A lot of problems with the water temperature in the shower staying consistent.

We had a great 3 comfortable relaxing nights at Little Residence Hotel and Spa Hoi An. Entire staffs at front reception and at breakfast were helpful and accommodating. It was quick to check in and check out.

Little Residence is a lovely hotel, conveniently located a few minutes walk from the old town. This makes it very close to Hoi An's main attractions while still being in quieter area. The staff was great, very attentive and friendly which makes the hotel a very welcoming place. Very clean rooms and good SPA and free bike borrowing services; overall very good value for money.

Everything. The staff was lovely. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety. We visited the spa twice and got excellent service. Location took us out of the busier spots but was still within walking distance of the old town.

This hotel is in a great location! I arrived at night, and seeing the beautiful lanterns in front of the hotel immediately made me fall in love with Hội An even more. The staff were wonderful — very welcoming and attentive throughout my entire stay, which I truly appreciated.The room was quite clean, though it looked a little older than I expected (perhaps because that’s the charm of Hội An). There wasn’t an iron in the room, but the staff provided one when I asked. The pool is located downstairs, but during my stay, it seemed like no one was using it.The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing — honestly the best I’ve had since coming back to Vietnam. I even had a nice chat with the manager one morning, and he treated me to the best Vietnamese coffee ever!

Nothing. I had a great stay here however if the hotel can upgrade the room a little bit more like more modern style it will be beyond awesome.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom and it was a very comfortable sleep too. The Toileteries provided were very frangrant too.

The lobby and check in area was very hot and warm. Not sure why the hotel does not want to switch on the air conditioning system in the afternoon but instead leave the reception area open. There is hardly any wind too. Even during buffet breakfast, the hotel did not fully switch on their air conditioning system. Luckily they have some standing fan. I would suggest they always keep the lobby/reception area fully air conditioned as that is the first place guest goes to upon arrival.

We stayed at its sister hotel, and then this one after, about .5 miles away - overall love the company that owns these hotels. Large room, attentive staff, pretty good buffet breakfast, needs more places for clothes - such as chest of drawers. Also need to work on the hotels a/c and room a/c. Overall a nice stay.

The exercise room was not well equipped.

We wanted to stay close to the busy area, but not IN it. Your place was perfect. No big crowds of people, but walking distance to restaurants and activities. Staff was SO pleasant and helpful and sweet. Breakfast buffet was consistently good. The housekeeping staff was fantastic (and the floor cleaner smells divine). You even provided complimentary transportation to our next hotel in Danang due to our long stay with you.

Really, there was nothing to improve. The hallways were hot, but our room was very well cooled before we checked in, so the hallways didn’t bother us.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of Ancient Town, within easy walking distance of many attractions. The rooms were spotless and tastefully decorated, reflecting the charm and character of the local area. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable

Great location close to the river and old town. Very charming hotel with exceptional staff. The rooms provide comfort and quiet. Free bikes available if you want to ride to the beach. Excellent breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our stay and the incredible service.

We enjoyed our time in Hoi An immensely and a big part of it was because of the hotel! Little Residence is beautiful, well cared for and in a perfect location! It’s in walking distance to Ancient Town, but in a quiet street!The room looks exactly like the pictures and in so big and comfortable!The breakfast offers a good variety of food and it’s served in a very pleasant environment.The staff is very polite and welcoming! Andrew, the hotel manager was very attentive and made us feel so special both during check in and check out time! We will definitely come back while in Hoi An!!!
