so relaxing, a big variation of breakfast foods for all tastes, lovely dinners, clean and professional spa with well trained wellness therapists. We also loved the turndown service in the beach bungalow and the shuttle bus to Hoi An. Actually, there is almost nothing to critisize, we felt so comfortable and relaxed.
The only recommendation would be to install some noise reducing elements in the restaurant as it was quite loud during breakfast. We usually opted for sitting outside, where it was nice and quiet. And the beach bungalow beds should have a second lamp on the other nightstand. But apart from that it was perfect.
Beautiful resort on the beach south of Hoi An. Resort has great facilities, pool and dining. Staff also friendly and helpful.
Rooms are good but maybe not top level. Our room had nowhere for our luggage and no spaces for unpacking clothes.
Beautiful facilities in a quiet location away from the city. We loved our peaceful stay. Great breakfast options. Food prices were very reasonable with a good selection.
We liked that this property was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was very relaxing and just what we needed at that point in our trip. They had bicycles to use to ride around the nearby village. They had a shuttle to Hoi An and daily activities. The breakfast was massive and very delicious. Everyone was very friendly and able to accommodate any requests, like shuttle service to the train station. Overall, I would choose to stay there again.
The Sky Ocean is a great room with a terrasse with bathtub and a separate balcony facing the sea. Great view!
The water of the swimming pool was too hot…
The resort is stunning, exactly what we had hoped for our downtime during our travels through Vietnam. It was peaceful and relaxing. The family room was incredibly spacious and lovely and clean and we had a fabulous view from our balcony. Even when the weather wasn't great, it was enjoyable sitting on the balcony and watching the lightning storms out at sea!The complimentary shuttle into Hoi An old town was good and the daily activities and free bicycles were also great. The pool was better than we had expected and we wish we'd had more time to spend there. We didn't want to leave.
The resort is quite remote (which is not a bad thing!) but it would be good to have a convenience store for drinks and snacks for those who don't want to leave the complex. Also more food variety/choices for dinners would be great as there were several nights that we didn't want to make the trip into Hoi An but with only 1 restaurant our food options were limited.
The property was beautiful the near the beach if you wanted but the pool was amazing
Everything was close but not to close. We walked to buffet breakfast. Then not far from pool and beach our friends stayed not far from us in beautiful villas
A perfect, relaxing holiday in paradise! The hotel’s décor exudes calm and serenity, creating an ideal space to unwind. Beautifully positioned along the coastline, it offers peaceful seclusion while still being within easy reach of Hoi An—far enough to avoid the tourist crowds and traffic, yet close enough to explore when desired. The spa is divine! We had a full range of treatments that were all top notch. All of the staff here are warm, welcoming, helpful, professional, and so keen to provide perfect customer service.
There is nothing to report
Resort is well maintained and staff were always polite and greeted us whenever we crossed paths. The rooms are very spacious and facilities were as expected. There is only 1 restaurant but plenty on the menu to choose from and sure to please most people’s tastes. Breakfast buffet was great and we particularly enjoyed every noodle soup of the day. It was our first time travelling overseas with our 1yo baby however the staff were extra accommodating to our needs including the chefs and waitresses who were able to cater to our special requests (Thank you!). It was the first time I had used WhatsApp to communicate with Concierge and found this to be very convenient and easy compared to the traditional room phone with extension dial. The shuttle bus service to Hoi An was easy to book, safe and convenient.
It is located a little bit further out than other places, especially if you’re coming from Da Nang airport however it is totally worth it! The resort can also help organise airport transport to make it hassle free
Clean and well maintained.
Long walk to the ocean; needed bigger slippers and robe.Needed soaking bath salts for the tub. And more options without pork and beef.
