Rooms small with visible mould on walls. Toilet has a glass door and barely obscured by curtain, so be prepared to get to know your partner or friend very well

Family owned accommodation that was perfect location for us in Hoi An. 10 min walk to old town and lots of food options around. The beach was also an easy grab drive away. The staff were accommodating and we booked a reasonably priced day trip to My Son and transport to Da Nang through them.

The big shower head didn’t work properly but this was easily fixed by using the hand held shower head. The shower is not separated to the toilet so everything can get wet but we were okay with this so it depends on your preference.

The room was extra small and had a smell all the time, even if we let the windows open. We were on the second floor, and there was no hot water at all.

The staff were very friendly. They arranged a taxi to pick me up from the airport which was cheap and on time. I was upgraded to a bigger room. The aircon worked well. There was YouTube on the TV which was great for researching my next destination. Tea and coffee in the room. The property is a 10 minute walk from town this meant it was quieter at night. No complaints from me ?

WiFi was a little hot and miss however the weather was not great during my stay so this could have been the reason...Everything else was great.

The staff were so inviting and very helpful at all hours! They even offer a laundry service which we used for a very good price! would 100% recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Hoi An as it’s very close to the centre! If I ever visit Hoi An again, I would return to this property!

Clean and comfortable stay. Very happy with the accommodation. Staff were lovely and helpful, especially when we extended our stay they were very accompdating. The location was a short walk to the river and old town. We did a clothes wash which was a good and quick service.

Shower makes everything in the bathroom wet so some flip-flops might be useful but we'd stay there again everything else was good.

People will understand what I mean when I say that it felt not only clean, but fresh too. Nice details, comfortable and very central.

The area is very packed with tourist, so expect tourists prices and treatment

Staff were friendly and helped us with our transfers. 15 min walk to the old quarter. Room was clean and spacious.

As most places in SEA the shower tended to drain very slowly and toilet is next to it. No big deal.

Couldn't ask for more for a basic room at this price - clean, comfortable, air conditioning, nice bathroom, cheap laundry service and staff friendly and helpful - always available by WhatsApp. Perfect location to explore old town Hoi An

Staff was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. Laundry service perfect, which came very handy. As Hoi An was halfway through our holidays it allowed us to to resume our travel fresh.Outstanding location and price. This place is within walking distance of all places. For this price it's just an incredible deal.Couldn't be happier. Definitely recommended.

The only detail, which for us was not an issue, but you may want to be aware of is the bathroom facility in our room.The bathroom, shower and toilet, is divided from the room only by a glass wall covered by drapes. It does not provide total privacy while in the toilet as a separate room would. You may want to consider this particular depending on the level of intimacy you have with your roommates, if any.

Great value, very close to old town Hoi An. Room and bed were quite comfortable. Affordable laundry service and free bike lending also offered at the hotel.

Shower was not mixing hot and cold water very well, but the weather was hot, so it was no problem. Maybe a problem in colder weather.

Owners are amazing. He always help with a bright smile on his face. Room is great and clean. Location is also nice since it's quite closed to the old city as well as local morning market. It's also recommended to book a tour or airport pickup with the hotel directly. Price isn't much different than booking it on your own but much more convenient. And you won't be scammed from the taxi at the airport like us too :(The only issue I have with this hotel is hot shower. It's quite weak. But overall totally recommend this hotel to anyone who are looking for an affordable hotel to stay in Hoian.

The family and staff were really friendly and helpful. I didn’t get his name but the man on the reception was always smiling and making sure we were enjoying our stay.Can do laundry, rent a motorbike and use a free bicycle. Good location, 5 minute walk from the Japanese bridge.

I think we were very unlucky with our stay, given the good reviews we’ve read. We thought we were treating ourselves, spending more money than usual, for my birthday so we’re disappointed by the size and cleanliness when we arrived. The duvet had coffee stains and the floor was covered in sand. Our room had a very strange drainage smell, masked with very strong essential oils. The room had damp patches on the ceiling and in the evening it started raining in through a light fitting!! We messaged the host and she said there was nothing they could do and the hotel was fully booked. She changed the bed when it stopped. In the middle of the night, we woke up to rain falling on our faces! It was horrible! We had to huddle at the end of the bed. The next day she moved us to a different room but it was even smaller and smellier and not the same as the one we had paid for. One night we had to climb over the fence, it was only midnight, but we had no key for the gate and no one was answering.We borrowed a free bicycle one day and they were in disrepair so badly that the chain fell off whilst slowly cycling along a flat road. My boyfriend, an experienced cyclist, really hurt himself.

Location is really good, not too far from the old town, but not to crawl of tourist

They have a metal bar on the entrance of the bathroom and is really low, so my partner hit his heat as his tall ?? and hot water takes so long to come out
