Thalia Boutique Hotel Hoian

We absolutely loved this place. We arrived to Hoi An in rainy season and therefore stayed in our room most of the time. It was most needed relax after two busy weeks of constant travels and we were super greatful for it! One slight negative was that it took a lot of time for the water to get warm, but only on our first night, after that it was all good! The view was superb, karaoke got loud at times but nothing we could not sleep upon actually. Plus the staff was great and so was the breakfast!

I have spent 5 nights in this wonderful hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, nice and helpful. I really loved the design of this hotel, that led my decision to stay here. The sink is a piece of art. Is located outside the bustle of the city center but reachable within minutes by bike/motorbikes

I would like to see European breakfast.

Very clean, nice rooms! The staff was wonderful, accommodating and so kind to us. We felt very taken care of and welcomed! Beautiful place to stay in Hoi An. Close to old quarter by scooter!

The east access to food /night stalls in front of the hotel at night.

The top floor with jacuzzi was absolutely hot, the air conditioning barely bad it to the other side of the room or circulated properly. We had to climb up many flights of stairs and so did the hotel staff with our luggage! Also we found that windows were open in the bathroom and toilet which probably led to a huge spider found on the top of our bed when we returned back from town one evening. Also there were no phones in the room to call reception so we had to use our mobile to dial the property or otherwise climb all the flights of stairs down

The staff was wonderful, above and beyond level service. The room was very comfortable, great shower.

More outdoor seating areas. The hotel wasn't fully booked during my stay so it was fine, but at capacity I could see this being an issue.

Great design of the Hotel. Cool layout and very nice rooms. There is a pool and bar at the front. The staff are super friendly and can assist for anything. The hotel provides free bicycles and rice hats to go around the area. Great experience!

Really nice and unique building. Awesome friendly and helpful stuff. Really good and tasty vietnamese iced coffee.

Distance from old town (it’s not far, but could be closer).

A quirky designer hotel with fantastic rooms. The rooms are large and well appointed, and have outlooks onto the street and suburb. So you don't mind resting in the heat of the day. The room also had good cross ventilation so I didn't use the ac much. The pool is nicely finished and a welcome relief.

The breakfast room is a bit enclosed.

really modern and stylish hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful. free bike hire was great and made it easy to get to the centre of town. we booked the suite and it was GORGEOUS! lovely little private jacuzzi and the bed was super comfy. the panoramic view was amazing to wake up to as well!

absolutely nothing about the property itself, more the location. we booked knowing it was a distance out of the centre, but hoped there might be the odd tourist restaurant or two within walking distance, but it was very much a locals area. from 8am to around 7pm through the day there was very loud music/singing coming from near by which made relaxing outside difficult.

The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at! Stunning hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Needs a little bit of maintenance, we had a faucet and light switches almost falling off. Wifi was really slow. Minor details in otherwise perfect stay.

Great people, the style of the hotel is cool, the rooftop jacuzzi is a blast, you can decide from a variety of options for breakfast, which is very good also if you are vegetarian!

Great architecture very modern and spacious comfy rooms.

The restaurant area for breakfast was very small and there were limited options on the menu.

The rooms are superb. Seldom have we seen such a beautiful and cozy place to stay. The staff is absolutely lovely and helpful all of the time. Take a room with a bath tub, it will be worth it.

Breakfast is only until 9AM. Please be more considerate of people getting up late.

Cute little hotel in Hoi An. When I arrived, the real thing was much cuter than the picture. Almost the entire building inside and the ivy beside the building at the window straighten the floor. The walls of the room have shadows in the shape of leaves and flowers. Looking down through the pool below. Each type of room It seems that there is only 1 room per type. They use everything in the same standard room as a 5 star hotel, which is very true, mattresses, pillows, tea, coffee, various bathroom items. Including sanitary ware in the bathroom are all premium brands. Entering the room, my boyfriend was shocked and said to me that this was used in a very premium room. Everything I got back was that it was very overpriced. There is a chance to go back for sure (if you can reserve it ?) and stay in many places.

The hotel is very, very photogenic. But other than looking extremely nice, the services are great too. Clean room, private with a lot of open space, smart lighting, great shower pressure. The staff were super nice and helpful!

Wifi was not very strong. Other than that, everything was great.
